5. The method of claim 2, wherein when a sum of current power consumptions of the devices is greater than a third set value, sending an alert message to a network-side server or a mobile terminal.

6. A control apparatus for controlling a laundry treatment system comprising one or more of a pre-holding device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device and a holding device; characterized in that the device comprises:

the first unit is used for acquiring the running state of each device;

and the second unit is used for controlling the operation of one or more devices according to the operation state of each device.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of laundry device technology, and in particular, to a laundry processing system, a control method thereof, a control device thereof, and a computer-readable storage medium.

Background

As the living standard of people is increasing, more requirements are put on the functions of laundry equipment, and besides the most basic washing function, the functions of pre-saving, drying in the air, ironing, saving and the like are also required, so that the laundry treatment system needs to comprise one or more of a pre-saving device, a washing device, a drying in the air device, an ironing device and a saving device.

The increase of the functional devices inevitably brings about the increase of energy consumption, and when a plurality of functional devices run simultaneously, especially high-energy-consumption devices such as washing devices, drying devices, ironing devices and the like run simultaneously, the conditions of full load and even overload can occur.

How to realize the optimized control of the clothes processing system comprising a plurality of functional devices is a problem to be solved urgently at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a clothes processing system, a control method, a control device and a computer readable storage medium thereof, which realize the optimized control of each device and ensure that the overall energy consumption of the system meets the household power consumption requirement. The following presents a simplified summary in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the disclosed embodiments. This summary is not an extensive overview and is intended to neither identify key/critical elements nor delineate the scope of such embodiments. Its sole purpose is to present some concepts in a simplified form as a prelude to the more detailed description that is presented later.

According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a control method for controlling a laundry treatment system including one or more of a pre-holding device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a holding device.

In some optional embodiments, the method comprises:

obtaining the running state of each device;

and controlling the operation of one or more devices according to the operation state of each device.

According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a control apparatus for controlling a laundry treatment system including one or more of a pre-holding device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a holding device.

In some optional embodiments, the apparatus comprises:

a first unit for obtaining an operation state of each device;

and the second unit is used for controlling the operation of one or more devices according to the operation state of each device.

According to a third aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a laundry treating system.

In some optional embodiments, the clothes treatment system comprises one or more of a pre-storage device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device and a storage device, and further comprises the control device of any one of the optional embodiments.

According to a fourth aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium.

In some alternative embodiments, the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the control method of any of the alternative embodiments described above.

By adopting the optional embodiment, the optimal control of each device in the clothes treatment system can be realized, the clothes washing requirements of users are met, the system energy consumption is effectively ensured, and the overload of household electric loads is avoided.

In this alternative embodiment, the control method is used for controlling a clothes treatment system comprising one or more of a pre-storage device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device and a storage device; the method comprises the following steps:

step S11, obtaining the running state of each device;

and step S12, controlling the operation of one or more devices according to the operation state of each device.

By adopting the optional embodiment shown in fig. 1, the operation of one or more devices can be controlled according to the operation state of each device, so that the optimal control of the operation state of each device is realized, the clothes washing requirement of a user is met, the energy consumption of the clothes treatment system is ensured to meet the household power consumption requirement, and the household power consumption load overload is avoided.

The running state of each device can be obtained by installing a communication module at each device and directly uploading the running state of each device through the communication module, or the running state of each device can be obtained by arranging a corresponding sensor and the running state of each device is obtained by acquiring the running state of each device through the sensor according to the actual running condition of the device. The method for acquiring the operating state of each device can be reasonably selected by those skilled in the art according to design requirements, and the method for acquiring the operating state of each device is not limited by the invention.

In another optional embodiment, the step of obtaining the operation status of each device by the control method comprises obtaining the on or off status of each device, and suspending one or more devices when the number of devices on exceeds a preset number. In another optional embodiment, the step of obtaining the operation state of each device in the control method further includes obtaining current power consumption of each device, and controlling operation of one or more devices according to the current power consumption of each device.

Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, the operation of one or more of the devices is suspended. Optionally, the first set point is 90% to 100% of the rated power of the laundry treating system.

Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first set value, suspending one or more devices in which the operation time is longest. Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the second set value, the state of one or more of the devices is adjusted to reduce the power consumption. Optionally, the second set point is 80% to 90% of the rated power of the laundry treating system.

Optionally, the power consumption of all the devices is reduced as a whole according to the sum of the current power consumption of each device, so that the sum of the current power consumption of each device is lower than the second set value.

Optionally, each device corresponds to a related device list, and when one of the devices is to be turned on, if other devices need to be adjusted, power consumption of the related devices is reduced according to the list in the priority order. For example, the related device list corresponding to the washing device includes a pre-storage device, a drying device, an ironing device, and a storage device, and the priority order is the pre-storage device, the ironing device, and the drying device in turn. When the washing equipment is started, if other equipment needs to be adjusted, according to the related equipment list and according to the difference value between the total power of the system after the washing equipment is started and a second set value, the power consumption of the equipment is sequentially reduced according to the sequence of pre-storage equipment, ironing equipment and drying equipment until the sum of the current power consumption of each equipment is lower than the second set value. Optionally, after the devices reduce power consumption as a whole according to the first consumption reduction ratio, if the sum of the current power consumption of the devices is still higher than a second set value, the power consumption of the related devices is reduced according to the priority order of the related device list according to the second consumption reduction ratio. And similarly, the consumption reduction process is circulated until the sum of the current power consumption of each device is lower than a second set value.

In another optional embodiment, the control method further includes sending the alert information to a network side server or a mobile terminal.

Optionally, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than a third set value, sending warning information to a network side server or a mobile terminal. and a second unit S22 for controlling the operation of one or more of the devices according to the operation state of each device.

By adopting the optional embodiment shown in fig. 2, the operation of one or more devices can be controlled according to the operation state of each device, so that the optimal control of the operation state of each device is realized, the clothes washing requirement of a user is met, the energy consumption of the clothes treatment system is ensured to meet the household power consumption requirement, and the household power consumption load overload is avoided.

Optionally, after the devices reduce power consumption as a whole according to the first consumption reduction ratio, if the sum of the current power consumption of the devices is still higher than a second set value, the power consumption of the related devices is reduced according to the priority order of the related device list according to the second consumption reduction ratio. And similarly, the power consumption reduction process is circulated until the sum of the current power consumption of each device is lower than a second set value.

Fig. 3 shows another alternative embodiment of the control device.

In this alternative embodiment, the control means comprises: a first unit S21 for obtaining an operation state of each device; a second unit S22 for controlling the operation of one or more of the devices according to the operation state of each device; the system further comprises a third unit S23, configured to send the alert information to the network side server or the mobile terminal.

Alternatively, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the third set value, the third unit S23 sends an alert message to the network-side server or the mobile terminal. Optionally, the third setting value is equal to the first setting value, that is, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the first setting value, the warning information is sent to the network side server or the mobile terminal. Optionally, the third setting value is equal to the second setting value, that is, when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the second setting value, the warning information is sent to the network side server or the mobile terminal. Optionally, the third set value is equal to 95% to 100% of the rated power, and when the sum of the current power consumptions of the devices is greater than the third set value, the warning information is sent to the network side server or the mobile terminal.

In some alternative embodiments, a laundry treatment system is proposed, comprising one or more of a pre-holding device, a washing device, a drying device, an ironing device and a holding device, wherein the laundry treatment system further comprises the control apparatus as described above.

Alternatively, the aforementioned control device may be implemented in a network-side server, or may also be implemented in a mobile terminal, or may be implemented in a clothes treatment system, or may be implemented in a dedicated control device.

In some alternative embodiments, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, on which a computer program is stored, which when being executed by a processor performs the control method described in the foregoing. The computer-readable storage medium includes a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic tape, an optical storage device, and the like.

Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention. It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the system and the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the procedures and structures described above and shown in the drawings, and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the invention is limited only by the appended claims.
