背景技术

轧钢生产过程中，需要将方形钢放入煤气加热炉加热，经过加热（1200℃）以后从加热炉出炉口出来，通过滚轮输送到轧钢机，由于原料出炉时由于温度过高，会严重影响离炉口最近的3个辊轮，往往会造成这三个输送辊受热而变形，造成输送能力下降，甚至因变形严重而失去输送能力。

本发明的目的在于提供一种轧钢加热炉出口输送辊，通过在辊体外部设计输送套，能根据需要输送的轧钢进行调整更换。

为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
