Detailed Description

In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made with reference to the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a flying-knit air-permeable footwear includes a footwear body 100 integrally knitted and formed by a flat knitting machine having a first needle bed (also referred to as a front needle bed) and a second needle bed (also referred to as a back needle bed) which are arranged to face each other. The shoe body 100 includes an upper 10 and a sole 20, the sole 10 and the upper 20 enclose a cavity for accommodating a foot, and a welt 40 communicating with the cavity is provided on the upper 20. The upper 10 includes an inner vamp portion 21 and an outer vamp portion 22 knitted by a first knit stitch, the outer vamp portion 22 overlying the inner vamp portion 21 to form a double upper. The shoe sole 10 includes an inner sole part 11 and an outer sole part 12 knitted by the second needle bed, and the outer sole part 12 is covered on the inner sole part 11 to form a double-layer shoe sole. The present invention further includes a first through hole 31 woven in the inner upper portion 21 and a second through hole 32 woven in the outer upper portion 22, wherein the first through hole 31 and the second through hole 32 are positioned to form a through hole 30, the outer upper portion 22 and the outer sole portion 12 are connected together by weaving, and the inner upper portion 21 and the inner sole portion 11 are connected together by weaving.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outer vamp 22 is further provided with a third through hole 33, and the third through hole 33 extends to the inner vamp 21 and forms a blind hole. Referring to fig. 3, for better describing the invention, the needles on the needle bed are named a, B, C, D, E, F, G, a1, B1, C1, D1, E1, F1 … … from left to right; the needles on the back needle bed are named as a, b, c, d, e, f, g, a1, b1, c1, d1, e1, f1 … … from left to right, k represents a yarn nozzle, and an arrow below k represents the movement direction of the yarn nozzle.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the flying-knitted breathable stocking shoe, which comprises a shoe body 100 integrally knitted and formed by a flat knitting machine with a first needle bed and a second needle bed which are oppositely arranged, wherein the first needle bed and the second needle bed can be transversely moved relatively. The shoe body 100 comprises a shoe upper 20 and a shoe sole 10, the shoe upper 20 comprises an inner vamp part 21 and an outer vamp part 22 which are knitted by a first needle bed, the shoe sole 10 comprises an inner sole part 11 and an outer sole part 12 which are knitted by a second needle bed, the outer vamp part 22 covers the inner vamp part 21, the outer sole part 12 covers the inner sole part 11, the shoe sole further comprises a first through hole 31 which is knitted on the inner vamp part 21 and a second through hole 32 which is knitted on the outer vamp part 22, the first through hole 31 and the second through hole 32 are arranged in an aligned mode and form a through hole 30, the outer vamp part 22 and the outer sole part 12 are connected together in a knitting mode, the inner vamp part 21 and the inner sole part 11 are connected together in a knitting mode, and the air-permeable flying-knitted sock shoe is knitted by adopting the following method:

a yarn feeder of the flat knitting machine carries yarn to move from left to right, and one course forming the outer shoe upper portion 22 is knitted on a first needle bed in a knitting manner that two needles are knitted with one needle, and the two needles which are not knitted on the first needle bed are set to a first needle position (B, E, A1 and D1 in the figure) and a second needle position (C, F, B1 and E1 in the figure); the yarn feeder moves from right to left, knitting a course forming the outer sole 12 with a knitting pattern of two needles knitted on a second needle bed, and setting the two needles knitted on the second needle bed to a third needle position (b, e, a1, d1 in the figure) and a fourth needle position (c, f, b1, e1 in the figure);

transferring loops on part of knitting needles on the first needle bed to a second needle position on the second needle bed in a needle-flipping manner, and transferring loops of the second needle position to another loop of the first needle bed in a needle-flipping manner so as to form the second through hole 32 (the needle-flipping action of the step is not shown in fig. 3, and the loops at the position A can be transferred to the position D through the needle-flipping manner, so that a second through hole 32 is formed at the position A);

transferring the loops hung on the knitting needles of the first needle bed to a third needle position of the second needle bed in a needle-turning mode (for example, the loop at the D is transferred to the e, and the loop at the C1 is transferred to the D1);

The needle turning over in the invention means that a loop hung on a knitting needle is transferred to another knitting needle through the movement of a needle bed and the knitting needle, and the needle turning over action per se is a known action.
