Background

The range hood works by utilizing the fluid dynamics principle, sucks and exhausts oil smoke through a centrifugal fan arranged in the range hood, and filters partial grease particles by using a filter screen. The centrifugal fan comprises a volute, an impeller arranged in the volute and a motor driving the impeller to rotate. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure suction is generated in the center of the fan, oil smoke below the range hood is sucked into the fan, accelerated by the fan and then collected and guided by the volute to be discharged out of a room.

In order to improve the oil smoke absorption effect, the general practice is to increase the air volume. In the existing range hood, a fan system is fastened on an air outlet plate and a fan frame through screws. The assembly for the range hood disclosed in the chinese patent with the application number of 201410380738.5 comprises a fan system and a case for accommodating and placing the fan system, wherein the case comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, the fan system comprises a fan and a case, the fan is placed in the case, the fan comprises a motor and an impeller, and when the range hood is assembled, the motor is firstly placed in the case, and then the motor is directly fixed on a wall body of the case; then the impeller is arranged on the motor, and then the shell is arranged in the case; then, the case is directly fixed to the chassis by screws.

This kind of rigid connection structure, on the one hand the dismouting is inconvenient, and on the other hand makes the vibration that the vibration source produced transmit to the complete machine on conveniently, produces the abnormal sound in the weak department of complete machine, and the air volume promotes and leads to complete machine vibration/abnormal sound problem to be obvious day by day, and vibration and the noise that arouses bring the puzzlement for the user.

Disclosure of Invention

The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a range hood aiming at the defects of the prior art, wherein a fan is modularly installed and disassembled, and is convenient to operate.

The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a range hood to isolate the fan and eliminate/reduce the vibration/abnormal sound problem of the whole machine caused by the vibration source, aiming at the defects existing in the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a range hood includes a fume collecting hood 1, a fan frame 2 disposed above the fume collecting hood 1, a fan 3 disposed in the fan frame 2, and an air outlet plate 4 disposed at the top of the fan frame 2. The fan 3 includes a scroll casing 31, an impeller 32 provided in the scroll casing 31, and a motor 33 for rotating the impeller 32. The top of volute 31 is formed with air outlet 311, and the rear side of volute 31 is provided with volute support 34, and the rear end of volute support 34 is provided with rubber buffer 35, and the trailing flank of rubber buffer 35 is located the rear side of volute support 34 rear end portion for rubber buffer 35 can with fan frame 2 butt. The fan 3 is connected with the air outlet plate 4 at the air outlet 311, and an air outlet cover 5 is arranged above the air outlet plate 4 and used for discharging the oil smoke discharged by the fan 3 into a public flue.

The fan 3 is arranged in the fan frame 2 through the fan supporting device 6, the fan 3 can be installed in the fan frame 2 in a sliding mode through the fan supporting device 6, therefore, the front side of the fan frame 2 is open, and the fan cover plate 7 is detachably arranged on the front side of the fan frame 2. The air outlet 311 of the fan 3 is connected with the air outlet plate 4 through the adapter 8.

Referring to fig. 2, 5-9, the blower supporting device 6 includes a supporting base 61, a guide rail 62, a sliding rail assembly 63, a shock pad 64, a supporting frame 65, and a reset mechanism 66. The fan supporting devices 6 are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side in the fan frame 2, and the fan 3 in the fan frame 2 is of an air-forward structure.

The supporting seat 61 includes a first seat body 611 and a second seat body 612 that are fastened to each other in a left-right manner, a receiving cavity is formed between the two seat bodies, and the first seat body 611 is close to one of the side walls of the blower frame 2 and is fixed to the two. The rails 62 are slidable back and forth relative to the receiving cavity and can slide at least partially forward out of the receiving cavity. The slide rail assembly 63 includes a slide rail 631, a rolling assembly 632, and a slide block 633, wherein the slide rail 631 is fixedly connected to the first seat 611, the slide block 633 is fixedly connected to a corresponding side surface of the guide rail 62, and the slide block 633 is connected to the slide rail 631 through the rolling assembly 632, so that the guide rail 62 can slide relative to the support seat 61.

The above-mentioned shock absorbing pad 64 is disposed on the top of the supporting frame 65, the shock absorbing pad 64 is made of rubber and contacts with the outer walls of the left and right sides of the volute casing 31, and the extending direction of the shock absorbing pad 64 is consistent with the extending direction of the corresponding position of the volute casing 31. The bottom of the supporting frame 65 extends into the accommodating cavity from the top of the supporting base 61, and is supported on the top surface of the guide rail 62 to be capable of being matched with the guide rail 62. A roller 67 is disposed between the supporting frame 65 and the rail 62, so that the rail 62 reduces friction with the supporting frame 65 when sliding relative to the supporting frame 65. Guide ribs 621 are formed to protrude upward from the top surface of the guide rail 62, and the rollers 67 are supported on the left and right sides of the guide ribs 621. The front side of the top surface of the guide rail 62 is higher than the rear side, so that in the process that the guide rail 62 is pushed into the support base 61 backwards, the inclined track of the top surface of the guide rail 62 can be converted into the up-and-down motion of the support base 65 due to the fact that the support base 61 limits the front and the rear of the support base 65, and therefore the fan 3 can be lifted to be connected with the air outlet plate 4 or the fan 3 is lowered to be separated from the air outlet plate 4. In the present embodiment, the top surface of the guide rail 62 has at least two steps from the front to the rear, and gradually decreases from the front to the rear. Correspondingly, the supporting frame 65 can be provided with a roller 67 corresponding to the position of each step.

The return mechanism 66 includes a return spring 661 and a limit pin 662, wherein the rear end of the return spring 661 is connected to the bottom surface of the guide rail 62, and the front end is connected to the inner front side of the support base 61. The bottom surface of the guide rail 62 is recessed upwards to form a guide groove 622, the guide groove 622 comprises a first groove body 6221, a second groove body 6222, a third groove body 6223 and a fourth groove body 6224, wherein the front ends of the first groove body 6221 and the second groove body 6222 are far away from each other, the rear ends of the first groove body 6221 and the second groove body 6222 are close to each other, the rear ends of the first groove body 6221 and the second groove body 6222 are communicated with the front end of the third groove body 6223, and the front ends of the first groove body 6221 and the second groove body 6222 are communicated with each other by the fourth groove body 6224. The fourth groove 6224 may have a V-shape with a central portion recessed rearward. The front end of the limit pin 662 is connected to the support base 61 and the rear end thereof is slidable in the guide groove 622. The reset mechanism 66 is used to ensure reliable switching and stability of the fan support device 6 in two states.

The flexible connection between the fan 3 and the air outlet plate 4 is realized through the adapter 8, so that the vibration of the fan 3 is not transmitted to the air outlet plate 4. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the adapter 8 includes a first base 81 having an L-shaped cross section and a second base 82 having a U-shaped cross section, and each of the first base 81 and the second base 82 has a ring shape. The first base 81 includes a soft rubber layer 811 and a metal plate layer 812 embedded in the soft rubber layer 811, and is connected and fixed with the air outlet plate 4, and is arranged in an L-shape having a transverse section extending outward from the middle and a longitudinal section extending downward from the outer end of the transverse section. The second base 82 is provided at the air outlet 311 of the blower 3, and the U-shaped arrangement is such that the opening faces upward, so that the longitudinal section of the L-shape of the first base 81 can be inserted into the U-shaped opening of the second base 82.

When the fan 3 needs to be installed, the whole fan 3 is horizontally pushed backwards into the air inlet frame 2 until the rubber plug 35 contacts with the rear side of the fan frame 2 and stops, then the fan 3 is placed on the fan supporting device 6, at this time, the guide rail 62 is exposed forwards from the supporting seat 61, the return spring 661 is in a natural state or slightly stretched, and the rear end of the limit pin rod 662 is located at the rear end of the third groove 6223, as shown in fig. 10 and 11; then, the guide rail 62 is pushed backwards by both hands simultaneously until the guide rail 62 is pushed immovably, in the process, the limit pin 622 is pushed along the third groove 6223 and the first groove 6221 until the limit pin is pushed to the middle of the fourth groove 6224, so that the rebound of the guide rail 62 can be limited, meanwhile, the return spring 661 is stretched, as shown in fig. 2-4 and 8, in the process of pushing the guide rail 62, the supporting frame 65 is lifted, so that the fan 3 is lifted, and when the guide rail 62 is pushed to the position, the longitudinal section of the first base 81 is just clamped into the opening of the second base 82, so that a sealed flexible connection is formed; and finally, covering a fan cover plate 7 to finish the installation.

When the fan 3 needs to be detached, the guide rail 62 is pushed by both hands again, so that the limit pin 622 enters the second groove 6222 from the middle of the fourth groove 6224, at this time, the limit pin 622 returns to the rear end of the third groove 6223 along the second groove 6222, the guide rail 62 returns to the original position under the action of the return spring 621, see fig. 11, meanwhile, the support frame 65 descends, and the first base 81 and the second base 82 of the adapter port 8 are separated, so that the fan 3 can be taken out of the fan frame 2.
