1. The novel formaldehyde-free paint is characterized in that the formula of the novel formaldehyde-free paint is as follows:

50-75% of water, 10-15% of calcium carbonate, 5-8% of chlorite, 1-3% of magnesium oxide, 10-15% of cellulose, 5-10% of velvet, 3-7% of diatom ooze, 12-15% of modified bentonite, 7-13% of coloring agent, 4-7% of organic solvent and 8-10% of modified montmorillonite.

2. The novel formaldehyde-free coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the novel formaldehyde-free coating comprises the following steps:

(1) respectively grinding calcium carbonate, kyanite, magnesium oxide, cellulose and velvet into powder with the same size by using a grinder;

(2) injecting water into the stirrer, adding powdery calcium carbonate and subgrain into the water, starting the stirrer, stirring for 5min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 1;

(3) adding powdered magnesium oxide and cellulose into the mixed solution 1, stirring for 3min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 2;

(4) adding powdery velvet, modified bentonite and modified montmorillonite into the mixed solution 2, stirring for 2min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 3;

(5) adding the diatom ooze into the mixed solution 3, stirring for 2min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 4;

(6) adding an organic solvent into the mixed solution 4, stirring for 5min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 5;

(7) and adding the coloring agent into the mixed solution 5, stirring for 1.5min, and completely mixing to obtain the formaldehyde-free paint.

3. The novel formaldehyde-free paint and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic solvent comprises the following components: 3-6% of pentane, 5-10% of hexane and 6-12% of octane.

4. The novel formaldehyde-free coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the coloring agent comprises the following components: 5 to 8 percent of carbolic acid, 10 to 15 percent of basic fuchsin, 30 to 50 percent of distilled water and 10 to 15 percent of alcohol.

5. The novel formaldehyde-free coating and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the coloring agent comprises the following steps:

(1) pouring the carbolic acid into a test tube, adding distilled water into the test tube, and stirring for 3min by using a stirring rod until the carbolic acid is completely dissolved in the distilled water; obtaining a solution 1;

(2) grinding basic fuchsin into powder, adding alcohol, grinding the basic fuchsin with the alcohol, and stirring for 1min by using a stirring rod to obtain a solution 2;

(3) and mixing the solution 1 and the solution 2 together to obtain carbol fuschin dye solution.

Background

in view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors consider that the existing paint contains too high a formaldehyde content.

The present invention aims to provide a novel coating material without formaldehyde and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems mentioned in the background technology.

(3) adding powdered magnesium oxide and cellulose into the mixed solution 1, stirring for 3min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 2;

(4) adding powdery velvet, modified bentonite and modified montmorillonite into the mixed solution 2, stirring for 2min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 3;

(5) adding the diatom ooze into the mixed solution 3, stirring for 2min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 4;

(6) adding an organic solvent into the mixed solution 4, stirring for 5min, and completely mixing to obtain a mixed solution 5;

(7) and adding the coloring agent into the mixed solution 5, stirring for 1.5min, and completely mixing to obtain the formaldehyde-free paint.

Preferably, the organic solvent comprises the following components: 3-6% of pentane, 5-10% of hexane and 6-12% of octane.
