1. A urinary catheterizing dilator, comprising: an outer channel unit and an inner expansion unit;

the outer channel unit comprises a contractible reticular pipeline, the front end of the reticular pipeline comprises a ball, and the rear end of the reticular pipeline forms a horn-shaped opening; the reticular pipeline is formed by crossing a plurality of first spirals formed by rotating in a clockwise direction and a plurality of second spirals formed by rotating in a counterclockwise direction; wherein at least one of the plurality of first spirals and the plurality of second spirals are made of a resilient metal; the diameter of the contracted reticular pipeline is smaller than that of the round ball;

the inner expansion unit comprises a rod body which is made of elastic metal and easy to elastically bend, a cylindrical expansion head is formed at the front end of the rod body, and two ends of the expansion head form arc surfaces; the diameter of the expansion head is far larger than that of the rod body and the round ball;

the inner expanding unit can be inserted into the mesh duct from a trumpet-shaped opening at the rear end of the mesh duct.

2. The catheterization dilator of claim 1, wherein:

a part of the anterior segment surrounding the mesh-like tube is covered with a silicone membrane corresponding to the position of the prostate of the patient.

3. The catheterization dilator of claim 1, wherein:

the rod body is provided with scales to indicate the depth of insertion into the urethra of the patient.

4. The catheterization dilator of claim 1, wherein:

a handle is formed at the rear end of the rod body.

5. The catheterization dilator of claim 1, wherein:

the outer side of the outer channel unit is coated with lidocaine gel.

6. The catheterization dilator of claim 1, wherein:

at least one of said plurality of first spirals is made of a resilient metal; at least one of the plurality of second spirals is made of a resilient metal.

Technical Field

The application relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a catheterization dilator.

Background

The urethral sound 30 is commonly used to dilate the urethra, particularly for patients with dysuria due to prostatic enlargement, and it is generally necessary to insert the urethral sound into the urethra of a male patient, dilate it, and then easily insert the urinary catheter into it, before inserting the urinary catheter. The urethral probe is a steel rod-shaped body, the front end of the urethral probe is bent, and due to the physiological bending of the urethra of a human body, the urethral probe is difficult to insert, so that the mucous membrane on the inner side of the urethra is often damaged, and even the urethral probe is punctured as shown in fig. 7.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present application aims to provide a urethral dilator for urethral dilation, which can flexibly adapt to the physiological curve of the urethra on the one hand, and is not easy to cause injury to the mucosa inside the urethra on the other hand.

The catheterization dilator of the present application, which includes: an outer channel unit and an inner expansion unit;

the outer channel unit comprises a contractible reticular pipeline, the front end of the reticular pipeline comprises a ball, and the rear end of the reticular pipeline forms a horn-shaped opening; the reticular pipeline is formed by crossing a plurality of first spirals formed by rotating in a clockwise direction and a plurality of second spirals formed by rotating in a counterclockwise direction; wherein at least one of the plurality of first spirals and the plurality of second spirals are made of a resilient metal; the diameter of the contracted reticular pipeline is smaller than that of the round ball;

the inner expansion unit comprises a rod body which is made of elastic metal and easy to elastically bend, a cylindrical expansion head is formed at the front end of the rod body, and two ends of the expansion head form arc surfaces; the diameter of the expansion head is far larger than that of the rod body and the round ball;

the inner expanding unit can be inserted into the mesh duct from a trumpet-shaped opening at the rear end of the mesh duct.

Preferably, a portion of the anterior segment, which surrounds the mesh tube, is covered with a silicone membrane, corresponding to the location of the patient's prostate.

Preferably, the shaft body is formed with a scale to indicate a depth of insertion into the urethra of the patient.

Preferably, the rear end of the lever body is formed with a handle.

Preferably, the outer side of the outer channel unit is coated with lidocaine gel.

Preferably, at least one of said plurality of first spirals is made of a resilient metal; at least one of the plurality of second spirals is made of a resilient metal.

The urethral catheterization dilator is designed into an outer channel unit and an inner dilating unit, and a traditional urethral probe is decomposed into two parts to be respectively executed according to the functions of entering the urethra and dilating the prostate. Thus, when inserted into the urethra, the outer path unit can be easily inserted into the urethra because it has a small diameter and does not act to prop open the prostate; after the outer channel unit is inserted into the urethra, the inner expansion unit is inserted into the outer channel unit, at the moment, due to the existence of the reticular pipeline of the outer channel unit, the expansion head of the inner expansion unit advances in the reticular pipeline, and the urethral mucosa is protected by the reticular pipeline; the net-shaped pipeline of the outer channel unit and the rod body made of elastic metal of the inner expanding unit enable the whole urethral catheterization expander to be easily adapted to the physiological curve of the urethra.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, the catheterization dilator of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The catheterization dilator of the present application, which includes: an outer channel unit 10 and an inner stent unit 20;

the outer channel unit 10 comprises a contractible reticular pipeline 12, the front end of the reticular pipeline 12 comprises a round ball 11, and the rear end of the reticular pipeline 12 forms a trumpet-shaped opening 13; the meshed piping 12 is formed by intersecting a plurality of first spirals formed by rotating in a clockwise direction and a plurality of second spirals formed by rotating in a counterclockwise direction; the first spiral may be woven with the second spiral or may be formed by laser engraving of a memory metal.

In order to facilitate insertion of the outer channel unit 10 into the urethra, at least one of the plurality of first spirals and the plurality of second spirals is made of metal; preferably, at least one of the first spirals is made of a resilient metal and at least one of the second spirals is made of a resilient metal; the diameter of the constricted mesh conduit 12 is smaller than the diameter of the spherical ball 11. The spherical ball 11 may be metallic and integrally fixed with the metallic primary or secondary spiral.

The inner expansion unit 20 comprises a rod body 22 made of elastic metal and easy to bend elastically, a cylindrical expansion head 21 is formed at the front end of the rod body 22, and two ends of the expansion head 21 are formed into arc surfaces; the diameter of the dilating head 21 is much larger than the diameter of the shaft 22 and the spherical ball 11, and the dilating head 21 is used for dilating the prostate position of the urethra.

The internal expanding unit 20 can be inserted into the mesh duct 12 from the trumpet-shaped opening 13 at the rear end of the mesh duct 12.

Surrounding a portion of the anterior segment of the mesh-like duct 12, covered with a silicone membrane 14, as shown in fig. 2, is preferably formed on the outside of the mesh-like duct corresponding to the position where the prostate of the patient is located, in order to prevent mucosa of the urethra from entering the mesh-like duct from a window formed by crossing the first spiral and the second spiral due to hypertrophy of the prostate at the position of the prostate, and being injured by the dilation while the dilation head is proceeding.

The rod body 22 is provided with scales to indicate the depth of insertion into the urethra of the patient, so that an operator can clearly understand the insertion depth of the expansion head 21, judge whether the expansion head 21 reaches the position corresponding to the prostate, and if the expansion head 21 reaches the position corresponding to the prostate, stop the expansion head 21 at the position to support and expand the position for a long time.

A handle 23 is formed at the rear end of the rod body 22 to facilitate the pushing and pulling of the inner expanding unit 20.

The outer side of the outer channel unit 10 is coated with lidocaine gel, which plays a lubricating role on one hand and plays an anesthetic role on the other hand.

When in use, the outer channel unit is inserted into the urethra from the urethral orifice of a patient until the ball enters the bladder; and then the internal expansion unit is inserted from the bell mouth of the external channel unit, so that the expansion head stays at the position of the prostate of the urethra to support and expand the position, after a preset time, the internal expansion unit is firstly withdrawn, then the external channel unit is withdrawn, and the ureter is inserted into the urethra of the patient after the external channel unit is withdrawn.
