the bar shearing mechanism comprises a pressing component and a supporting component which are arranged in the vertical direction, the pressing component comprises a pressing oil cylinder and a pressing block which are connected with each other, the pressing oil cylinder is arranged at the top of the hot shearing frame, and the pressing oil cylinder can drive the pressing block to move downwards and press the long metal bar tightly; the material supporting assembly comprises a material supporting oil cylinder and a material supporting block which are connected with each other, the material supporting oil cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the hot shearing frame, and the material supporting oil cylinder can drive the material supporting block to move upwards to support the long metal rod;

Background
Since the standard length and diameter of the purchased long metal bar are large, the long metal bar needs to be cut into short metal bars with small specifications by a hot shearing device, and then the short metal bars need to be hot extruded into the required profile structure.
Firstly, the hot shearing lengths of the long metal rods are different due to different product requirements, so that the specification needs to be frequently changed, and the conventional hot shearing device is inconvenient to change the specification, so that the production efficiency is low; when the specification is changed, a part of the end material is wasted, resulting in a low yield of the finished product. Secondly, the existing hot shearing device is inconvenient to feed, after the metal short rod enters the feeding device, the next metal short rod needs to push out the feeding device, and the metal short rod is in a soft and easily-scratched state after the surface of the metal short rod is heated at high temperature, so that the impact force and the friction force on the metal short rod are large, and the appearance quality of the metal short rod is easily influenced. Meanwhile, the existing hot shearing device adopts a fixed clamping mechanism, and the sheared metal short rod directly falls into the blanking mechanism, so that the metal short rod and the blanking mechanism are subjected to rigid collision and abrasion to damage the surface quality of the metal short rod.

the bar shearing mechanism comprises a pressing component and a supporting component which are arranged in the vertical direction, the pressing component comprises a pressing oil cylinder and a pressing block which are fixedly connected, the pressing oil cylinder is arranged at the top of the hot shearing frame, and the pressing oil cylinder can drive the pressing block to move downwards and press the long metal bar tightly; the material supporting assembly comprises a material supporting oil cylinder and a material supporting block which are fixedly connected, the material supporting oil cylinder is installed at the bottom of the hot shearing frame, and the material supporting oil cylinder can drive the material supporting block to move upwards to support the long metal rod;
the rod shearing mechanism further comprises a main shearing assembly, the main shearing assembly comprises a rod shearing oil cylinder and a main shear, the rod shearing oil cylinder is mounted at the top of the hot shearing frame and located on the front side of the material pressing oil cylinder, the main shear is located right above the material supporting oil cylinder, and the rod shearing oil cylinder can drive the main shear to move downwards to shear the long metal rod;
