Background

The plastic track is also called as all-weather track and field sports track, is made of polyurethane rubber and other materials, has certain elasticity and color, and has the characteristics of good flatness, high compressive strength, proper hardness and elasticity and stable physical performance. The plastic track in the prior art is generally formed by on-site material preparation and solidification. However, in the construction process of the polyurethane plastic material, most fearing water, the cement paste can generate a large bubble when meeting a drop of water before being primarily cured, so that the requirement on the site construction condition is extremely high, and in the later use, if the cement paste is foamed and unshelled at the place, the replacement is not easy; in addition, most importantly, the runways are easy to accumulate water when the runways are exposed to continuous rainy days for several days, and the accumulated water has certain damage to the runways.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a modular plastic water storage runway which is reasonable in structural design and clean in cleaning and a paving process thereof.

Preferably, the water storage and drainage layer is formed by forming a cross-shaped groove on a plate with a proper thickness and filling the cross-shaped groove with the porous grid plate, wherein the cross-shaped groove penetrates through the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the water storage and drainage layer.

Preferably, a plurality of shrinkage-compensating holes are formed in the solid body, so that the phenomenon that the bottom part of the water storage and drainage layer is easy to collapse due to the fact that the part of the bottom of the water storage and drainage layer is not supported by the supporting material after the foaming material is injected into the bottom side of the solid body is avoided.

In the invention, the prefabricated plastic runway layer is manufactured according to the manufacturing method of the prefabricated runway in the prior art, and the materials are selected according to the existing plastic runway material.

The second technical scheme adopted by the invention is a paving process of the modular plastic water storage runway, which specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a site: on the field which is selected as the runway pavement, a cement foundation or an asphalt foundation is laid, or the cement foundation or the asphalt foundation is not laid, and the land of the field is compacted and compacted;

(2) paying off: firstly, determining four curved-straight boundary lines, paying off lines on a straight section of a sports field, paying off a first construction line at the inner edge of the line with the curved-straight boundary lines as a reference and paying off each construction line from inside to outside;

(3) paving a foundation leveling layer: paving along the paying-off position in the step (2), adjusting leveling nails by means of a level meter during paving to enable each basic leveling layer to be horizontally paved on the ground, injecting foaming materials into the filling holes to the bottom sides of the basic leveling layers through injectors, taking down the leveling nails after the foaming materials are solidified, injecting a proper amount of cement into the holes left after the leveling nails are taken out, and scraping cement points after the cement is solidified; two adjacent basic leveling layers are laid as close as possible, and after the basic leveling layers of the whole runway are laid, the next procedure is carried out;

(4) paving a prefabricated plastic runway layer: and paving the prefabricated plastic runway layer on the paved basic leveling layer, and connecting and fixing the prefabricated plastic runway layer and the basic leveling layer through connecting screws.

Preferably, when the basic leveling layer is paved, the paving is carried out according to the principle that a curve is paved firstly and then a straight runway is paved from inside to outside, and when a gap exists between the modules and the gap is not suitable for being filled by the modules of the basic leveling layer, cement is used for filling; the periphery of the prefabricated plastic runway layer on each module is reserved with surplus heads with the length of 200mm, and when the prefabricated plastic runway layer is laid, no obvious gap is formed between the adjacent plastic runway layers.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. compared with the plastic track which needs on-site material preparation and is formed by solidification in the prior art, the plastic track has low requirements on-site construction conditions;

2. by adopting the runway, leveling work is not needed before pavement, the technical requirements on construction workers are relatively low, and the pavement work efficiency is effectively improved;

3. compared with the prefabricated plastic track in the prior art, the prefabricated plastic track has low technical requirements on the foundation layer, and the next construction procedure can be carried out no matter whether the site foundation meets the technical requirements of surface layer construction or not;

4. according to the invention, through the design of the water storage and drainage layer, when rainfall continuously, rainwater which does not flow away from the surface of the runway enters the water storage and drainage layer at the bottom through the plastic runway, and cannot be accumulated on the plastic runway layer, so that the use and the service life of the plastic runway are influenced;

5. the plastic runway layer and the basic leveling layer are connected by the connecting screws, so that a gluing link is omitted, and the plastic runway layer can be replaced;

6. the runway design and paving method greatly simplifies the paving process and shortens the construction period.

Detailed Description

The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. And the parts which are not described in detail below are all carried out according to the construction requirements of the existing prefabricated runway.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the modular plastic water storage track of the invention comprises linear track modules and turning track modules, wherein a plurality of linear track modules are spliced by male buckles, female buckles or other conventional module splicing ways to form straight-line sections of the track, a plurality of turning track modules are spliced by male buckles, female buckles or other conventional module splicing ways to form turning sections of the track, the straight-line sections of the track and the turning sections of the track are spliced by male buckles, female buckles or other conventional module splicing ways to form a closed track, the linear track modules and the turning track modules are composed of a base leveling layer 1 and a prefabricated plastic track layer 2 which are arranged from bottom to top, wherein the base leveling layer 1 comprises a lower water storage and drainage layer 1.1 and an upper supporting layer 1.2, the outer bottom of the water storage and drainage layer 1.1 is flat, and the water storage and drainage layer 1.1 is a solid body 1.11, four corner positions, The water storage and drainage device comprises four solid bodies 1.11 which are mutually connected and surrounded and a cross water storage and drainage area with a closed bottom, wherein a connecting thread cylinder body 1.12 which does not penetrate through the bottom of the solid body 1.11 is formed at the position, corresponding to four corners of the water storage and drainage layer 1.1, of the solid body 1.11, a leveling penetrating cylinder body 1.13 through which a leveling nail 3 penetrates and which penetrates through the solid body 1.11 is formed beside the connecting thread cylinder body 1.12, one or more (2 corners in the figure) pouring holes 1.14 which penetrate through the solid body 1.11 are formed in the solid body 1.11, correspondingly, holes are formed in the position, corresponding to the pouring holes 1.14, of the supporting layer 1.2, and a porous grid plate 4 is filled in the cross water storage and drainage area; the bottom of the periphery of the supporting layer 1.2 is clamped in a clamping groove formed in the top of the periphery of the water storage and drainage layer 1.1, a connecting hole 1.21 is formed in the position, corresponding to the connecting threaded cylinder 1.12, of the supporting layer 1.2, a through hole 1.22 is formed in the position, corresponding to the leveling and penetrating cylinder 1.13, of the supporting layer 1.2, and a plurality of water through holes 1.23 are formed in the position, corresponding to the cross water storage and drainage area, of the supporting layer 1.2; the same leveling nail 3 is inserted into each vertically corresponding leveling penetrating barrel 1.13 and penetrating hole 1.22, and the length of the leveling nail 3 is larger than the integral height of the supporting layer 1.2 and the water storage and drainage layer 1.1 after being assembled; the position of the prefabricated plastic runner layer 2 corresponding to the connecting hole 1.21 is provided with a hole 2.1, the prefabricated plastic runner layer 2 and the basic leveling layer 1 are connected and fixed through a connecting screw 5 penetrating through the hole 2.1 on the prefabricated plastic runner layer 2, the connecting hole 1.21 on the supporting layer 1.2 and the connecting thread cylinder 1.12 on the water storage and drainage layer 1.1 which are corresponding up and down, and the connecting screw 5 is in threaded connection with an internal thread arranged on the inner wall of the connecting thread cylinder 1.12.

The water storage and drainage layer 1.1 is formed by arranging a cross-shaped groove on a plate with proper thickness and filling a porous grid plate 4 in the cross-shaped groove, and the cross-shaped groove penetrates through the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the water storage and drainage layer.

A plurality of shrinkage-filling holes are formed in the solid body 1.11, so that the phenomenon that the bottom of the water storage and drainage layer is easy to collapse due to the fact that the supporting material is not supported at the part of the bottom of the water storage and drainage layer after the foaming material is injected into the bottom side of the solid body is avoided.

In the invention, the prefabricated plastic runway layer is manufactured according to the manufacturing method of the water-permeable prefabricated runway in the prior art, and the materials are selected according to the existing plastic runway material.

In the invention, the basic leveling layer is formed by injection molding firstly, then the multi-hole grid separation plate is clamped and fixed in the cross-shaped groove, and the overall appearance of the basic leveling layer of the straight runway and the curve runway is formed by injection molding in advance according to the design requirement of the runways.

The paving process specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a site: on the field which is selected as the runway pavement, the cement foundation or the asphalt foundation is simply laid without leveling treatment, or the cement foundation or the asphalt foundation is not laid, and the land of the field is only compacted and compacted;

(2) paying off: firstly, determining four curved-straight boundary lines, paying off lines on a straight section of a sports field, paying off a first construction line at the inner edge of the line with the curved-straight boundary lines as a reference and paying off each construction line from inside to outside;

(3) paving a foundation leveling layer: paving along the paying-off position in the step (2), adjusting the leveling nails 3 by means of a level meter when paving to enable each foundation leveling layer to be horizontally paved on the ground of a field, injecting foaming materials into the filling holes to the bottom sides of the foundation leveling layers through injectors, taking down the leveling nails after the foaming materials are solidified, injecting a proper amount of cement into the holes left after the leveling nails are taken out, and scraping cement points after the cement is solidified; two adjacent basic leveling layers are laid as close as possible, and after the basic leveling layers of the whole runway are laid, the next procedure is carried out;

(4) paving a prefabricated plastic runway layer: and paving the prefabricated plastic runway layer on the paved basic leveling layer, and connecting and fixing the prefabricated plastic runway layer and the basic leveling layer by screwing in a plurality of connecting screws.

When the basic leveling layer is paved, the paving is carried out according to the principle that a curve is paved and then a straight runway is paved from inside to outside, and cement is used for filling when a gap exists between the modules and the gap is not suitable for being filled by the modules of the basic leveling layer; the periphery of the prefabricated plastic runway layer on each module is reserved with surplus heads with the length of 200mm, and when the prefabricated plastic runway layer is laid, no obvious gap is formed between the adjacent plastic runway layers.

In the invention, on continuous rainy days, rainwater can enter the water storage and drainage layer through the prefabricated plastic runner layer, and the water storage and drainage layers of adjacent modules are communicated. The accumulation on the prefabricated plastic runway layer is prevented, and meanwhile, the normal use of the runway in fine days after rain cannot be influenced due to the accumulation of rain on the surface of the prefabricated plastic runway layer.
