at least one stirring tank device arranged on the railway concave flat car;

at least one group of conveying pump devices are arranged on one side of the stirring tank device and are connected with the long spiral drilling tool through conveying pipes;

the hydraulic support leg rail clamping devices are arranged on the lower side of the railway concave flat car and are used for supporting and fixing the railway concave flat car and a steel rail;

and the control platform is arranged on the upper side of the railway flat car and is used for controlling the pile grouting car to operate.

In one example, the long spiral gang drill device comprises a base fixed on the upper side of the railway concave flat car, the upper side of the base is provided with a lifting mechanism, the long spiral drill is arranged at the top end of the lifting mechanism, and the upper end of the long spiral drill is provided with a hydraulic driving mechanism for driving the long spiral drill to rotate and lift.

Specifically, the lifting hydraulic cylinder can drive the supporting wheels to descend to the upper surface of the steel rail after the pile grouting vehicle enters a working position, so that a supporting effect is achieved, and the stability of the whole vehicle is improved; the two clamping arms clamp the steel rail from two sides of the steel rail through the clamping rollers, so that the fixation between the pile grouting vehicle and the steel rail is further enhanced, and the large-amplitude shaking is prevented during working.
