Technical Field
The invention relates to an equipment maintenance working ladder, in particular to an aircraft engine maintenance working ladder.
Background
The maintenance and repair of the equipment on the airplane can improve the flight feasibility of the airplane and ensure the safety of the airplane, and the maintenance and repair of the equipment are the preconditions and the necessary conditions for the use of the airplane and are also important components of the aviation industry.
Aircraft maintenance operations require maintenance personnel to access various parts of the aircraft, where access to the engine area has been a major challenge in the field of aircraft maintenance. Particularly, the highest point in the engine and the hanger area are difficult to meet the working requirement of the common ladder frame due to the special shape and narrow space.
The existing airplane engine maintenance work ladder has a simple structure and a single function. If a user needs to access different parts of the engine and needs to push a plurality of same or different ladders to be placed around the engine, the tensed space around the engine is more oppressed, interference can be generated among the ladders or between the ladders and the cowling opened by the engine, and the maintenance personnel can not conveniently move.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a maintenance work ladder which can be simultaneously suitable for a plurality of maintenance parts of aircraft engines of different types.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an aircraft engine service work ladder, characterized by comprising:
the ladder frame is a horizontal rectangular frame, the bottom of the ladder frame is provided with universal traveling wheels, and one end of the ladder frame is provided with a first core machine approaching platform;
the bottom end of the fixed ladder section is fixed at the other end of the ladder frame, and the top of the fixed ladder section is inclined inwards relative to the ladder frame;
the bottom end of the support frame is fixed in the middle of the ladder frame, the upper end of the support frame inclines towards the lower part of the fixed ladder section and is fixedly connected with the lower part of the fixed ladder section through connecting plates on two sides, and spaces are reserved among the upper end of the support frame, the two connecting plates and the lower part of the fixed ladder section;
the lifting ladder section consists of a lifting section parallel to the inclined part of the fixed ladder section and a horizontal hanger approach platform fixed at the top of the lifting section; the lifting section penetrates through a space formed by the upper end of the support frame, the two connecting plates and the lower part of the fixed ladder section, and is supported with the upper end of the support frame and the bottom surface of the lifting section in a sliding mode through a support frame slide block guide rail mechanism;
the lifting locking mechanism comprises a fixed bolt arranged at the bottom end of the lifting ladder section, a self-locking hand winch arranged on one side of the supporting frame facing the lifting ladder section and a fixed pulley which is positioned on the self-locking hand winch and fixed on one side of the supporting frame facing the lifting ladder section; the fixed pulley is higher than the fixed bolt; and a steel wire rope of the self-locking hand winch bypasses the fixed pulley, and the tail end of the self-locking hand winch is fixed on the fixed bolt.
When the self-locking hand winch is used, the self-locking hand winch is shaken to roll a steel wire rope back and forth according to the size of an aircraft engine to be overhauled, the steel wire rope fixed to the fixing bolt at the tail end of the self-locking hand winch drags the elevator ladder section to ascend upwards under the action of the fixed pulley, so that the height of the approach platform of the hanger is increased to a certain height, the height of the approach platform of the hanger is locked due to self-locking of the self-locking hand winch, the space between the approach platform of the first core machine and the approach platform of the hanger can be enough for the size of the aircraft engine to be accommodated, and an overhaul worker can stand on the approach platform of the first core machine to approach two sides of the aircraft engine and can approach the.
In order to avoid the safety risk caused by instant sliding of the elevator ladder section due to fracture caused by fatigue of the steel wire rope after long-term use, the invention is further improved as follows:
the lifting locking mechanism further comprises a rack arranged on one side of the lifting ladder section facing the ladder frame and a double-layer ratchet wheel which is coaxially and synchronously arranged on the support frame, the direction of lower-layer gear teeth of the double-layer ratchet wheel is the climbing direction of the lifting ladder section and is meshed with the rack, and the direction of upper-layer gear teeth is opposite to the direction of lower-layer gear teeth; the double-layer ratchet wheel locking device comprises a double-layer ratchet wheel, a rotating shaft of the double-layer ratchet wheel, a hook portion of the double-layer ratchet wheel locking device is clamped on upper-layer gear teeth, the rotating shaft of the double-layer ratchet wheel locking device is fixed on a support frame, a spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the other end of the double-layer ratchet wheel is connected with an unlocking pull ring arranged on the support frame through a.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the first core approaching platform is a screw lifting platform, which comprises: the device comprises a square frame-shaped base, a top horizontal plate, a middle lifting frame and a lead screw nut linear motion mechanism; the lifting frame is a pair of double rods hinged from the lifting frame, the double rods are symmetrically arranged, two lower ends in the same direction are respectively hinged to one end of each longitudinal beam of the square frame, the other two lower ends in the same direction are slidably supported on the slide rails on the two longitudinal beams of the square frame, two upper ends in the same direction are respectively hinged to one end of the bottom surface of the top horizontal plate, and the other two upper ends in the same direction are slidably supported on the slide rails on the bottom surface of the top horizontal plate; the screw rod nut linear motion mechanism is arranged on the base and drives the two slidable lower ends of the lifting frame to move so as to lift the top horizontal plate; the base is transversely supported on the slide rails on the top surfaces of the two longitudinal beams of the ladder frame in a sliding manner.
During the use, the lead screw elevating platform can follow the ladder frame guide rail moves on the ladder frame, according to the size of engine, removes lead screw elevating platform to one side of engine core machine to rise to a take the altitude according to maintainer's needs, overhaul to the core machine of engine with the convenience.
When a maintainer overhauls the core engine of the engine, the maintainer needs to walk back and forth on two sides of the engine, so that the position of the screw rod lifting platform needs to be frequently adjusted, and the maintenance efficiency is reduced, therefore, the invention is further improved: the ladder frame is also provided with a second core machine approaching platform which is the same as the first core machine approaching platform, and the second core machine approaching platform and the first core machine approaching platform are arranged in parallel. So the maintainer can remove it respectively to the both sides of engine to conveniently overhaul the core machine.
Furthermore, at least two pairs of supporting legs are arranged on two sides of the ladder frame and fixed through a screwed pipe fixed on the side wall of the ladder frame, and a screw is arranged in the middle of each supporting leg and screwed into the screwed pipe.
Furthermore, a push-pull plate is arranged below the hanger close to the platform.
Further, fixed bench and lift bench all are provided with can dismantle the handrail.
Furthermore, one end of the ladder frame, which is positioned on the fixed ladder section, is provided with a towing rod.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the working ladder can penetrate through the bottom of the engine due to the fact that the ladder frame is short, and the lifting ladder sections are lifted up or lowered down through moving, so that the areas defined by the ladder frame, the lifting ladder sections and the hanging bracket close to the platforms can accommodate engines of different sizes, and the engine cowling can be opened and closed conveniently;
(2) the self-locking hand winch can automatically lock the height of the hanger close to the platform, and the safety is further improved through mechanisms such as the rack and the ratchet wheel;
(3) through the lead screw lift platform on the ladder frame, maintainer can remove to one side or both sides of engine to rise to specific height as required, covered the most region of engine core machine, also simultaneously because the gallows is close the platform and can go up and down along with the elevator section, just also covered engine gallows department and the most region of wing, finally reduced the change frequency of work ladder, reduced the demand to single function work ladder, and then improved labor efficiency.
