Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of filtration, and particularly relates to a multi-layer filter bag type filter.

Background

In the production process of slurry such as color paste, coal water slurry and the like, a filter device is often used for removing impurities and large-particle pigments so as to ensure the production quality and precision of products. The existing filter bag type is usually only provided with one layer of filter bag, and the filter with the structure has simple structure and unsatisfactory filtering effect, and can not realize the production requirement of high-standard slurry.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a multi-layer filter bag type filter which is provided with double-layer filter bags, has an ideal filtering effect and can meet the production requirement of high-standard slurry.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a multi-layered filter bag filter comprising a cartridge body, a first filtering mechanism and a second filtering mechanism; the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder are fixedly connected with an upper end cover and a lower end cover through bolts respectively, the upper part of the upper end cover is connected with a feeding pipeline, and the lower part of the lower end cover is connected with a discharging pipeline;

an upper annular plate and a lower annular plate are fixedly connected to the upper part and the middle part inside the cylinder body respectively;

the first filtering mechanism and the second filtering mechanism are identical in structure and both consist of a sleeve with openings at two ends and a filter bag connected with the lower opening end of the sleeve, wherein a flange plate is fixedly connected to the outer part of the upper end of the sleeve;

the first filtering mechanism is arranged inside the upper annular plate, is lapped on the upper end of the upper annular plate through a flange plate therein and is fixedly connected with the upper annular plate through bolts;

the second filtering mechanism is arranged inside the lower annular plate, is lapped on the upper end of the lower annular plate through a flange plate therein and is fixedly connected with the lower annular plate through bolts; the lower end of a filter bag in the first filtering mechanism extends into the interior of a sleeve in the second filtering mechanism, a steel filter screen is fixedly connected to the middle of the sleeve in the second filtering mechanism, and the filter screen is in contact with the bottom end of the filter bag in the first filtering mechanism; the mesh number of the filter bags in the second filtering mechanism is slightly larger than that of the filter bags in the first filtering mechanism.

The shape of the filter bag when the filter bag is completely unfolded is an inverted frustum shape.

The upper end of the cylinder body is in an upright frustum shape, and the lower end of the cylinder body is in an inverted frustum shape.

By arranging the double-layer filter bag, the filter effect can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, the filter efficiency can also be improved. Be provided with the sleeve in the filtering mechanism, can increase the volume that gets into thick liquids in the filtering mechanism, can further improve filtration efficiency. The setting of filter screen can not only by filtering capability, can also play the effect of bearing to the filter bag in the first filtering mechanism. The filter has double-layer filter bags, has ideal filtering effect and can meet the production requirement of high-standard slurry.

The present invention will be further explained below.

As shown in figure 1, the multi-layer filter bag 11 type filter comprises a cylinder body 1, a first filtering mechanism 8 and a second filtering mechanism 9; the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder body 1 are fixedly connected with an upper end cover 2 and a lower end cover 3 through bolts respectively, the upper part of the upper end cover 2 is connected with a feeding pipeline 4, and the lower part of the lower end cover 3 is connected with a discharging pipeline 5;

an upper annular plate 6 and a lower annular plate 7 are respectively fixedly connected to the upper part and the middle part of the interior of the cylinder 1;

the first filtering mechanism 8 and the second filtering mechanism 9 have the same structure and are both composed of a sleeve 12 with openings at two ends at the upper part and a filter bag 11 connected with the lower opening end of the sleeve 12, wherein a flange plate 10 is fixedly connected to the outer part of the upper end of the sleeve 12;

the first filtering mechanism 8 is arranged inside the upper annular plate 6, is lapped on the upper end of the upper annular plate 6 through a flange plate 10 therein, and is fixedly connected with the upper annular plate 6 through bolts;

the second filtering mechanism 9 is arranged inside the lower annular plate 7, is lapped on the upper end of the lower annular plate 7 through a flange plate 10 and is fixedly connected with the lower annular plate 7 through bolts; the lower end of a filter bag 11 in the first filtering mechanism 8 extends into the inner part of a sleeve 12 in the second filtering mechanism 9, a steel filter screen 13 is fixedly connected to the middle part of the sleeve 12 in the second filtering mechanism 9, and the filter screen 13 is contacted with the bottom end of the filter bag 11 in the first filtering mechanism 8; the mesh number of the filter bags 11 in the second filter mechanism 9 is slightly larger than the mesh number of the filter bags 11 in the first filter mechanism 8.

The shape of the filter bag 11 when fully unfolded is an inverted frustum shape.

The upper end of the cylinder body 1 is in a right frustum shape, and the lower end of the cylinder body 1 is in an inverted frustum shape.

According to the invention, the double-layer filter bag 11 is arranged, so that the filtering effect can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, the filtering efficiency can also be improved. The sleeve 12 is arranged in the filtering mechanism, so that the volume of slurry entering the filtering mechanism can be increased, and the filtering efficiency can be further improved. The arrangement of the filter screen 13 not only enables a filtering function, but also supports the filter pockets 11 in the first filter mechanism 8. The filter has double-layer filter bags 11, has ideal filtering effect and can meet the production requirement of high-standard slurry.
