1) layering and casting the beam plate in sections; during construction in summer, low-temperature cold water is adopted to mix the concrete, so that the sun is prevented from being exposed; in winter construction, the concrete is heated by adopting a heat source, the concrete is insulated by adopting an insulation material, and an additive is added in the pouring process;

2) after the pouring is finished, covering the curing cloth, pushing the movable beam plate curing device to the lower side of the beam plate, and adjusting the telescopic device, the angle adjusting rod and the height adjusting device to be matched with the beam plate to finish the laying of the curing cloth;

3) and watering and curing are carried out, so that water permeates into the curing cloth, the water temperature and the concrete surface temperature do not exceed 20 ℃, the temperature is measured once in the morning, noon and evening and is measured once in the morning and evening for 3d to 5d after the concrete pouring is finished, and the temperature is measured once in the morning and evening for 6d to 35d, and the temperature is measured once in the morning or evening every day.

8. A beam slab curing process according to claim 7, wherein the curing time of conventional concrete is not less than 9 days; the curing time of the large-volume concrete and the concrete mixed by the ordinary portland cement is not less than 18 days; the curing time of the concrete mixed by the slag cement and the pozzolan cement is not less than 25 days.

9. A beam and slab curing process according to claim 7, wherein the additive is one or more of an antifreeze agent, a water reducing agent and an early strength agent.

10. A beam and slab curing process according to claim 7, wherein the beam and slab curing process is carried out by using a sprinkler, and a spray head of the sprinkler is in a spray type.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of bridge engineering, in particular to a movable beam plate curing device and a beam plate curing process.

Background

With the development of society and the improvement of economic level, bridge engineering is pursuing the effect of the fair-faced concrete more and more, and the research on the construction technology of the fair-faced concrete is deepened more and more. The cement concrete is widely used, but some cement concrete members are durable and have beautiful appearance; some concrete structures need to be maintained as soon as they are built, and the appearance quality is also quite defective. The common quality defects of cement concrete are as follows: the quality defects of honeycombs, pitted surfaces, holes, rib leakage, strength substandard, cracks, size deviation and the like influence the durability of the concrete member, reduce the use function of the concrete product and seriously even endanger the public safety.

Therefore, in bridge engineering, the quality control of cement concrete needs to be enhanced. For different use environments and structural parts, the quality control of the cement concrete has different emphasis. Generally, the quality management of cement concrete throughout the whole process of concrete construction, including the quality management of four stages of cement concrete mix proportion selection, concrete production and transportation, concrete pouring and subsequent work, should be kept in the whole process control from 8 aspects of raw material selection, mix proportion test, concrete mixing, concrete transportation, working face preparation, pouring, form removal, health preserving, etc. In particular, the beam slab must ensure the health quality in construction to exert the characteristics of large bearing capacity, good frost heaving resistance and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a movable beam and slab curing device which is used for curing beam and slab, is simple in structure and convenient to operate, saves labor cost and improves production efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a movable beam plate health preserving device comprises a first upright post, a second upright post, a cross beam, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a telescopic angle adjusting rod, wherein the first upright post, the second upright post and the cross beam are all telescopic; the first upright post and the second upright post are connected through a first connecting rod at the top end and a second connecting rod at the middle part and the bottom part to form a side frame of the movable beam-slab curing device, and the side frame brackets are connected through a plurality of cross beams; the angle adjusting rod is located between the second upright post and the first connecting rod.

Preferably, the first upright post, the second upright post, the cross beam, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the angle adjusting rod are all made of square steel pipes with different specifications; the number of the first upright posts and the number of the second upright posts are two respectively, the number of the cross beams is five, and the number of the second connecting rods is two.

Preferably, the first connecting rod is formed by hinging two short square steel tubes, one end of the angle adjusting rod is connected to the middle of the short square steel tube close to the second upright post, and the other end of the angle adjusting rod is connected to the second upright post.

Preferably, the curing time of the conventional concrete is not less than 9 days; the curing time of the large-volume concrete and the concrete mixed by the ordinary portland cement is not less than 18 days; the curing time of the concrete mixed by the slag cement and the pozzolan cement is not less than 25 days.

Preferably, the additive is one or more of an antifreezing agent, a water reducing agent and an early strength agent.

Preferably, the watering health preserving is carried out by a watering cart, and a spray head of the watering cart is in a spraying type.

Compared with the prior art, the movable beam and slab curing device can adjust at least partial length and height of the curing device through the telescopic device so as to adapt to curing of beam and slabs with different dimensions, and meanwhile, the angle adjusting rod is adjusted so as to adapt to curing of beam and slabs with different gradients. Due to the adjustability of the length, the height and the angle, the movable beam and slab curing device disclosed by the invention can be better adapted to the size and the shape of a beam slab, and further, covers such as curing cloth can be better attached to the beam slab when the beam slab is supported, so that the efficiency and the quality of beam slab curing are improved.

In addition, the movable beam plate health preserving device provided by the invention realizes the random movement of the health preserving device by arranging the universal wheels, is convenient and quick to operate and improves the production efficiency; the height of the universal wheel can be adjusted, and the flexibility and the accuracy of the equipment are further improved. The health preserving device can be manufactured by adopting a daily square steel tube, and has low price, low manufacturing cost and high plasticity. The invention provides a convenient-to-move health preserving device for health preserving in the field of bridge engineering.

The beam slab curing process provided by the invention is controlled by reasonably selecting the temperature and curing time, and correspondingly designs different seasons and different concrete types in a targeted manner, so that the construction safety and the quality of the concrete are ensured to be controllable, and the service performance of the concrete is improved.
