thirdly, the brake of the sliding support seat 25 is controlled by the transmission hydraulic cylinder 24, the sliding support seat 25 drives the clamping fixed seat 27 to move through the lifting hydraulic cylinder 26 until one mounting block 273 is positioned at the upper part of one end of the first belt conveying mechanism 12, at the moment, two mounting blocks 273 are positioned at the upper part of the heating box 28, then the lifting hydraulic cylinder 26 is controlled to move downwards to drive the clamping fixed seat 27 to move downwards until the clamping plate 276 is respectively positioned at the two opposite side sides of the bearing frame 4, then the two bidirectional hydraulic cylinders 274 are controlled to drive the plate 276 to move until the bearing frame 4 is clamped and fixed, then the lifting hydraulic cylinder 26 is controlled to ascend, simultaneously the transmission hydraulic cylinder 24 is controlled to move until the bearing frame 4 is positioned at the upper part of the heating box 28, then the lifting hydraulic cylinder 26 is controlled to descend until the bearing frame 4 moves downwards to the baffle plate in the middle part, loosening the bearing frame 4, then continuously moving the transmission hydraulic cylinder 24 to the left side, cooking and soaking the medicinal materials in the bearing frame 4 at the moment, and after soaking for 5min, controlling the lifting hydraulic cylinder 26 to descend until the two clamping plates 276 on one side are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the bearing frame 4 on the first belt conveying mechanism 12, and the two clamping plates 276 on the other side are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the bearing frame 4 in the heating box 28; then the carrying frames 4 are controlled to be clamped and fixed, then the transmission hydraulic cylinder 24 is controlled to move rightwards until the carrying frame 4 moved to the left side is positioned above the heating box 28, the carrying frame 4 at the right side is positioned above the second belt transmission mechanism 32, then the lifting hydraulic cylinder 26 is controlled to descend until the two carrying frames 4 are respectively placed on the blocking net of the heating box 28 and the second belt transmission mechanism 32, then the carrying frames 4 are loosened, then the lifting hydraulic cylinder 26 is controlled to ascend, then the transmission hydraulic cylinder 24 is controlled to move leftwards until the two clamping plates 276 at one side are positioned above the first belt transmission mechanism 12, and then the operation is repeated; the medicinal materials in the bearing frame 4 placed on the second belt transmission mechanism 32 are directly steamed by steam, so that the medicinal materials can be quickly soaked, and are not directly contacted with water, so that the loss of water-soluble substances is avoided.
