The working principle is as follows: when in use, the blade is placed on the net control transmission belt 703, redundant liquid seeps from the net control transmission belt 703, meanwhile, the hot air is sprayed out from the spray head 4 through the air pipe 3 by the hot air blower 2 to heat the blade, the first transmission roller 701 is driven to rotate through the power output of the first motor 5, the net control transmission belt 703 drives the blade to move rightwards, when the blade moves to the lower side of the third transmission roller 704, the water absorption cotton 202 is contacted with the blade to erase the liquid on the upper side of the blade, when the blade moves to the lower side of the magnet block 706, the blade is absorbed upwards due to the suction force of the magnet block 706, the blade moves upwards to enable the cushion block 203 to move upwards, the push plate 205 extrudes the rubber bag 206, and the sliding cylinder 208 and the rubber bag 206 are arranged through the first air pipe 207, so that the air in the rubber bag 206 pushes the sealing block 209 to move rightwards, and the air between the sealing block 209 and the sliding cylinder 208 flows into the second air pipe 215 along the hollow cylinder 210, the push rod 216 is pushed to extend outwards, meanwhile, the hollow cylinder 210 moves rightwards to push the second connecting rod 212, as the lower side of the second connecting rod 212 is limited by the limiting rod 214, the lower end of the second connecting rod 212 deflects leftwards, the second connecting rod 212 drives the inserting cylinder 213 to deflect towards the middle, the push rod 216 is matched with the extension of the push rod 216 to push the absorbent sponge 202 to contact with the back of the blade, the blade is wrapped to remove moisture on the back of the blade, the blade falls off when moving to the right side of the magnet block 706 and is sent out by the net control transmission belt 703, the purpose of removing residual liquid after quenching of the blade is achieved, the absorbent sponge 202 is extruded with internal moisture by the fifth transmission roller 707 when moving to the fifth transmission roller 707 after absorbing water, and simultaneously the fifth transmission roller 707 rotates to drive the sixth transmission roller 708 through the transmission strip 709, the rubber shifting piece 105 is in contact with the upper surface of the cushion block 203, the inserted rod 102 can stretch out and draw back inside the fixing pile 101 and the inserted block 103, the fixing pile 101 and the inserted block 103 can reset due to the elastic force of the spring 104, and the rotating rubber shifting piece 105 can shift the blades, so that the directions of the blades are uniform, and subsequent water wiping is facilitated.
