Background

There are some fabrics with flame-retardant property, and these products are expensive, which limits their popularization and application. The flexible composite material for the aerostat has catastrophic safety influence once an accident occurs under the extreme environment with high ozone concentration and serious high-low temperature alternation. The light flexible composite material is functionalized, the comprehensive performance of the material is improved, the application fields of the flexible composite material and the flexible bag body product thereof can be further expanded, and the comprehensive performance such as the safety of the aerostat is improved.

The main disadvantages of flame retardant compounds are high cost, problems associated with mixing, toxicity of the fumes released on combustion and recent environmental concerns. The flexible composite materials containing flame retardants are handled with particular care by the end of their useful life, especially for products containing chlorine, bromine and heavy metals. Alternative chemical systems have been sought for a time, but have so far had limited success.

The invention researches and realizes a flexible laminated composite material integrating functions of gas barrier, flame retardance, thermal sealing and the like, can be quickly bonded by hot pressing, has higher thermal stability, structural stability and the like of a material body and a bonding part, can improve the processing efficiency of the flexible composite material, and further expands the comprehensive performance of the flexible composite material.
