An ultrathin metal sheet such as an iron sheet or an aluminum sheet is a part which is required to be used on a plurality of mechanical devices. The ultrathin metal sheets are generally processed and formed in a large area and then are divided into small ultrathin metal plates with different required areas by a dividing and cutting machine; the splitting machine firstly adopts a plurality of rubber rollers to clamp the ultrathin metal sheet and then performs splitting operation. The friction force on the surface of the rubber roller needs to be kept continuously, so that the surface of the rubber roller needs to be ground every time the rubber roller is used for a period of time, and the roughness of the surface of the rubber roller is ensured; the existing mode is that sand paper is manually held to grind, the mode is extremely low in efficiency, and the labor intensity of workers is extremely high, so that how to provide a device which reduces the labor intensity of workers and is high in grinding efficiency is the research direction of the industry.

the supporting block is fixed at one end of the base 6, the supporting frame 10 is fixed at the other end of the base 6, the driving motor 7 is fixed at the side part of the supporting block, the rotating shaft 9 is horizontally arranged, and one end of the rotating shaft 9 is coaxially connected with the output end of the driving motor 7; the slideway 8 is fixed above the rotating shaft 9 and is horizontally arranged; the polishing device is arranged at the lower part of the slideway 8 and can move on the slideway 8;

the polishing device comprises abrasive paper 2, a fixing plate 1, a sliding block 5, a pressing sheet 3 and a bolt 4, wherein two ends of the abrasive paper 2 are fixed on one side of the fixing plate 1 through the pressing sheet 3 and the bolt 4, so that the abrasive paper 2 is in a tightened state; the opposite side of fixed plate 1 is fixed with sliding block 5, and sliding block 5 card makes sliding block 5 remove in the recess at slide 8 in the recess.
