1. A method for preparing a metal plate by centrifugal casting is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) preheating a mould;

2) hanging heat insulation coating, namely uniformly hanging the heat insulation coating on the working surface of the pipe die;

Background

Centrifugal casting is a technique and method for filling a casting mold with molten metal by injecting the molten metal into the mold rotating at a high speed and causing the molten metal to move centrifugally to fill the mold and form a casting. The centrifugal motion causes the liquid metal to fill the mould well in the radial direction and form a free surface of the casting, which facilitates the removal of gas and inclusions from the liquid metal, which affects the crystallization process of the metal, thereby improving the mechanical and physical properties of the casting. The centrifugal casting has the characteristics of wide application, low cost and high efficiency, solves the problem that the seamless steel pipe cannot produce a thick-wall steel pipe, can cast a hollow cylindrical shape and cast steel pipes with different diameters, wall thicknesses and lengths without sand cores compared with other casting process methods, and has the advantages of high production efficiency and low cost. The centrifugally cast steel pipe is widely applied to manufacturing of various equipment, and the cost of the equipment can be reduced, such as roller beds of transmission systems of steel tapping machines, steel pushing machines, steel loading machines and the like in the metallurgical industry.

The current methods for producing metal plates mainly include the following two methods: one method is that a continuous casting billet is prepared through a continuous casting machine, and then the continuous casting billet is rolled through a rolling mill to prepare a qualified metal plate; another method is to cast a metal ingot by a die casting process and then roll the metal ingot by rolling to prepare a metal plate. The casting blank in the above technology, whether continuous casting or die casting, inevitably exists as follows: the defects of component segregation of the casting blank, overproof inclusions of the casting blank and the like cannot be eliminated in the rolling process, so that the performance of the metal plate is unstable, and the quality cannot meet the requirement.

The centrifugal casting technology is beneficial to removing gas and impurities in liquid metal, and metal materials with high purity and isometric crystal rate can be obtained, but the centrifugal casting is mainly applied to preparing pipe products, and the technology for preparing metal plates is still to be developed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for preparing a metal plate by centrifugal casting.
