For the plug, firstly, the jack and the lead are well pressed, then a layer of uniform silica gel is coated on the excircle of the jack, and then the silica gel is sequentially arranged in the hole of the plug mounting plate; secondly, encapsulating epoxy glue in a cavity at the tail part of the plug mounting plate for fixation; thirdly, the encapsulated plug mounting plate is arranged in the inner shell, then is arranged in the outer shell together, and is tightly riveted by a special clamp; fourthly, riveting the anti-wave sleeve and the crimping sleeve on the outer shell by using a special clamp; fifthly, the sealing gasket is arranged from the front side of the plug and is tightly attached to the plug mounting plate; and sixthly, finally, installing the expansion ring and the connecting screw cap on the outer shell, and installing the heat-shrinkable tube on the compression joint sleeve for heat-shrinkage fastening.
