Background

Various pipeline fixing buckles are generally arranged in automobiles, and mainly used for fixing pipeline on automobile sheet metal or frames. Under the general condition, pipeline fixed buckle generally comprises ribbon and panel beating card, or comprises pipe strap and panel beating card, plays the effect of fixing clutch pipe on the panel beating, has avoided rocking of pipeline. However, the pipeline fixing buckles have the limitation of quantity, and only a single pipeline can be fixed.

Disclosure of Invention

Moreover, the first buckle connecting seat is arranged on the first pipeline buckle mechanism, the second buckle connecting seat is arranged on the second pipeline buckle mechanism, the first buckle connecting seat and the second buckle connecting seat can be connected in a buckle mode, the first pipeline buckle mechanism and the second pipeline buckle mechanism are connected in a buckle mode, two layers of pipeline pipelines can be buckled, and the pipeline pipelines buckled by the second pipeline buckle mechanism can be different from the pipeline pipelines buckled by the first pipeline buckle mechanism. Therefore, the pipeline connecting device not only can clamp more pipeline lines of different types, but also can improve the space utilization rate of vehicles. Moreover, the second pipeline fastening mechanism 200 may include a second fastening connector base 230 detachably connected to the first fastening connector base 140, a second fastening base 210 disposed on the second fastening connector base 230, and a plurality of second fastening structures 220 disposed on the second fastening base 210. By providing the plurality of first snap structures 130 on the first pipeline snap mechanism 100, the plurality of pipeline 20 can be snap-fixed; similarly, the plurality of pipe lines 20 may be engaged and fixed by providing the plurality of second engaging structures 220 on the second pipe engaging mechanism 200. Furthermore, by providing the first pipe engaging mechanism 100 with the first engaging connecting seat 140 and providing the second pipe engaging mechanism 200 with the second engaging connecting seat 230, the first engaging connecting seat 140 and the second engaging connecting seat 220 can be engaged with each other, so that the first pipe engaging mechanism 100 and the second pipe engaging mechanism 200 can be engaged with each other, thereby engaging two layers of pipe lines 20, and the pipe lines 20 engaged with the second pipe engaging mechanism 200 can be different from the pipe lines 20 engaged with the first pipe engaging mechanism 100. This not only allows for a greater number and variety of line conduits 20 to be captured, but also improves the space efficiency of the vehicle. Moreover, the first pipeline fastening mechanism 100 and the second pipeline fastening mechanism 200 can be fastened and fixed on the frame 10 through the fastening fixing seat arranged on the first pipeline fastening mechanism 100, which is simple and convenient.

Further, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the clip fixing seat 120 of the first pipeline clip mechanism 100 may include a frame fixing clip protruding from one side of the first clip base plate 110 and a frame auxiliary fixing structure located at a side of the frame fixing clip. The first pipeline buckling mechanism 100 can be buckled and connected to the frame 10 through the frame fixing buckle, and the first pipeline buckling mechanism 100 can be fixed in an auxiliary mode through the frame auxiliary fixing structure, so that the first pipeline buckling mechanism 100 is fixed more stably and reliably. In addition, the fastening fixing base 120 and the first fastening structure 130 can be respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the first fastening substrate 110, or disposed on two adjacent sides of the first fastening substrate 110, without interfering with each other.

Moreover, the frame fixing clip may include a frame fixing tube 122 protruding from one side of the first clip base plate 110, and an elastic clip 124 protruding from a sidewall of the frame fixing tube 122. By arranging the protruding concave arc-shaped first buckle bottom plate 132 on the first buckle substrate 110, the outer side surface of the circular pipeline 20 can be attached and positioned from the bottom side, so that the pipeline 20 can be better limited and fixed; the tube line 20 can be clamped and fixed from the top by cooperating with the first clamping side plates 134 protruding from the two sides above the first clamping bottom plate 132. Thus, the pipe line 20 can be stably and reliably held and fixed in the first catch pipe groove 136 defined by the first catch bottom plate 132 and the two first catch side plates 134. Also, the first pipe retaining mechanism 100 may include a plurality of first retaining structures 130, such that a plurality of pipe lines 20 may be retained on the plurality of first retaining structures 130, respectively. Similarly, the protruding concave arc-shaped second buckle bottom plate 222 is arranged on the second buckle substrate 210, so that the outer side surface of the circular pipeline 20 can be attached and positioned from the bottom side, and the pipeline 20 can be better limited and fixed; the tube line 20 can be clamped and fixed from the top by cooperating with the second clamping side plate 224 protruding from the two sides above the second clamping bottom plate 222. Thus, the pipe line 20 can be stably and reliably held and fixed in the second catch pipe groove 226 formed by the second catch bottom plate 222 and the two second catch side plates 224. Moreover, the first engaging groove may include a first horizontal engaging groove 146 and a first vertical engaging groove 144 opened on the first connecting seat 142, and the second engaging hook is engaged with the first horizontal engaging groove 146 or the first vertical engaging groove 144. Two mutually staggered clamping grooves, namely a first horizontal clamping groove 146 and a first vertical clamping groove 144 (the extending directions of the two are respectively the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and are perpendicular to each other) are arranged on the first connecting seat 142, so that the two clamping hooks can be in clamping connection with the first horizontal clamping groove 146 or in clamping connection with the first vertical clamping groove 144. In this way, the first and second pipeline fastening mechanisms 100 and 200 can be kept horizontal, so that the pipeline 20 fastened by the first pipeline fastening mechanism 100 and the pipeline 20 fastened by the second pipeline fastening mechanism 200 can be parallel to each other; or the first pipe fastening mechanism 100 and the second pipe fastening mechanism 200 are kept perpendicular, so that the pipe lines 20 fastened by the first pipe fastening mechanism 100 and the pipe lines 20 fastened by the second pipe fastening mechanism 200 can be perpendicular to each other. In addition, according to the requirement, the extending directions of the first horizontal engaging groove 146 and the first vertical engaging groove 144 may be mutually staggered to form a certain included angle (non-right angle), so that the pipeline 20 fastened by the first pipeline fastening mechanism 100 and the pipeline 20 fastened by the second pipeline fastening mechanism 200 may be mutually staggered to form an included angle. Thus, the first pipeline fastening mechanism 100 and the second pipeline fastening mechanism 200 can adapt to pipeline in different directions, and the space utilization rate is improved.

In addition, the second hook may also include a second horizontal hook and a second vertical hook (extending in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction, respectively, and perpendicular to each other) disposed on the second fastening substrate 210, and the first slot is only configured as a slot in one direction, and the second horizontal hook or the second vertical hook is in fastening fit with the first slot. In this way, the above object is also achieved.

In addition, the first slot may include a first horizontal slot 146 and a first vertical slot 144 (the extending directions of the two are horizontal and vertical directions, respectively, and are perpendicular to each other) provided on the first connecting seat 142, and the second hook may also include a second horizontal hook and a second vertical hook (the extending directions of the two are horizontal and vertical directions, respectively, and are perpendicular to each other) provided on the second fastening substrate 210, and the second horizontal hook or the second vertical hook is in a snap fit with the first horizontal slot 146, or the second horizontal hook or the second vertical hook is in a snap fit with the first vertical slot 144. In this way, the above object is also achieved.

In addition, in other embodiments, the first buckle connection seat 140 may include a first hook disposed on the first buckle substrate 110. Moreover, the second fastening connector 230 may include a second connector body disposed on the second fastening substrate 210, the second connector body is provided with a second locking groove, and the first locking hook is in locking engagement with the second locking groove. In this embodiment, a first buckle may be disposed on the first pipeline buckle mechanism 100, and a second clamping groove may be disposed on the second pipeline buckle mechanism 200, so that the first pipeline buckle mechanism 100 and the second pipeline buckle mechanism 200 can be buckled by buckling the first hook in the second clamping groove.

Moreover, the second clamping groove can comprise a second horizontal clamping groove and a second vertical clamping groove which are clamped on the second connecting seat main body, and the first clamping hook is in clamping fit with the second horizontal clamping groove or the second vertical clamping groove. Or, the first hook includes a first horizontal hook and a first vertical hook disposed on the first fastening substrate 110, and the first horizontal hook or the first vertical hook is in fastening fit with the second slot. Alternatively, the second slot may include a second horizontal slot and a second vertical slot that are engaged with the second connecting seat body 210, the first hook includes a first horizontal hook and a first vertical hook that are disposed on the first fastening substrate, and the first horizontal hook or the first vertical hook is engaged with the second horizontal slot, or the first horizontal hook or the first vertical hook is engaged with the second vertical slot.

In addition, as shown in fig. 8 to 9, the second pipeline fastening mechanism 200 may include a third fastening seat 240 disposed on the second fastening substrate 210, wherein the third fastening seat 240 is used for fastening with a second fastening seat 230 of another second pipeline fastening mechanism 200. The second buckle connecting seat 230 and the third buckle connecting seat 240 can be arranged on the second buckle substrate 210 of the second pipeline buckle mechanism 200, so that the second buckle connecting seat 230 of one second pipeline buckle mechanism 200 can be buckled and connected to the third buckle connecting seat 240 of another second pipeline buckle mechanism 200, and the two second pipeline buckle mechanisms 200 can be buckled and connected together. Thus, the pipe fixing clip has good expansion performance, and a plurality of second pipe clip mechanisms 200 can be connected together by clipping as required, so that a larger number and kinds of pipe lines 20 can be fixed by clipping connection.

Further, the second fastening connector 230 may include a second connector body disposed on the second fastening substrate 210, and the second connector body is provided with a second slot; the third clip connecting base 240 may include a third hook disposed on the second clip substrate 210, and the third hook is in a snap fit with the second clip. Alternatively, the second buckle connection seat 230 may include a second hook disposed on the second buckle substrate 210; the third fastening connection base 240 may include a third connection base body 242 disposed on the second fastening substrate 210, the third connection base body 242 is provided with a third fastening groove (a third horizontal fastening groove 246 and a third vertical fastening groove 244), and the second fastening hook is fastened and matched with the third fastening groove. Moreover, the structures of the second hook and the second slot are the same as those in the above embodiment, and the structures of the third hook and the third slot are also the same as those of the second hook and the second slot, which is not described herein again. Moreover, in the embodiment, a second buckle connection seat 230 and a third buckle connection seat 240 may be respectively disposed at two ends of the second buckle substrate 210, and the second buckle connection seat 230 and the third buckle connection seat 240 are respectively disposed at two sides of the second buckle substrate 210 in a back-to-back manner. Moreover, two first buckle connection seats 140 may be respectively disposed at two ends of the first buckle substrate 110, and the two first buckle connection seats 140 and the buckle holder back 120 are oppositely disposed at two sides of the first buckle substrate 110.

In addition, the second latch substrate 210 may further have a plurality of pipe through holes, and an axial direction of each pipe through hole is staggered with an extending direction of the second latch pipe slot 226. Thus, when the two second pipeline fastening mechanisms 200 are fastened and connected, and if the second fastening pipe grooves 226 of the second fastening structures 220 of the two second pipeline fastening mechanisms 200 are parallel to each other, the pipeline pipelines 20 fastened by the two second pipeline fastening mechanisms 200 are also parallel to each other and do not affect each other; however, if the second engaging grooves 226 of the second engaging structures 220 of the two second pipeline engaging mechanisms 200 are mutually staggered, the pipeline 20 engaged by the two second pipeline engaging mechanisms 200 may interfere with the second pipeline engaging mechanisms 200, and the pipeline 20 may pass through the second pipeline engaging mechanisms 200 normally by forming the pipeline through holes on the second engaging substrate 210. Similarly, such a through hole may be formed in the first latch substrate 110.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the pipeline fixing buckle with a more compact structure is provided, a plurality of pipeline pipelines can be fixed, the pipeline fixing buckle can realize an expansion function by optimizing the structure, the fixation of more pipelines can be expanded in a limited space, the use flexibility and convenience are enhanced, and the space utilization rate is greatly increased.
