The preparation and separation device for the vegetable waste extract is characterized by comprising a tank body, wherein the tank body is provided with a sealing cover which is connected with a separation layer arranged in the tank body; a separation zone and a distillation zone are respectively formed on two sides of the separation layer; a material receiving basin is arranged below the separation layer;

a filter screen for separating the mixture containing the extract from the raw material is arranged in the separation area, and a collecting cylinder for collecting the extract evaporated and separated from the mixture is arranged in the distillation area;

the sealing cover is also provided with a heating rod inserted into the separation area; the inner wall of the tank body positioned in the separation area is also provided with an ultrasonic generator;

the material receiving basin is provided with a partition board which divides the space in the material receiving basin into two material receiving areas; the basin bottom of the material receiving basin is of a hollow structure, and two groups of electric heating wires which respectively correspond to the two material receiving areas are arranged in the hollow structure;

9. A vegetable waste extract preparation and separation device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a discharge door is provided on a side wall of the receiving basin; the tank body is correspondingly provided with a discharge port.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant extract separation treatment, and particularly relates to a preparation and separation device for a vegetable garbage extract.

Background

The development of greenhouse vegetables enriches the dining table of Chinese people. However, with the development of the vegetable industry, more and more vegetable waste is produced. For the vegetable garbage, the main treatment methods at present include landfill, incineration, compost and the like, however, the vegetable garbage in the environment cannot be completely digested only by the methods, and the treatment methods also have certain defects, for example, the landfill method can produce leakage liquid to further pollute underground water, the incineration can produce toxic and harmful gases such as dioxin and the like, and the incinerated ash has a huge toxic effect on soil. Therefore, the development of a new technology has important environmental and social significance for treating the vegetable waste.

Patent No. CN201610111586.8 discloses a method for preparing vegetable waste extract, which uses waste parts of common vegetable plants (such as stem and leaf of inedible part of cucumber) as raw materials, and comprises the steps of stirring, standing, distilling and the like, so as to prepare the extract, and the extract is used for preparing the steel bar rust inhibitor. Effectively treats the vegetable garbage and provides a thought for solving the vegetable garbage in rural areas.

However, the existing equipment cannot realize all the steps of the method at one time, each step needs equipment with corresponding functions to be realized, the equipment investment is large, and the processing efficiency is low. The intermediate product needs to be transported, and because the separation and distillation of the mixture need to be filled with nitrogen to discharge oxygen, and the nitrogen partial pressure is difficult to ensure in the transportation or transmission process, the product quality is liable to be unstable, and other process parameters are not easy to control.

In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a separation device for preparing vegetable waste extract, which comprises a separation zone and a distillation zone separated from each other in a sealed tank; the bottom of the tank body is provided with a receiving basin which can rotate 180 degrees; the inner space of the material receiving basin is divided into two independent material receiving areas. The material receiving basin rotates 180 degrees to a distillation area for distillation treatment after receiving the separation area mixture; meanwhile, the material receiving area in the distillation area is transferred back to the separation area to continue receiving materials. The two sides are carried out simultaneously, and the preparation efficiency is effectively improved. The whole preparation process of the invention is completed in a tank body in a centralized way, the preparation efficiency is high, the parameter controllability is good, and the quality of the extract is stable.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vegetable waste extract preparation and separation device, comprising a tank body, wherein the tank body is provided with a sealing cover, and the sealing cover is connected with a separation layer arranged in the tank body; a separation zone and a distillation zone are respectively formed on two sides of the separation layer; a material receiving basin is arranged below the separation layer.

A filter screen is arranged in the separation area, and a collecting barrel is arranged in the distillation area.

The sealing cover is also provided with a heating rod inserted into the separation area; and the inner wall of the tank body positioned in the separation area is also provided with an ultrasonic generator.

The material receiving basin is provided with a partition board which divides the space in the material receiving basin into two material receiving areas; the basin bottom of the material receiving basin is of a hollow structure, and two groups of electric heating wires which respectively correspond to the two material receiving areas are arranged in the hollow structure.

Each group of electric heating wires is respectively and electrically connected with an electricity taking head, and an electric brush used for abutting against a lead is arranged on the electricity taking head; and a conductor rail corresponding to the electric brush is arranged on the inner wall of the tank body, and the conductor is fixed on the conductor rail.

The bottom of the material receiving basin is further connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved with a gear, the gear is in transmission connection with a rack, and the rack is further connected with a driving cylinder for driving the rack to do reciprocating motion.

A plurality of air inlets for gaseous extracts to enter are formed in the preset part of the cylinder body of the collecting cylinder; a condensing pipe for condensing the gaseous extract is arranged in the barrel; a pipette is also inserted into the cylinder of the collecting cylinder.

According to the vegetable garbage extract preparation and separation device, the separation layer comprises two separation plates, and a hollow layer is formed between the two separation plates; the partition plate is also provided with a plurality of air outlet holes; the sealing cover is also provided with an air inlet pipe inserted into the hollow layer.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. The above-mentioned directions or positions of the upper, lower, left, right, etc. are referred to in this specification for better describing the technical solution in conjunction with the drawings, so that the reader can understand that the practical implementation includes but is not limited to this description.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a vegetable waste extract preparation and separation device, which comprises a tank body 1, wherein the tank body 1 is provided with a sealing cover 11, and the sealing cover 11 is connected with a separation layer 14 arranged in the tank body 1; the separation region 10 and the distillation region 20 are formed on both sides of the separation layer 14; a material receiving basin 3 is also arranged below the separation layer 14.

The separation layer 14 comprises two separation plates, and a hollow layer is formed between the two separation plates; the partition plate is also provided with a plurality of air outlet holes; referring to fig. 2, the sealing cover 11 is further provided with an air inlet pipe 17 inserted into the hollow layer; feeding nitrogen into the tank from an air inlet pipe 17, and blowing the nitrogen into the separation zone 10 and the distillation zone 20 from air outlet holes of the two partition plates respectively; the person skilled in the art can adjust the partial pressure of nitrogen fed into the nitrogen flow control tank to meet the preparation requirements of the extract. Because the separation and distillation of the mixture are realized in the tank, the control of the nitrogen partial pressure is convenient, and the quality consistency of the intermediate product and the final product is ensured.

A filter screen 15 is arranged in the separation area 10, and a collecting barrel 2 is arranged in the distillation area 20.

Referring to fig. 2, the sealing cover 11 is further provided with a heating rod 12 inserted into the separation region 10; the inner wall of the tank body 1 of the separation area 10 is also provided with an ultrasonic generator 13; the heating rod 12 is preferably an electrical heating rod. The sealing cover 11 is also provided with a feeding port 18 for feeding materials to the separation area 10; the raw materials are fed from a feeding port 18 and fall on a filter screen 15, a heating rod 12 provides proper temperature, an ultrasonic generator 13 has a vibration effect to promote the stirring and the filtration of the raw materials, and the separated mixture containing the extract falls into a material receiving basin 3; and allowed to stand in the basin for a period of time as required by the process during which time the extract is further separated from the mixture.

Further, the ultrasonic generator 13 is a bar shape, and one end thereof is abutted against the filter screen 15, so that the ultrasonic generator has a vibration function and promotes the generation and separation of the mixture. According to the specification of the tank body 1, more preferably, the heating rod 12 of the present invention has a plurality of heating rods, and the number of heating rods is preferably 3 to 5.

Referring to fig. 3, the material receiving basin 3 has a partition board 31, and referring to fig. 4, the partition board 31 divides the basin space of the material receiving basin 3 into two material receiving areas 30; the basin bottom 33 of the material receiving basin 3 is a hollow structure, and two groups of electric heating wires which respectively correspond to the two material receiving areas 30 are arranged in the hollow structure; the two groups of electric heating wires respectively heat the corresponding material receiving areas 30.

Referring to fig. 6 again, each group of electric heating wires is electrically connected to an electricity taking head 4, and an electric brush 41 for abutting against a lead 43 is arranged on the electricity taking head 4; the inner wall of the tank body 1 is provided with a conductive rail 42 corresponding to the brush 41, and a lead 43 is fixed on the conductive rail 42.

Referring to fig. 7, two sets of conductive rails 42 are disposed below the separation region 10 and the distillation region 20; the two groups of conductive rails 42 are spliced into a circle, and the joint positions are connected through an insulating piece 44; because the temperature requirements of the separation zone 10 and the distillation zone 20 are different, the heating temperature of the two receiving zones 30 is controlled by respectively controlling the current introduced from the two conductive rails 42.

Referring to fig. 8, preferably, in order to prevent the brush 41 from being damaged by collision when passing through the joint, a transition rail 45 is formed on the insulating member 44 to conform to the shape of the conductive wire 43, so as to achieve smooth transition of the brush 41. The insulator 44 is made of a material that meets the electrical connection standard.

Referring to fig. 5, the bottom of the material receiving basin 3 is further connected with a rotating shaft 34, the rotating shaft 34 is fixedly sleeved with a gear 35, the gear 35 is in transmission connection with a rack 36, and the rack 36 is further connected with a driving cylinder 37 for driving the rack to reciprocate. The telescopic part of the driving cylinder 3 is pushed out, the material receiving basin 3 rotates 180 degrees, and the two material receiving areas 30 exchange positions; the telescopic part of the driving cylinder 3 retracts, and the positions of the two material receiving areas 30 are changed back. According to the production process, the receiving basin 3 is rotated 180 degrees at certain time intervals, such as 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours or 36 hours. The mixture received by the receiving area 30 is transferred from the separation area 10 to the distillation area 20 for distillation treatment, and meanwhile, the receiving area 30 in the distillation area 20 is transferred back to the separation area 10 for receiving materials continuously. The two sides are carried out simultaneously, and the preparation efficiency is effectively improved.

Those skilled in the art can select the suitable driving cylinder 3 according to the specification of the receiving basin 3, and select the gear 35 with the suitable diameter according to the stroke of the telescopic part of the driving cylinder 3, so as to realize the above functions.

In the distillation zone 20, the extract is separated from the mixture as a gaseous phase by evaporation under the action of heat. Referring to fig. 9, a plurality of tiny air inlets for gaseous extract to enter are arranged at the upper part of the body of the collecting cylinder 2; the intake holes are generally disposed in an area not exceeding the height of the barrel 1/3; those skilled in the art can make adaptive settings according to the specifications of the collecting cylinder 2. A condensing pipe 21 is arranged in the barrel, and the gaseous extract is condensed on the condensing pipe 21 and flows to the bottom of the barrel for collection; the condensation pipe 21 is of a hollow structure, one end inserted into the cylinder is closed, one end positioned outside the cylinder is provided with a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole, and the condensation function is realized through circulating water. Preferably, a pipette 23 is also inserted into the cylinder; further, the liquid suction pipe 23 is connected with a liquid suction pump 24 for sucking the collected extract into the discharging barrel 25 at regular time. Preferably, a liquid level meter 22 is further inserted in the collecting cylinder 2, so that technicians can conveniently monitor the collecting amount and determine the liquid suction time.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4 again, in order to facilitate the discharge of the waste materials, a discharge door 32 is arranged on the side wall of the receiving basin 3; the tank body 1 is correspondingly provided with a discharge port 16. Preferably, the discharge opening 16 is disposed at one side of the distillation zone 20 to facilitate timely cleaning of the distilled waste.

Based on the consideration of improving the automation degree of the equipment, the invention can also be provided with a control unit which is electrically connected with the conductor rail 42 and the heating rod 12; temperature sensors are provided in the separation zone 10 and the distillation zone 20, respectively, and the inlet pipe 17 is connected to a flow control valve. The flow control valve and the temperature sensor are both connected with the control unit. The temperature of the separation zone 10 and the distillation zone 20 and the process parameters such as nitrogen atmosphere in the tank are automatically controlled. The control unit of the present invention is installed on the top of the sealing cover 11, which facilitates the connection of lines and the operation of personnel.

The device can be used for assisting extraction by two means of heating and ultrasonic. The inventor has found through a great deal of verification that compared with the prior art, the extraction speed of the invention is high, and the extraction time is shortened to about 1/10 of the original time.

Meanwhile, the invention can ensure the extraction environment to be closed and the yield and the quality of the extract to be stable. The enlarged version of the device can be used for industrial production, greatly improves the product quality and the production efficiency, and effectively reduces the production cost.

In summary, the invention provides a vegetable waste extract preparation and separation device, which is characterized in that a separation area and a distillation area which are mutually separated are arranged in a closed tank body; the bottom of the tank body is provided with a receiving basin which can rotate 180 degrees; the inner space of the material receiving basin is divided into two independent material receiving areas. The material receiving basin receives the mixture separated from the separation area and then rotates 180 degrees to a distillation area for distillation treatment; meanwhile, the material receiving area in the distillation area is transferred back to the separation area to continue receiving materials.
