1. A method for observing a pressure gauge by a directional locking pipeline system is characterized by comprising the following steps:

preparing a pipeline support (4) connected with a pipeline system, connecting the pipeline support (4) with a hexagonal nut (2) for observing a pressure gauge, and preparing a threaded tire core (3) with two symmetrical support legs on the lower end face; when a pressure gauge (1) is installed, a vertical pipe and a threaded tire core (3) of a pipeline support (4) are screwed into a threaded counter bore of a hexagonal nut (2), so that the threaded tire core (3) falls into the bottom of the threaded counter bore of the hexagonal nut (2), two support legs at the lower end of the threaded tire core (3) are inserted into the T-shaped round head at the upper end of the vertical pipe of the pipeline support (4) in the circumferential direction and correspond to notch grooves of the two support legs, and the rotation freedom degree of the threaded tire core (3) is limited; then a pipeline support (4) is connected between pipeline ports of a pipeline system, and is screwed into the threaded hole of the hexagonal nut (2) through the gauge head thread of the pressure gauge (1), and a gauge head screw rod of the pressure gauge (1) is fixed on the upper end surface of the threaded tire core (3) through the threaded hole of the hexagonal nut (2) and communicated with a flow guide hole of the threaded tire core; after the direction of the pressure gauge (1) is determined, a wrench is used for rotating the hexagonal nut (2) to enable the lower end face of the threaded tire core (3) to be in close contact with the T-shaped end face of the vertical pipe of the pipeline support (4), the screw end of the gauge head of the pressure gauge is tightly attached and sealed with the upper end face of the threaded tire core (3), and the threaded tire core (3) is locked in a floating mode; when gas or liquid media of a system pipeline enter from an input interface P of the pipeline support (4) and flow out from an output interface O of the pipeline support (4), and fluid media are communicated with a lower end orifice of a gauge head screw of the pressure gauge (1) through a vertical pipe of the pipeline support (4), the pressure of the system pipeline is consistent with the pressure flowing into the pressure gauge (1), and the pressure gauge (1) displays the pressure value of a flow point flowing through the system pipeline.

A method of directional locking pipe system observation pressure gauge according to claim 1, characterized in that two legs of the threaded core (3) are limited to the notch on the T-shaped round head at the upper end of the vertical pipe of the pipe support (4), and will move relatively to the axis of the hexagonal nut (2) to fit the contact surface of the connection, thereby locking the pressure gauge (1).

A method of directionally locking a pressure gauge in a ductwork system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the support plate G is secured by its threaded holes (5) in the support plate to the location in the ductwork system where the pressure gauge (1) is to be observed, ensuring its incorporation as a unit into the ductwork system.

7. The method for observing the pressure gauge of the directional locking pipeline system according to claim 1, wherein the threaded tire core (3) is made of annealed red copper or plastic spraying on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the threaded tire core (3).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a locking structure for mounting and fixing various pressure gauges and quickly obtaining angular positioning, which is widely applied to gas and liquid pipeline systems, and is particularly suitable for observing and measuring the pressure value of a specific point of the gas and liquid system.

Background

Pressure gauges (pressure gauge) are instruments that measure and indicate a pressure above ambient, using an elastic element as a sensing element. The pressure gauge transmits pressure deformation to the pointer through elastic deformation of a sensitive element in the gauge and a conversion mechanism of a movement in the gauge, so that the pointer rotates to display pressure. The application of the pressure gauge almost extends to all industrial processes and scientific research fields, and is widely seen in the fields of heat pipe networks, oil and gas transmission, water and gas supply systems, vehicle maintenance factories and stores and the like. Especially in the industrial process control and technical measurement process, the mechanical pressure gauge is more and more widely applied due to the characteristics of high mechanical strength, convenient production and the like of the elastic sensitive element of the mechanical pressure gauge. The safety net of the input interface circulation pipeline of the inspection pump usually needs to inspect the pressure gauge at any time, find whether there is damage, and replace the pressure gauge in time. When the pressure gauge is installed, the threaded installation head is usually screwed at the end of the pipeline matched with the threaded installation head, and the inner cavity of the pipeline is communicated with the inner cavity of the pressure gauge. This type of connection is inconvenient when reading a meter, because the pressure gauge must be screwed to the pipe port, otherwise there will be leakage, when the pressure gauge is screwed, the face of the pressure gauge is uncertain, sometimes it may face to the side that is difficult to observe, causing trouble to the meter reading. Sometimes, a meter reading person rotates the dial plate by a certain angle slightly, so that the dial plate is loosened and possibly leaks when the meter is read conveniently. Pressure gauges which are not convenient to disassemble on site in various gas and liquid systems also relate to observation and recording of system pressure values at a plurality of specific points so as to acquire corresponding data. Along with the access of some pressure gauges on pipelines, how to quickly access the pressure gauge on the pipeline, and can obtain stable and reliable sealing and obtain an easily observed pressure surface angular direction is a problem which cannot be ignored, and unnecessary obstacles and troubles are brought to the whole system due to the fact that a good observation surface is not provided and the connection is not good. The pressure gauge is usually sleeved on the pipeline support in a hollow mode through a hexagonal nut, one side of the pressure gauge, which needs to be connected with the pressure gauge, is convenient to connect the pressure gauge in a screwing mode from the lower end, and the pipeline support is installed on an observable point through a connecting screw. However, how to apply the screw-locking directional pressure gauge and increase the angle of the observable surface of the pressure surface is a relatively difficult problem.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a practical, quick and convenient method for observing a pressure gauge by using a locking pipeline system, wherein the observation angle is flexible and adjustable during use.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is that the method for observing the pressure gauge by the directional locking pipeline system is characterized by comprising the following steps:

preparing a pipeline support 4 for connecting a pipeline system, connecting the pipeline support 4 with a hexagonal nut 2 for observing a pressure gauge, and preparing a threaded tire core 3 with two symmetrical support legs on the lower end face; when a pressure gauge 1 is installed, a vertical pipe and a threaded tire core 3 of a pipeline support 4 are screwed into a threaded counter bore of a hexagonal nut 2, so that the threaded tire core 3 falls into the bottom of the threaded counter bore of the hexagonal nut 2, two support legs at the lower end of the threaded tire core 3 are inserted into the T-shaped round head circumference at the upper end of the vertical pipe of the pipeline support 4 and correspond to notch grooves of the two support legs, and the rotation freedom degree of the threaded tire core 3 is limited; then, a pipeline support 4 is connected between pipeline ports of a pipeline system, a gauge head screw of the pressure gauge 1 is screwed into the threaded hole of the hexagonal nut 2 through the gauge head screw, and a gauge head screw of the pressure gauge 1 is fixed on the upper end surface of the threaded tire core 3 through the threaded hole of the hexagonal nut 2 and communicated with a flow guide hole of the threaded tire core; after the direction of the pressure gauge 1 is determined, a wrench is used for rotating the hexagonal nut 2 to enable the lower end face of the threaded tire core 3 to be in close contact with the T-shaped end face of the vertical pipe of the pipeline support 4, the screw end of the gauge head of the pressure gauge is tightly attached to and sealed with the upper end face of the threaded tire core 3, and the threaded tire core 3 is locked in a floating mode; when a gas or liquid medium in a system pipeline enters from an input interface P of the pipeline support 4 and flows out from an output interface O of the pipeline support 4, and a fluid medium is communicated with a lower end orifice of a gauge head screw of the pressure gauge 1 through a vertical pipe of the pipeline support 4, the pressure of the system pipeline is consistent with the pressure flowing into the pressure gauge 1, and the pressure gauge 1 displays the pressure value of a flowing point of the system pipeline.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.

Is practical, quick and convenient. The invention adopts the pipeline bracket 4 connected with the pipeline system, the hexagonal nut 2 connected with the pipeline bracket 4 and the pressure gauge, and the threaded tire core 3 provided with two symmetrical support legs on the lower end surface, so that the quick locking pressure gauge can be directly installed and fixed by rotating the hexagonal nut 2, and the quick locking pressure gauge is very quick, convenient and strong in practicability. Under the combined action of the thread tire core 3 and the hexagonal nut 2, the upper end face of the thread of the pressure gauge 1 is in close contact with the upper end face of the thread tire core 3, the lower end face of the thread tire core 3 is in close contact with the pipeline support 4, stable and reliable connection and tight sealing are obtained through floating locking and sealing, and the defects that the meter reading can cause looseness and leakage are likely to occur are avoided.

Is flexible and convenient. The invention adopts two support legs at the lower end of the threaded tire core 3, and the two support legs are inserted into the excircle of the T-shaped disc at the upper end of the vertical pipe of the pipeline bracket 4 and correspond to the notches of the two support legs, so that the rotational freedom degree of the threaded tire core 3 is limited, and the direction of a pressure gauge can be determined at will; when a gas or liquid medium flows through an orifice at the lower end of the pressure gauge 1 after entering from the port P and flows out of the port O, the pressure gauge 1 displays the pressure value of the inflow pipeline support 4, the pressure gauge 1 can be locked by the flexible adjusting thread of the hexagonal nut 2 and the outer nut, and the obtained pressure value and the reading which are convenient to observe by observing the surface angle in the corresponding direction are obtained. The problem of the orientation of the dial plate is uncertain after the manometer is screwed, and the watch is difficult to observe and read is solved.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, according to the present invention, a pipe bracket 4 for connecting a pipe system is prepared, a hexagonal nut 2 for coupling the pipe bracket 4 and an observation pressure gauge is prepared, and a threaded tire core 3 having two symmetrical legs formed at a lower end surface thereof is prepared; when the pressure gauge 1 is installed, the vertical pipe and the threaded tire core 3 of the pipeline support 4 are screwed into the threaded counter bore of the hexagonal nut 2, so that the threaded tire core 3 falls into the bottom of the threaded counter bore of the hexagonal nut 2, and the two support legs at the lower end of the threaded tire core 3 are inserted into the outer circle of the T-shaped disc at the upper end of the vertical pipe of the pipeline support 4 and correspond to the notch grooves of the two support legs, so that the rotational freedom degree of the threaded tire core 3 is limited; then, a pipeline support 4 is connected between pipeline ports of a pipeline system, a gauge head screw of the pressure gauge 1 is screwed into the threaded hole of the hexagonal nut 2 through the gauge head screw, and a gauge head screw of the pressure gauge 1 is fixed on the upper end surface of the threaded tire core 3 through the threaded hole of the hexagonal nut 2 and communicated with a flow guide hole of the threaded tire core; after the direction of the pressure gauge 1 is determined, a wrench is used for rotating the hexagonal nut 2 to enable the lower end face of the threaded tire core 3 to be in close contact with the T-shaped end face of the vertical pipe of the pipeline support 4, the screw end of the gauge head of the pressure gauge is tightly attached to and sealed with the upper end face of the threaded tire core 3, and the threaded tire core 3 is locked in a floating mode; when a gas or liquid medium in a system pipeline enters from an input interface P of the pipeline support 4 and flows out from an output interface O of the pipeline support 4, and a fluid medium is communicated with a lower end orifice of a gauge head screw of the pressure gauge 1 through a vertical pipe of the pipeline support 4, the pressure of the system pipeline is consistent with the pressure flowing into the pressure gauge 1, and the pressure gauge 1 displays the pressure value of a flowing point of the system pipeline.

The required position of whole manometer is fixed to the supporting disk G of welding on pipeline support 4 pipeline, and supporting disk G fixes the position that pipe-line system need observe manometer 1 through supporting disk screw hole 5 on it, guarantees to include pipe-line system as a unit.

Due to different specifications of the pressure gauges of the related pipeline systems, the hexagonal nuts 2, the threaded tire cores 3 and the pipeline supports 4 with different lengths and specifications can be manufactured according to different connection thread sizes of the pressure gauges so as to adapt to the installation requirements of different pressure gauges;

to make the seal more reliable. The thread tyre core 3 can adopt annealed red copper or plastic spraying on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the thread tyre core 3, so that the connection and locking are safer and more reliable after sealing.
