The steamer is used for steaming and fixing after printing and dyeing of pure cotton, polyester cotton, blended fabrics, chemical fibers and other fabrics, and is one of three major devices in printed cloth production. The purpose of the steaming is to ensure that the dye in the color paste is transferred to the inside of the fiber through steaming to achieve the color fixing effect, and the effect of the steaming directly influences the color and the vividness of the printing.

Along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the requirement on the printing quality is also continuously improved, the steamer is also developed to a long ring type from a guide roller type, the problem mainly solved is to meet the requirement on low tension of the fabric, and the contact between the fabric and a roller body is changed from double sides to single sides, namely, the printing surface of the fabric is not contacted with the roller body all the time, so as to avoid the phenomenon of color lapping.

The long-ring steamer is a machine for steaming fabrics by hanging the fabrics on a cloth hanging roller in a ring shape as the name suggests, and the long-ring steamer on the market at present can be divided into a steam blowing ring type and a mechanical ring forming type according to the ring forming mode. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a cloth hanging roller overturning assembly aiming at the prior art, which can lift a short pin shaft cloth hanging roller onto a main track, greatly simplifies a ring forming mechanism and reduces the production and manufacturing cost compared with the original ring forming plate assembly and ring forming pusher dogs, and has high mechanism operation stability and difficult misoperation.

The working principle is as follows:

when the spacing rings form rings, the cloth hanging roller overturning assembly lifts the overturning seat assembly to enable the overturning seat assembly to be horizontally arranged, and because the short pin shaft cloth hanging roller is in a natural sagging state under the action of self gravity, a bearing at the end part of the short pin shaft cloth hanging roller of the cloth hanging roller assembly is not contacted with the overturning seat assembly (the bearing is positioned below the overturning seat assembly), and then the fabric forms rings under the action of a ring blowing assembly or a mechanical ring forming mechanism; in this state, only the roller sleeves on the long pin shaft cloth hanging rollers are looped, and the roller sleeves on the short pin shaft cloth hanging rollers do not participate in the looping, so that the distance between the front surfaces of the fabrics is about 254mm finally.
