Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of tail gas purification treatment, in particular to a tail gas purification treatment system of a cremation machine.

Background

After a cremator is used for cremating remains, high-temperature tail gas is generated in the funeral parlour, and the tail gas mainly contains dioxin compounds, carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride, sulfides, particulate matters (dust), heavy metals (mercury and the like) and other toxic and harmful substances, and particularly, the dioxin compounds belong to strong carcinogenic substances. The existing cremation machine tail gas purification system can not completely meet the requirement of treating the pollutants, and the physical and mental health of the staffs in the funeral parlor and the surrounding environment of the funeral parlor are seriously affected.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a tail gas purification treatment system of a cremation machine, so as to solve the problems of environmental pollution and damage to human health caused by high-temperature tail gas generated after cremation of remains in the prior art.

The working principle of the double-fluid high-efficiency cooling reactor is as follows: when the spray gun works, a sodium hydroxide solution is filtered from the water tank and then is boosted and regulated to certain pressure and flow by the variable frequency water pump, the sodium hydroxide solution is delivered to the spray gun through the outlet pipeline, atomized under the action of compressed air to generate very fine atomized particles, the water mist is rapidly evaporated in high-temperature flue gas to absorb a large amount of heat of the flue gas, and the temperature of the flue gas is rapidly reduced and maintained within a certain range.

In the invention, the used double-fluid high-efficiency cooling reactor can quickly cool the flue gas from 600 ℃ to about 250 ℃ in a certain stroke, and simultaneously generates chemical reaction to remove acid gases such as sulfide and the like in the flue gas.

The working principle of the spark intercepting device is as follows: the stainless steel mesh sieve with a plurality of punched holes with the diameter smaller than 1mm is used for filtering the smoke, so that all open sparks in the smoke can be trapped and eliminated, and the sparks are prevented from entering the pulse bag-type dust collector to burn out a filter bag.

The dioxin treatment device can be configured into an activated carbon adsorption device, and the flue gas generates physical adsorption when passing through the activated carbon adsorption device and is adsorbed on the surface and in the gaps of the activated carbon; or the catalyst can be configured into a low-temperature catalytic device, when smoke passes through a low-temperature catalyst in the low-temperature catalytic device, a chemical reaction is generated, the main components of the low-temperature catalyst are composed of vanadium pentoxide and titanium dioxide, when the smoke reacts with the low-temperature catalyst, the smoke is decomposed into organic molecules such as carbonic acid gas and water, dioxin compounds and the like, and is treated, and meanwhile, the peculiar smell and the stink of the smoke are effectively removed.

Compared with the prior art, the tail gas purification treatment system of the cremation machine provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1) the operation is simple and convenient: the operation adopts a 15-inch human-computer interface, true color animation display and capacitive touch control;

2) energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection: after passing through a fume purification treatment system of a cremation machine, the purified fume reaches and is far superior to the national standard GB13801-2015 atmospheric pollutant discharge standard of crematory;

3) intelligent control: an industrial Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system is adopted, and global intelligent control mainly aims at the automation of the whole tail gas treatment process, including the control of the whole operation process, the fault diagnosis of the process, the operation and treatment abnormity of the planning process and the like;

4) the service life is long: as the pollutants generated after the cremation machine cremates remains have the characteristics of high temperature, corrosion and the like, all main devices of the whole set of cremation machine tail gas purification treatment system are made of 304 stainless steel materials, and are high-temperature resistant and corrosion resistant;

5) the method is environment-friendly: due to the fact that the national conditions and the funeral industry of China are complex, the population is large, the cremation concentration degree is high, and the folk custom is various, the operation working condition of a cremation machine and the pollutant components generated after cremation are relatively complex, and toxic substances such as sulfide, nitric oxide, dioxin-like compounds, particulate matters (dust), heavy metals (mercury and the like) are mainly used, wherein the dioxin-like compounds are carcinogenic substances.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that the following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a purifying system for tail gas of a cremation machine according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: the system comprises a smoke exhaust pipeline 1, a double-fluid efficient cooling reactor 2, a spark intercepting device 3, a pulse bag dust collector 4, a dioxin treatment device 5, a chimney 6 and an induced draft fan 7 which are sequentially connected through the smoke exhaust pipeline 1. The functions and effects of the components are described in detail in the following description:

firstly, high-temperature flue gas generated after cremation of remains by a cremation machine enters a double-fluid efficient cooling reactor 2 through a smoke exhaust pipeline 1, a sodium hydroxide solution stored in a water tank is sprayed out in a water mist mode through a high-pressure spray gun arranged at the top of the double-fluid efficient cooling reactor 2, when the high-temperature flue gas is directly contacted with the water mist of the sodium hydroxide solution, the temperature of the high-temperature flue gas can be immediately reduced from 600 ℃ to about 250 ℃ within a certain stroke, and meanwhile, a chemical reaction is generated to remove acidic gases such as sulfide in the flue gas.

Next, the flue gas through preliminary cooling and deacidification gets into spark arresting gear 3, and this spark arresting gear 3 includes: the box to and arrange the stainless steel screen in the box, be equipped with a plurality of diameters on these stainless steel screen and be less than 1 mm's punching a hole, when the flue gas passes through this stainless steel screen, can catch and eliminate all open flames in the flue gas, prevent that the mars from scurrying into pulse bag dust remover 4 and burn out the filter bag.

The flue gas then further enters a pulse bag dust collector 4, in which step the flue gas is finely filtered. Under the action of the suction force of the induced draft fan 7, the flue gas passes through the outer surface of a cloth bag in the pulse bag dust collector 4, in the process, particles with the size of more than 5 micrometers are directly blown and deposited in the ash bucket through pulse gas, particles with the size of less than 5 micrometers are intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag, blown through the pulse gas and deposited in the ash bucket, and therefore only purified flue gas after fine filtration enters the filter bag and escapes from the outlet and then enters the dioxin treatment device 5. The pulse bag-type dust collector 4 can not only filter smoke dust with larger particle size, but also has good removal rate to fine particulate matters, and especially heavy metals can be adsorbed on the filter bag and filtered together with the smoke dust. The pulse bag-type dust collector 4 even has a secondary acid removing function, and unreacted alkaline agents and fine ash can be adsorbed on the filter bag and react with acid gas again when smoke passes through.

Then, the flue gas purified by the pulse bag-type dust collector 4 enters a dioxin treatment device 5 through a smoke exhaust pipeline 1, the dioxin treatment device 5 can be configured into an activated carbon adsorption device according to the requirements in the national civil administration standard MZ/T101-; or the catalyst can be configured into a low-temperature catalytic device, when smoke passes through a low-temperature catalyst in the low-temperature catalytic device, a chemical reaction is generated, the main components of the low-temperature catalyst are composed of vanadium pentoxide and titanium dioxide, when the smoke reacts with the low-temperature catalyst, the smoke is decomposed into organic molecules such as carbonic acid gas and water, dioxin compounds and the like, and is treated, and meanwhile, the peculiar smell and the stink of the smoke are effectively removed.

And finally, discharging the purified flue gas into the atmosphere through a chimney 6 under the action of a draught fan 7.

According to the preferred embodiment, the induced draft fan 7 and the dioxin treatment device 5 are respectively arranged on both sides of the chimney 6.

According to the preferred embodiment, the two-fluid high-efficiency cooling reactor 2 is arranged along the vertical direction, the flue gas inlet is arranged at the top, and the flue gas outlet is arranged at the side surface of the bottom.

Preferably, the tail gas purification treatment system of the cremation machine provided by the invention is controlled by a PLC system.

In conclusion, the cremation machine tail gas purification treatment system provided by the invention fundamentally solves the problem of treating pollutants generated after cremation of remains by cremation machines in funeral parlours, and meets the treatment requirements on various toxic and harmful substances (dioxin compounds, carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride, sulfides, particulate matters, heavy metals and the like). Particularly, the gas treated by the tail gas purification treatment system of the cremation machine can reach and be superior to the national standard GB13801-2015 atmospheric pollutant discharge standard of cremation farms.
