4. attaching molten glass to the surface of the ceramic tile after the firing process by a glass attaching device;

5. smoothing the molten glass attached to the surface of the ceramic tile through a smoothing device, and pressing the edge of the smoothed glass;

Detailed Description

In order to clearly and clearly illustrate the specific implementation objects and the implementation modes of the invention, the technical scheme of the invention is completely described below, and the described examples are a part of the examples of the invention, but not all the examples. The invention relates to a production device of an antifouling artificial marble tile, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises:

the device comprises a brick conveying device 1, a roller kiln 2, a glass attaching device 3, a hot melting device 4, a smoothing device 5 and a brick discharging device 6 which are sequentially connected from front to back.

The brick conveying device 1 is arranged at the brick inlet of the roller kiln 2 side by side for introducing the blank brick completing the glazing process into the production line, as shown in fig. 1, and comprises:

the brick feeding base box 10 is characterized in that a plurality of front supporting legs 11 are arranged at the lower end of the brick feeding base box 10, the front supporting legs 11 are used for keeping the brick feeding base box 10 horizontal, brick feeding partition plates 13 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the brick feeding base box 10, brick feeding rotary rollers 14 are arranged on the brick feeding partition plates 13 in a penetrating mode along the left-right direction, a plurality of brick feeding rotary rollers 14 are arranged in parallel along the front-back direction, a motor and a chain wheel for driving the brick feeding rotary rollers 14 to rotate are arranged in the brick feeding base box 10, front side baffles 15 are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the brick feeding partition plates 13 along the left-right direction, a front air feeding box 16 is arranged at the rear portion of the upper end of each front side baffle 15, and a front air feeding pipe 17 is communicated with the center of the upper end of each front air feeding box 16.

A plurality of groups of roller kilns 2 are arranged side by side along the front and back direction and are used for carrying out a firing process on the adobe bricks;

the glass attaching device 3 is arranged at the brick outlet of the roller kiln 2 side by side and right behind the brick conveying device 1, and is used for attaching molten glass to the surface of the ceramic tile after the firing process, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, and comprises:

an attached glass base box 31, an attached glass transfer mechanism 32 and an attached glass top box 33 are arranged from bottom to top in sequence.

The attached glass transfer mechanism 32 includes: the glass-attached partition plates 321 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the glass-attached foundation box 31, the glass-attached rotating rollers 322 penetrate through the glass-attached partition plates 321 along the left-right direction, a plurality of glass-attached rotating rollers 322 are arranged in parallel along the front-back direction, and a motor and a chain wheel for driving the glass-attached rotating rollers 322 to rotate are arranged in the glass-attached foundation box 31; the left and right sides above the glass-attached rotating roller 322 are respectively provided with a front guide plate 311 fixedly connected with a glass-attached partition 321, the inner side of the upper end of the front guide plate 311 is provided with a concave front glass-carrying plate 312 and a front containing groove 313, and one of the left and right sides of the glass-attached basic box 31 is provided with a front driving motor 314; attach glass top case 33 and set up to "pi" form to set up in the upper end that attaches glass baffle 321, roller kiln 2's upper portion and attach and be provided with preceding baffle 91 between the glass top case 33, attach glass top case 33's upper end intercommunication and be provided with preceding perforation 331, attach glass top case 33 internal fixation and be provided with preceding mounting bracket 332, the front end of preceding mounting bracket 332 is provided with a plurality of preceding flame guns 333 side by side, and the lower extreme rotation of preceding mounting bracket 332 is provided with hollow glass-spreading roller 334, glass-spreading roller 334 right side is forward, the left side sets up backward to glass-spreading roller 334's lower extreme and ceramic tile's upper surface parallel, glass-spreading roller 334's both ends are held respectively and are located in preceding appearance groove 313. Preceding mounting bracket 332 is close to one side of preceding motor 314 and is provided with preceding gear box 335, the output shaft and the glass roller 334 coaxial coupling of preceding gear box 335, preceding gear box 335 input shaft coaxial coupling are provided with preceding shaft coupling 336, preceding shaft coupling 336 and preceding motor 314 coaxial coupling, what run through on the lateral wall of attached glass top case 33 is provided with the preceding heat transfer wind that is linked together with glass roller 334 and advances pipe 337, preceding heat transfer wind calandria 338, preceding heat transfer wind advances pipe 337, preceding heat transfer wind calandria 338 is linked together with the cold wind system, attaches to be provided with preceding temperature sensor 339 on the outer wall of glass top case 33.

The hot melting device 4 is arranged at the position of the glass attaching device 3, and the outlet of the hot melting device 4 is arranged inside the glass attaching device 3 in a penetrating manner, so as to melt the glass slag, as shown in fig. 5, the hot melting device comprises:

the crucible 43 penetrates through the upper end of the glass top attached box 33, a feeding port 42 is arranged at the upper end of the crucible 43, a heat insulation box 41 fixedly connected with the upper end of the glass top attached box 33 is sleeved outside the feeding port 42, a sealing cover is arranged at the upper end of the heat insulation box 41, the outlet of the lower end of the crucible 43 is arranged right in front of the glass spreading roller 334, and an electric heating device is arranged in the crucible 43.

The smoothing device 5 is arranged in the front of the glass attaching device 3 side by side for smoothing the surface of the ceramic tile by attaching molten glass, and pressing the smoothed glass along the edges of the left and right sides of the ceramic tile, as shown in fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, the smoothing device comprises:

the base smoothing box 51, the rotating smoothing mechanism 52, the top smoothing box 53 and the edge pressing mechanism 54 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top.

The smoothing and turning mechanism 52 includes: the flattening partition plates 521 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the flattening base box 51, the flattening rotating rollers 522 penetrate through the flattening partition plates 521 along the left-right direction, a plurality of flattening rotating rollers 522 are arranged in parallel along the front-back direction, and a motor and a chain wheel for driving the flattening rotating rollers 522 to rotate are arranged in the flattening base box 51; rear guide plates 511 fixedly connected with a flattening partition plate 521 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side above the flattening rotary roller 522, a concave rear glass carrying plate 512 and a rear containing groove 513 are arranged on the inner side of the upper end of each rear guide plate 511, and a rear driving motor 514 is arranged on one of the left side and the right side of the flattening base box 51; the smoothing top box 53 is arranged in an n-shaped manner and is arranged at the upper end of a smoothing partition plate 521, a middle partition plate 92 is connected and arranged between the glass top box 33 and the smoothing top box 53, the upper end of the smoothing top box 53 is communicated and provided with a rear through hole 531, a rear mounting frame 532 is fixedly arranged in the smoothing top box 53, a plurality of rear flame guns 533 are arranged at the front end of the rear mounting frame 532 in parallel, a hollow glass pressing roller 534 is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the rear mounting frame 532, a rear gear box 535 is arranged at one side of the rear mounting frame 532 close to a rear driving motor 514, an output shaft of the rear gear box 535 is coaxially connected with the glass pressing roller 534, an input shaft of the rear gear box 535 is coaxially connected with a rear coupling 536, the rear coupling 536 is coaxially connected with the rear driving motor 514, a rear heat exchange air inlet pipe 537 and a rear heat exchange air outlet pipe 538 are arranged on the side wall of the smoothing top box 53 in a penetrating manner and are communicated with the glass pressing roller 534, the rear heat exchange air inlet pipe 537 and the rear heat exchange air exhaust pipe 538 are communicated with a cold air system, and a rear temperature measuring sensor 539 is arranged on the outer wall of the smoothing top box 53;

the edge pressing mechanism 54 includes: the installation plate 541 is fixedly arranged in the smoothing top box 53, installation lugs 542 are arranged on two sides of the lower end of the installation plate 541, and a pressing knife 543 is rotatably arranged in the installation lugs 542.

Go out brick device 6 and set up side by side in the rear of smoothing device 5 for the ceramic tile that will accomplish glass and attach, glass blank holder is sent out the production line, as shown in fig. 10, includes:

the brick discharging base box 60 is arranged in parallel at the front rear part of the smoothing base box 51, a plurality of rear supporting feet 61 are arranged at the lower end of the brick discharging base box 60, the rear supporting feet 61 are used for keeping the level of the brick discharging base box 60, brick discharging partition plates 63 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the brick discharging base box 60, brick discharging rotating rollers 64 penetrate through the brick discharging partition plates 63 in the left-right direction, a plurality of brick discharging rotating rollers 64 are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction, a motor and a chain wheel for driving the brick discharging rotating rollers 64 to rotate are arranged in the brick discharging base box 60, rear side baffle plates 65 are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the brick discharging partition plates 63 in the left-right direction, a rear air feeding box 66 is arranged at the rear part of the upper end of the rear side baffle plates 65, a rear air feeding pipe 67 is communicated with the center of the upper end of the rear air feeding box 66, and a rear baffle plate 93 is arranged between the smoothing top box 53 and the rear air feeding box 66.

The brick conveying rotary roller 14 for conveying the ceramic tiles, the roller way in the roller way kiln 2, the glass attached rotary roller 322, the smoothing rotary roller 522 and the brick discharging rotary roller 64 are arranged at equal intervals along the front-back direction; the front air supply pipe 17 and the rear air supply pipe 67 are communicated with an air supply machine, and a filter screen is arranged at an air inlet of the air supply machine.

The apparatus for producing, still include: a recovery fan 7, a heat exchanger 8 and a control device.

And a cold medium pipeline of the heat exchanger 8 is communicated with a circulating refrigerant, a hot medium pipeline of the heat exchanger 8 is communicated with an exhaust pipeline and an inlet of the recovery fan 7, and an outlet of the recovery fan 7 is connected to the environment-friendly equipment. The exhaust pipelines are provided with a plurality of exhaust pipelines and are respectively communicated to the upper end of the roller kiln 2, the front through hole 331 and the rear through hole 531.

The control device includes: the device comprises a power supply unit, a processing unit, a collecting unit, a control unit and an operating unit.

And the power supply unit is used for modulating the power supply so as to supply power to each unit of the control device.

The processing unit is used for collecting signals and processing the signals.

The collection unit is used for collecting temperature signals and comprises:

the temperature signal of the roller kiln 2, the temperature signal of a front temperature measuring sensor 339 arranged on the glass attaching device 3, the temperature of the crucible 43 arranged on the hot melting device 4, the temperature signal of a rear temperature measuring sensor 539 arranged on the smoothing device 5 and the temperature of a cold medium inlet pipeline and a hot medium outlet pipeline of the heat exchanger 8.

The control unit is used for sending a control signal and comprises:

a motor for driving the brick feeding roller 14, the glass attached roller 322 and the smoothing roller 522 to rotate through chain wheels in the brick feeding base box 10, the glass attached base box 31 and the smoothing base box 51 respectively; a driving device for driving the roller way in the roller kiln 2; a front drive motor 314, a rear drive motor 514;

a recovery fan 7;

an electrical heating means inside the crucible 43.

The operation unit is used for displaying the operation state, setting the operation parameters and recording the operation information.

According to the specific structure of the production device of the antifouling artificial marble tile of the embodiment, the following further describes a production process of the antifouling artificial marble tile:

A. feeding:

the blank brick after the glazing process is placed on the brick conveying roller 14, and the control unit of the control device controls the brick conveying roller 14 to rotate so as to drive the blank brick to move horizontally from front to back.

B. And (3) firing:

the control unit of the control device controls the driving device of the driving roller way in the roller way kiln 2 to rotate, drives the bricks to translate from front to back, and sequentially passes through a plurality of groups of roller way kilns 2 side by side, and the plurality of groups of roller way kilns 2 are gradually heated until reaching the firing temperature.

C. Melting glass:

the glass slag enters the crucible 43 from the feeding port 42, and the control unit of the control device controls the electric heating device in the crucible 43 to start until the acquisition unit of the control device monitors that the internal temperature of the crucible 43 reaches the melting temperature;

the molten glass flows out of the lower outlet onto the fired bricks on the glass applicator roll 334.

D. Attaching glass:

the control unit of the control device controls the glass-attached rotary rollers 322 to rotate, so as to drive the baked bricks to translate from front to back to the space between the front guide plates 311;

the control unit of the control device controls the front driving motor 314 to rotate, the glass spreading roller 334 is rotated through the front coupler 336 and the front gear box 335, the molten glass is driven to be attached to the surface of the fired brick, meanwhile, the glass is filled into the crack of the brick, and the edge of the molten glass is placed on the front glass carrying plate 312;

the front flame gun 333 keeps the temperature of the molten glass and heats the molten glass, and the acquisition unit of the control device monitors the temperature in the attached glass top box 33 through the front temperature sensor 339, so that the glass is in a molten state easy to roll and attach.

E. Smoothing:

the control unit of the control device controls the smoothing roller 522 to rotate, so as to drive the brick which is subjected to the glass attaching process to translate from front to back to a position between the back guide plates 511;

the rear flame gun 533 heats the glass attached to the fired brick in a heat preservation manner, and the acquisition unit of the control device monitors the temperature in the glass-attached top box 33 through the rear temperature measurement sensor 539, so that the glass is in a molten state which is easy to smooth;

the control unit of the control device controls the rotation of the rear driving motor 514, the glass pressing roller 534 rotates through the rear coupling 536 and the rear gear box 535, the molten glass is pressed flatly, the glass is tightly attached to the surface of the brick, and the edge of the glass is arranged on the rear glass carrying plate 512;

F. and (3) edge pressing:

the control unit of the control device controls the smoothing roller 522 to rotate, and drives the bricks which finish the smoothing process to continuously translate between the rear guide plates 511 from front to rear;

the pressing knife 543 rolls the glass on the rear glass carrying plate 512 at the edge of the tile subjected to the smoothing process, and forms parallel rolling lines.

G. Discharging:

the control unit of the control device controls the brick discharging roller 64 to rotate, and drives the bricks completing the edge pressing process to be horizontally moved out from front to back.

H. Edging:

the glass on the brick sent out from the discharge hole is removed along the rolling line by a flanging machine;

the glass at the edge of the brick and the edge of the roll line is ground by an edger.

I. A circulating system:

i1, wind circulation:

the cold air system cools the glass spreading roller 334 through the front heat exchange air inlet pipe 337 and the front heat exchange air exhaust pipe 338, so that glass can be attached for filling;

the cold air system cools the glass pressing roller 534 through the rear heat exchange air inlet pipe 537 and the rear heat exchange air exhaust pipe 538, so that the glass pressing roller is convenient to smooth and form;

i2, flue gas circulation:

the control unit of the control device controls the recovery fan 7 to operate, and high-temperature flue gas in the roller kiln 2, the glass attaching device 3 and the smoothing device 5 is pumped out to the environment-friendly equipment through the exhaust pipeline;

cooling the high-temperature flue gas by a heat exchanger 8;

the recovery fan 7 generates negative pressure in the roller kiln 2, the glass attachment device 3, and the smoothing device 5, and the blower supplies air through the front air supply pipe 17 and the rear air supply pipe 67 to form circulation.

Based on the above, the present invention provides an embodiment of an apparatus for producing antifouling artificial marble tiles, and based on the above description, workers can make various changes and modifications without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
