6. The self-lubricating chain of claim 5, wherein the diameter of the circular counterbore is greater than the diameter of the extender.

7. The self-lubricating chain of claim 4, wherein the oil storage groove (7) has a depth 1/3-1/2 times the thickness of the soft shim (6).

8. Self-lubricating chain according to claim 4, characterized in that the soft shim (6) has a thickness of 1.0mm to 1.5 mm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a chain structure, in particular to a self-lubricating chain for forming a bush roller chain.

Background

The sleeve roller chain is composed of inner chain plates, outer chain plates, sleeves, pin shafts and rollers, the outer chain plates are fixed on the pin shafts, the inner chain plates are fixed on the sleeves, the rollers and the sleeves and the pin shafts form coaxial rotatable connection relations, and the chain wheel are mainly engaged by rolling friction, so that the sleeve roller chain is light in weight, long in service life, low in cost and wide in application in power transmission, for example, the existing motorcycles and bicycles usually adopt the chain and the chain wheel of the single-row sleeve roller chain to carry out power transmission. The failure mode of chain transmission mainly comprises the fatigue failure of a chain plate; impact fatigue damage of the roller and the sleeve, gluing of the pin shaft and the sleeve, abrasion of the chain pin shaft, overload breaking and the like. Because the chain transmission of the existing motorcycle belongs to typical open type transmission and is influenced by dual factors of bad use conditions and poor lubrication, the chain transmission of the motorcycle is easy to generate chain link abrasion and impact fatigue damage of a roller and a sleeve. Therefore, as for the open-type transmission chain, the lubricating medium can only be filled when the product is assembled, or can be filled periodically, so that how to ensure that the main friction wear link is well lubricated is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem of serious poor lubrication of an open type transmission chain in the prior art, and provides a self-lubricating chain, so that a lubricating medium is sealed in a rolling friction pair by utilizing the sealing characteristic of a soft gasket in the working process of the chain, the lubricating condition is improved, and the service life of the chain is prolonged.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following solutions.

A self-lubricating chain is a sleeve roller chain consisting of an inner chain plate, an outer chain plate, a sleeve, a pin shaft and a roller, wherein a soft gasket is arranged on the inner side of the outer chain plate and is installed through two installation holes and arranged in parallel with the outer chain plate.

According to the self-lubricating chain adopting the technical scheme, the soft sealing gasket which is parallel to the outer chain plate is arranged on the inner side of the outer chain plate and covers or basically covers the inner side surface of the outer chain plate, so that the covering and shielding area is larger and the sealing effect is better compared with that of an O-shaped sealing ring. When sleeve length is injectd in the inner link board, can seal the fit clearance between inner link board mounting hole and the sleeve, also can seal the fit clearance between pin axle and the sleeve to including lubricating medium in will corresponding the clearance seals, reduce or eliminate lubricating medium seepage, increase of service life. In a chain structure in which the length of the sleeve is provided with a part extending out of the inner chain plate, the lubricating medium in the fit clearance between the inner chain plate mounting hole and the sleeve can be sealed.

Preferably, the sleeve is provided with an extension section extending out of the outer side surface of the inner chain plate; the soft gasket is respectively sleeved on the extension sections of the two sleeves through the two mounting holes and is in dynamic sealing connection with the extension sections; an oil storage tank is also formed between the joint surfaces of the soft gasket and the outer chain plate; the extension section extends into the oil storage tank. The lubricating medium in the fit clearance between the inner chain plate mounting hole and the sleeve is sealed by utilizing the sealing characteristic of the soft gasket, and meanwhile, the lubricating medium can be filled in the oil storage groove, so that the lubricating medium storage is provided for the rolling friction pair between the pin shaft and the sleeve, and the medium stored in the oil storage groove is sealed in the oil storage groove by utilizing the soft characteristic. When the punching die is arranged on the outer chain plate, the punching die can be formed in one step in the blanking process of the chain plate; when the soft gasket is arranged, the soft gasket can be formed by injection molding or punch molding according to different materials. Of course, the oil storage groove can be formed on the outer chain plate partially and on the soft gasket partially, so that the space can be enlarged, and the oil storage amount can be increased.

Preferably, the soft gasket is made of rubber, plastic or nylon, or is made of nonferrous metal. The purpose of sealing the lubricating medium is achieved by utilizing the soft characteristics of the materials, and corresponding materials and processing modes can be reasonably selected according to use requirements and processing conditions, for example, when plastic and nylon are selected, injection molding can be adopted, and when nonferrous metals are selected, punch forming can be adopted.

Further preferably, the oil reservoir is formed in the soft gasket. Therefore, the structure, the processing technology and the processing equipment of the outer chain plate do not need to be changed, and only a proper processing mode needs to be selected according to the gasket, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Preferably, the oil storage tank is formed by communicating two circular counter bores. The oil storage structure has a simple structure and a reasonable oil storage space, and the circular arc structure is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the manufacturing die.

Further preferably, the diameter of the circular counter bore is larger than that of the extension section. So that the oil storage tank has a space completely surrounding the periphery of the end part of the extension section, the lubricating medium circulates sufficiently, and the lubricating effect is ensured.

More preferably, the depth of the oil storage groove is 1/3-1/2 times of the thickness of the soft gasket. So as to ensure the strength and the service life of the gasket on the premise of having enough oil storage space.

More preferably, the soft gasket has a thickness of 1.0mm to 1.5 mm. So as to form the comprehensive performance of good sealing effect, high gasket strength and long service life.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: utilize the sealing characteristic of soft gasket to form the end face seal at lubricated position to prepare lubricating medium through the oil storage tank, and sleeve extension section forms the self-lubricating effect that has automatic microcirculation, and simple structure, processing convenience, it is lubricated good, chain long service life.
