Background

In the field of vehicle lighting, corner lamps (or curve illuminating lamps) are more and more widely applied, and the corner lamps (or curve illuminating lamps) can provide auxiliary lighting when a vehicle turns, so that the driving safety can be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the technical defects, the invention aims to provide the corner lamp structure which fully utilizes the internal space of the headlamp, does not occupy the space of a visible area and meets the requirements of the lamp shape and the appearance.

The invention discloses an angle lamp structure for a vehicle, which is arranged in a headlamp of the vehicle, wherein the headlamp comprises a shell, an illumination function component, a mounting bracket and a decorative ring, wherein the illumination function component, the mounting bracket and the decorative ring are arranged in the shell; wherein the light source section and the reflector are disposed in the invisible region; the prism is provided with an incident surface, a reflecting surface and an emergent surface, the incident surface faces to the emergent direction of the light reflected by the reflector, and the emergent surface faces to the direction of the outer mask of the headlamp; the light emitted by the light source part is reflected by the reflector, then enters the prism from the incident surface of the prism, is reflected by the reflecting surface of the prism, then exits from the exit surface, and exits to the outside of the vehicle through the outer mask of the headlamp.

Preferably, the prism is a roof prism, and the exit surface of the roof prism is a curved surface for enabling the light to exit to the outside of the vehicle uniformly.

Preferably, the light source part includes an LED lamp, a PCB board, and a heat sink electrically connected. Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses an angle lamp structure for a vehicle, which is provided in a head lamp of the vehicle.

The head-light includes a casing 100 and set up in illumination function component 200 and installing support, the decorations circle in the casing 100, the casing 100 outside is provided with outer mask 300, outer mask 300 is transparent material, sees through outer mask, casing 100 with visible region between the outer mask 300 is visible region. Referring to fig. 3, the light emitted from the light source 500 is reflected by the reflector 600, enters the prism 700 through the incident surface of the prism 700, is reflected by the reflecting surface of the prism 700, exits through the exit surface, and exits to the area to be illuminated outside the vehicle through the outer cover 300 of the headlamp.

The corner lamp structure of the present invention has the light source part 500 and the reflector 600 disposed in the invisible area of the head lamp, and emits light outward by the double reflection of the reflector 600 and the prism 700. Because the space often does not obtain abundant utilization in the invisible region, has certain vacant space, sets up light source part 500 and speculum 600 and can make the space in the car light obtain abundant utilization in the invisible region, and the visible region only is provided with prism 700, because prism 700 is less, and is not too occupation space, so the head-light need not additionally increase the volume when realizing the corner lamp function. In addition, the light source part 500 and the reflector 600 can not be seen from the exterior of the headlamp, only the prism 700 can be seen, the appearance effect of the vehicle lamp is good, and the requirements of customers on the appearance and the shape of the vehicle lamp can be met.

Preferably, the prism 700 is a roof prism, and the exit surface of the roof prism is a curved surface for enabling light to exit to the outside of the vehicle uniformly, thereby achieving a better illumination effect. In some embodiments, the prism 700 may also be a pentaprism or other suitable reflective prism.

Preferably, the light source part 500 includes an LED lamp, a PCB board, and a heat sink, which are electrically connected. Referring to fig. 4, a front view schematically illustrating an angle lamp structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a light source part 500 is disposed at an upper portion and light is emitted downward, and a reflector 600 is disposed at a lower portion of the light source part 500 to reflect light emitted from the light source part 500 toward a prism 700. The reflecting mirror 600 and the prism 700 are located at approximately the same level, and the prism 700 reflects the light from the reflecting mirror 600 to the outside of the vehicle lamp. In some embodiments, the light source part 500, the reflecting mirror 600, and the prism 700 are all located at the same level. In some embodiments, the light source part 500, the reflecting mirror 600, and the prism 700 are all located at different levels. The positions of the light source 500, the reflector 600 and the prism 700 are not particularly limited as long as the light emitted from the prism 700 can be emitted to an area to be illuminated outside the vehicle lamp, and the specific installation position can be flexibly determined according to the structure inside the vehicle lamp.

Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the lighting function assembly 200 includes a high beam unit 220 and a low beam unit 210, the light source part 500 and the reflecting mirror 600 are disposed in the high beam unit 220, and the prism 700 is disposed in the low beam unit 210. The high beam unit 220 and the low beam unit 210 include not only the lamp bodies of the high beam and the low beam, but also the brackets for mounting the lamp bodies. The term "disposed in the high beam unit 220 or the low beam unit 210" means disposed inside or on the surface of the high beam unit 220 or the low beam unit 210. Further, the light source part 500 and the reflecting mirror 600 are disposed on a mirror module in the high beam unit 220, and the prism 700 is disposed on a lens module in the low beam unit 210. Preferably, the light source of the high beam unit 220 is an LED lamp, and is disposed on the PCB of the high beam unit 220; the light source part 500 is also an LED lamp, and is also disposed on the PCB board of the high beam. The corner lamp structure can be further simplified by arranging the light sources of the corner lamp structure and the high beam unit 220 together, the occupation of the space in the headlamp is further reduced, and the volume of the headlamp is reduced.

Preferably, in other embodiments, the light source part 500 and the reflecting mirror 600 are disposed in the low beam unit, and the prism 700 is disposed in the high beam unit. Further, the light source part 500 and the reflecting mirror 600 are disposed on the lens module in the low beam unit, and the prism 700 is disposed on the reflector module in the high beam unit. Preferably, the light source of the low beam light unit is an LED lamp and is arranged on a PCB board of the low beam light unit; the light source 500 is also an LED lamp, and is also disposed on the PCB of the low beam.

Preferably, the corner lamp structure further comprises a first adjusting mechanism and a second adjusting mechanism, wherein the first adjusting mechanism is connected with the reflector 600 and is used for adjusting the position and the angle of the reflector 600; the second adjusting mechanism is connected to the prism 700 and is used for adjusting the position and angle of the prism 700. The adjusting mechanism may be a purely mechanical adjusting mechanism (without an electric control part) for adjusting the positions and angles of the reflector 600 and the prism 700 when the vehicle lamp leaves the factory, so as to achieve the best lighting effect. In some embodiments, the adjusting mechanism is electrically connected to a control system of the vehicle, and the positions and angles of the reflector 600 and the prism 700 can be synchronously adjusted according to the vehicle speed and the rotation angle of the steering wheel when the vehicle turns, so as to achieve better lighting effect.

Fig. 5 is a diagram of a light distribution pattern of the corner lamp structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. In conjunction with the corresponding illuminance analysis of fig. 5, it can be seen that the corner lamp arrangement can provide illumination in the range of 25 deg. -65 deg. outside the vehicle and in the range of about 0 deg. -9 deg. down from the transverse centerline of the vehicle, with illuminance values above 0.35 lx. Therefore, the corner lamp structure provided by the embodiment can save the space occupied by the vehicle headlamp, can realize a relatively wide illumination range, and fully meets the illumination requirements of the vehicle corner lamp.
