1. A strengthening treatment method of flowering cotton is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) cleaning: placing the waste cotton product in a washing powder solution, ultrasonically cleaning for 50-60 min at 45-55 ℃ and 28-30 kHz, then washing with clear water, and drying to obtain cleaning cotton;

(5) secondary strengthening: soaking the softened cotton in a strengthening solution, adjusting vacuum, soaking at 40-45 ℃ for 5-6 h, taking out, washing with clear water, and freeze-drying until the water content is 0-8% to obtain secondary strengthened cotton;

(6) drawing: and drawing the secondary reinforced cotton to obtain the high-strength flowering cotton.

(4) softening treatment: soaking the primary reinforced cotton in a polyethylene glycol solution at 40-50 ℃ for 3-4 h, so that the flexibility and the antistatic property of the cotton can be remarkably improved, the defect that the waste cotton is aged and hardened is overcome, the grade of the cotton is improved, the cotton is convenient to use, and the cotton is taken out and washed with clear water to obtain softened cotton;

(5) secondary strengthening: soaking softened cotton in a strengthening solution, adjusting vacuum, soaking for 5-6 h at 40-45 ℃, further improving the strength of flowering cotton, adding carboxymethyl chitosan, potassium polymetaphosphate, a nano silver solution and polyethylene imine into the strengthening solution, enabling the strengthening solution to be adsorbed on cotton fibers after vacuum soaking, improving the whiteness and antibacterial effect of the flowering cotton, enhancing the tensile strength and anti-aging performance of the cotton fibers, enabling the flowering cotton to avoid hardening and yellowing of color and luster in the long-term use process, prolonging the service life of the flowering cotton, taking out, washing with clear water, and freeze-drying until the water content is 0-8%, so as to obtain secondary strengthening cotton;

(6) drawing: the secondary strengthening cotton is subjected to wire drawing, so that the later-stage use of the blossoming cotton can be facilitated, the flexibility of the blossoming cotton is improved, the practicability is improved, and the high-strength blossoming cotton is obtained.

And (2) repeating the ultrasonic cleaning in the step (1) for 2-3 times, taking out after each ultrasonic cleaning, washing with clear water, and then placing in the washing powder solution again for ultrasonic cleaning.

And (2) drying in the step (1) at the temperature of 45-50 ℃ until the water content is 10-15%.

The sodium bicarbonate solution in the step (3) has a mass percentage concentration of 3-4%.

The volume fraction of the polyethylene glycol solution in the step (4) is 63-67%.

The strengthening liquid in the step (5) is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 31-33 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan, 24-26 parts of potassium polymetaphosphate, 18-20 parts of nano silver solution, 10-12 parts of polyethyleneimine and 350-400 parts of water.

The nano silver solution has the nano silver particle size of 35-40 nm and the nano silver content of 20-22%.

The wire drawing in the step (6) has the length of 26-32 mm and the linear density of 1.65-2.15 dtex.

The high-strength flowering cotton prepared by the strengthening treatment method of the flowering cotton.
