Background

Lubricating grease is an important component of industrial lubricants, is a solid to semisolid lubricating material with plasticity, consists of a thickening agent and base oil, is often added with various functional additives to improve the performance of the lubricating material in order to meet the harsh application conditions, and is widely applied to the industries of steel, automobiles, aerospace and military. The chains in the mechanical transmission device are easy to be oxidized, rusted and passivated, the service life is influenced, and the working environment is complex. Therefore, the grease is required to have the functions of oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, long service life and high and low temperature stability, and to maintain good continuity of the chain in wind, rain or solarization.

Patent CN101967417A discloses a bentonite grease containing polyether in base oil, which can thicken the base oil without using polar dispersant. The synthesized lubricating grease needs the mixing of various base oils, the process is relatively complex, and the used raw materials are relatively complex. Patent CN1353174 discloses a high-temperature lubricating grease, the base oil of which is a mixture of polyether and silicone oil, and the thickening agent is molybdenum disulfide powder and antimony antimonous sulfide. The product has no dropping point, is suitable for harsh conditions of high temperature and high pressure, and is not suitable for chain lubrication under common conditions. Group patent CN1847376 discloses a special grease for wear resistance and rust resistance of chains, which has a long preparation time, a dropping point only reaching 85 ℃ and poor high-temperature stability. In the above research on the lubricating grease, the process is complex and the number of additives is large. The general high-low temperature lubricating grease is long-acting high-temperature lubricating grease which is refined by polyurea compound thickening high-temperature resistant phenyl silicone oil and additives such as wear resistance, oxidation resistance, rust prevention, corrosion resistance and the like. Patents CN103265998A, CN104403766A, CN106479610A and the like all disclose lubricating grease with high and low temperature stability and with oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, which are all prepared by adding functional auxiliary agents such as antioxidant, corrosion resistance and the like to realize the oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and the like of the lubricating grease; at present, no lubricating grease composition which only consists of lubricating grease base oil and a thickening agent and can realize the purposes of oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and the like exists.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art and provide the chain high-temperature and low-temperature lubricating grease.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the chain high-low temperature grease.

The invention further aims to provide application of the chain high-temperature and low-temperature lubricating grease.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:

The composite lithium-based lubricating grease only consists of base oil and a thickening agent, and particularly takes specific polyether oil as lubricating grease base oil, so that the characteristics of good high-temperature and low-temperature performance and stable low-temperature performance of the polyether oil are fully utilized; meanwhile, the composite lithium-based metal soap base is adopted for one-step thickening, so that the method is simple and saves production energy consumption; the product has good colloid stability and mechanical stability, and the base oil can effectively protect a mechanical device chain due to high-temperature stability and proper distribution of a thickening agent, so that the chain can be in a lubricating state for a long time without additionally adding an antioxidant and an anticorrosive agent and is not easy to oxidize and rust.

Preferably, the composite lithium soap thickening agent is a composite of 12-lithium hydroxystearate and lithium sebacate, the mass percent of the 12-lithium hydroxystearate is 8-20%, and the mass percent of the lithium sebacate is 2-10%; the lubricating grease prepared by using the composite lithium soap of 12-hydroxystearic acid and dibasic acid as a thickening agent has the advantages of high dropping point, excellent mechanical stability, excellent water resistance, rust resistance and oxidation stability.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the chain high-low temperature lubricating grease, which specifically comprises the following steps:

s1, adding hydroxy fatty acid, low-molecular acid and base oil into a reaction container, heating and stirring for 1-2 hours to dissolve, and then adding a lithium hydroxide hot solution to saponify;

s2, heating the system for dewatering for 2-3 hours, and then continuously heating and puffing;
