Technical Field

Background

Urea is a substance also contained in skin sweat, and has the effects of moisturizing and protecting the health of the epidermis. The existing skin care products containing urea are not many, the content of urea in the existing skin care products added with urea is not high, and one important reason is that the urea is unstable and is easy to explain to release ammonia gas, so that the product has unpleasant smell. The pH value of a plurality of skin care products sold in the market at present is easily influenced by temperature and storage conditions, is not stable enough, and particularly, products containing urea are easy to change, so that urea additives in the products are more unstable, ammonia gas is released, and the sensory experience of the products and the moisturizing effect of the products are influenced.

CN104644496A discloses a moisturizing skin care emulsion, which comprises 4-5 parts of emulsifier; 1-2 parts of a stabilizer; 3-5 parts of glycolic acid; 0.5-0.8 part of carbomer; 10-15 parts of cucumber extract; 3-5 parts of urea; 4-6 parts of glycerol; 5-8 parts of common dewdrop; 6-10 parts of white sugar; 60-65 parts of deionized water, aiming at solving the problems of poor absorption effect and poor moisturizing effect of the existing emulsion in the using process, by adding carbomer, cucumber extract, dewdrop grass and white sugar which have moisturizing and moisturizing effects, the ingredients can effectively promote skin metabolism and delay the generation of skin wrinkles while moisturizing, and the skin can be smooth, tender, elastic and good in absorption effect after long-term use. However, the disclosure does not mention the solution of the problem that the urea component is added into the skin care product to release ammonia gas due to decomposition caused by unstable pH value and the like, and the defects and shortcomings of the existing products in the field cannot be overcome.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects and shortcomings that urea additives in the existing skin care products are unstable and are easy to explain and release ammonia gas, and provides a moisturizing and skin-protecting urea system.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a use of the moisturizing skin care urinary system in a skin care product.

It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a skin care article.

The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the urea system is of a core-shell structure, the core of the urea system is a urea composition consisting of urea, a humectant and a pH regulator, the pH value of the urea composition is 4.0-5.5, and the shell is an emulsion.

The moisturizing and skin-protecting urea system disclosed by the invention contains effective moisturizing components urea and glycerin, the pH value of the whole moisturizing and skin-protecting urea composition system can be controlled to be 4.0-5.5 by adding the pH regulator, the stability of urea addition components can be well ensured in the range, the urea is greatly prevented from being decomposed and volatilized into ammonia gas, the sensory damage to skin-protecting products is reduced, the important moisturizing component urea is effectively retained, and meanwhile, the dry and peeled appearance of the skin is better improved and the skin moisture degree is kept through the synergistic effect of the components under the system condition.

Urea is mixed with pH regulator and humectant, and encapsulated with suitable carrier such as water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsion to increase its stability and efficacy. The coated emulsion can be used in products alone or in combination with other active ingredients in skin care products.

The humectant can be betaine or glycerol.

Preferably, the pH value of the urea composition is 4.5-5.5.

More preferably, the pH value of the urea composition is 5.0-5.5. For example, it may be 5.43 or 5.48.

Preferably, the pH adjusting agent is a mixture of lactic acid, potassium lactate, citric acid and potassium citrate.

Preferably, the urea composition consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 10 parts of glycerol, 3-2 parts of urea, 0.1-0.3 part of lactic acid, 0.04-0.3 part of potassium lactate, 2-5 parts of betaine, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium citrate and 0.03-0.1 part of citric acid.

More preferably, the urea composition consists of the following components in mass fraction: 10 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of urea, 0.1 part of lactic acid, 0.04 part of potassium lactate, 2 parts of betaine, 0.2 part of sodium citrate and 0.03 part of citric acid.

The application of the moisturizing and skin-care urinary system in preparing skin-care product preparations is also within the protection scope of the invention.

The invention also provides a skin care preparation which comprises the moisturizing and skin care urea system and other acceptable auxiliary materials.

Preferably, the moisture skin care urinary system in the skin care formulation is an emulsion or cream. The skin care cream is prepared into emulsion or cream by a water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsification technology, and can be conveniently added into skin care products, so that the moistening and moisture retention of the products on the skin are effectively improved, and the problems that the pH value of the products is violently changed and the products are changed in taste and go bad in the storage process are avoided.

Preferably, the skin care preparation comprises the following components in parts by mass:

the component A comprises: a moisturizing and skin-protecting urea system;

the humectant can be one or more selected from propylene glycol, butanediol, pentanediol, and glyceryl polyether-26;

the emulsifier may be one or more selected from glyceryl monostearate, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-20, sodium stearoyl lactylate, PEG-100 stearate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, lauryl PEG-9 dimethiconoethyl dimethicone, PEG-10 dimethicone;

the chelating agent may be disodium EDTA;

the thickening stabilizer can be one or more selected from carbomer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium, polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate;

the antiseptic can be selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, hexanediol, methyl hydroxybenzoate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and glyceryl caprylate.

The skin care formulations of the present invention may be prepared by suitable emulsification methods known in the art. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:

s1, cleaning and disinfecting production equipment;

s2, adding the component A into a water kettle, stirring, and properly heating until the component A is completely dissolved;

s3, adding oil-soluble components including the emollient and the emulsifier in the component B into an oil pan, stirring, and properly heating until the components are completely dissolved; adding the water-soluble component in the component B into a water kettle, and uniformly stirring the water-soluble component and the component A;

s4, adding the materials of the water boiler and the oil boiler into the main boiler at a proper temperature, and homogenizing and uniformly stirring at a proper stirring speed;

s5, adding the component C into the main pot, uniformly stirring, inspecting, filtering after being qualified, and discharging.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
