The melting temperature of the furnace slag is low, when the superheat degree is high, a slag splashing layer is easy to melt and delaminate, and the furnace lining protection effect is poor; under the condition of the same components, the higher the superheat degree is, the smaller the slag viscosity is, the slag is easy to splash but difficult to stick, and a splashed slag layer is thin; when the viscosity of the slag is too high, the slag is difficult to splash and hang on the furnace wall; therefore, the slag splash needs proper viscosity and superheat degree.

The traditional slag splashing process mainly has the following problems:

(1) the cooling rate of the slag is slow. Besides providing slag splashing kinetic energy, nitrogen blowing also has the function of cooling slag (slag is mainly cooled in the early stage of slag splashing because the degree of superheat of the slag is high in the period of time, the viscosity of the slag is low, and the slag is not well bonded even if the slag splashes onto the furnace wall). Because the heat capacity of slag splashing gas is small, the cooling speed of slag is slow, the inoculation period of the slag splashing required proper viscosity is long, and the whole slag splashing furnace protection period is long, the steel making production efficiency is low, and the nitrogen consumption is large.

(2) Has certain damage to the original furnace lining. The high-temperature final slag has strong oxidability and low viscosity, and is pushed by strong nitrogen flow to generate high-speed scouring on a furnace lining sintering layer, so that chemical erosion and mechanical damage to a certain degree exist. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a novel device for splashing slag of a converter, which can reduce the consumption of nitrogen and reduce the mechanical and chemical erosion of the furnace lining caused by high-temperature oxidation slag in the slag splashing early stage.
