Background

The template construction system is produced along with the construction method, in the early 70 s of the last century, the building structure of China is mainly a brick-concrete structure, and the template for building construction is mainly a wood building template. In the early 80 s of the last century, various new structural systems continuously appear, and as the wood resources of China are very poor, under the promotion of the policy of replacing wood with steel, China successfully develops the advanced construction technology of the combined building steel template, reforms the template construction process, saves a large amount of wood, and the popularization and application range of the steel template reaches more than 75%.

Since the last 90 s, the building structure system of China has been greatly developed, high-rise buildings, super high-rise buildings and large public buildings are largely built, large-scale infrastructure construction, rapid development of urban traffic, highways, railways and the like, and new requirements are provided for the construction technology of templates and scaffolds. China continuously introduces foreign advanced formwork systems, and simultaneously develops various novel formworks and scaffolds. The construction of the present wood formwork and the scaffold with the largest consumption still has a plurality of practical problems.

Due to the properties of wood, the wood template and the wood square back edges are easy to damage after being wetted and exposed to the sun, the strength is low, the damage rate is high on the construction site, and the turnover rate is not high. The traditional reinforcing mode of scaffold pipe to the template does not have standardized component, and the construction is used at will, and is higher to workman's quality requirement. The quality problem caused by the infirm reinforcement is easy to occur at the corners, template splicing positions and the like. The construction unit under the current situation gradually promotes the requirements for engineering quality, and the quality problem cannot be ignored. A large amount of building waste generated by the damage and cutting of the template and the random use of the scaffold pipe can be generated in the traditional wood template construction process.

Disclosure of Invention

the hole cross bar is divided into a standard hole component and a customized hole component, the standard hole component is arranged close to the back edge of the hole, and two ends of the standard hole component are connected with adjacent transverse reinforcing components;

the back edge is connected between the customized hole component and the clear water template, and two ends of the back edge are connected with the adjacent customized hole component.

The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

The standardized components simplify the site construction, enable workers to get on the job faster and enable the workers to get on the job through simple training.

The members produced in factories do not need secondary construction after arriving at a construction site, and because the clear water template has high turnover rate, the generated construction waste is little, and only leftover materials cut off by the template and member materials damaged by abnormal construction exist.

The present invention is described in terms of particular embodiments, other advantages and features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following disclosure, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention and that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed. A formwork comprises a formwork 1, a transverse reinforcing member 2, a cross bar connecting piece 3, a back ridge 4, an internal corner member 5, an external corner member 6 and a hole member, as shown in figure 1. The transverse reinforcing member 2, the cross bar connecting member 3, the back ridge 4, the internal corner member 5 (refer to fig. 3), the external corner member 6 and the opening member are all made of steel. The both ends of whippletree connecting piece 3 are established respectively on the tip of two sets of horizontal reinforcement member 2, all offer the mounting hole that can communicate each other at the tip of horizontal reinforcement member 2 and whippletree connecting piece 3, insert in the mounting hole from the top down and establish bolt 9 and realize the fixed of horizontal reinforcement member 2 and whippletree connecting piece 3.

As shown in fig. 3, the fixed reentrant corner of wall body is accomplished through reentrant corner component 5 and the cooperation of horizontal reinforcement member 2, reentrant corner component 5 wholly is L shape, its inside cavity and the opening has been seted up to one side, the opening part of reentrant corner component 5 is towards adjacent clear water template 1, the tip at adjacent two sets of horizontal reinforcement member 2 is established respectively at the both ends of reentrant corner component 5, all set up the mounting hole that can communicate each other on reentrant corner component 5 and the horizontal reinforcement member 2, insert bolt 9 from last to down in the mounting hole of communicating each other between reentrant corner component 5 and the horizontal reinforcement member 2 and realize fixing to both. The reentrant corner component 5 is also provided with a strip-shaped hole, the wall-through screw 8 is inserted into the strip-shaped hole to the other side of the wall body and extends out of the other side of the wall body, and the two ends of the wall-through screw 8 are fixed by a gasket 81 and a mountain-shaped nut 82. After the wall-through screw 8 on the internal corner component 5 and the end part are fixed, the internal corner of the wall is fixed.

As shown in fig. 4, the fixing of the external corner of the wall body is completed by the external corner member 6 and the transverse reinforcing member 2, the external corner member 6 comprises a connecting block 61 and a V-shaped block 62, the cross section of the connecting block 61 is U-shaped, one side of the opening of the connecting block 61 faces the clear water formwork 1, the opening of the V-shaped block faces one end of the side wall in the middle of the connecting block 61, and two ends of the V-shaped block are fixedly connected with the side wall of the connecting block 61. The male corner members 6 are used in pairs, the pairs of male corner members 6 are arranged at 90 degrees, two sets of male corner members 6 are respectively positioned at two sides of the male corner, and the V-shaped plate 62 on the connecting block 61 is positioned at one end of each connecting block 61 near the butt joint. The mounting hole has been seted up on the lateral wall of V-arrangement board 62, has seted up the bar hole on the lateral wall at connecting block 61 middle part, sets up wall screw 8 between mated external corner member 6, and a set of external corner member 6 is caught to wall screw 8 head, and the mounting hole on the lateral wall of another group connecting block 61 one side is kept away from to V-arrangement board 62 from it penetrates, passes the bar hole of two sets of connecting blocks 61, wears out from the mounting hole on another V-arrangement board 62 lateral wall. The two ends of the wall-through screw 8 are fixed by the washer 81 and the hill-shaped nut 82 in the same manner as described above, and will not be described again. The other end cover of every external corner component 6 is established on adjacent horizontal reinforcement member 2, all sets up the mounting hole that can communicate each other between the lower part and the adjacent horizontal reinforcement member 2 on the external corner component 6, inserts bolt 9 from last to down in the mounting hole of intercommunication each other between external corner component 6 and the horizontal reinforcement member 2 and realizes fixing to both. After the pair of external corner components 6 are fixed through the wall-through screw 8 and the bolt 9, the external corner of the wall is fixed.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fixing of the wall opening is completed by the cooperation of the opening member and the transverse reinforcing members 2 at two sides, the standard opening member 7 is suitable for the condition that the inside of the opening is a plane, the customized opening member 73 is suitable for the condition that the outside of the opening has an internal corner, the standard opening member 7 comprises two groups of square steel 71 and second connecting columns 72, the two groups of square steel 71 are arranged up and down, the second connecting columns 72 are vertically arranged between the two groups of square steel 71, the second connecting columns 72 are provided with a plurality of parts and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the square steel 71, and the specific number is determined according to the length of the square steel 71. The custom-made orifice member 73 is designed individually depending on the specific location of the orifice corner and the size of the corner. The customized opening component 73 comprises two groups of angle clamping blocks 74 and a third connecting column 75, the angle clamping blocks 74 are horizontally arranged, the angle clamping blocks 74 are determined according to the shape of the wall body and can be attached to the wall, and the customized opening component is horizontally arranged by taking one shape as an example: the angle block 74 has a U-shaped cross section and is composed of an L-shaped plate 741 and a strip 742, one end of the strip 742 and one end of the L-shaped plate 741 are fixed to each other, and the side of the strip 742 connected to the L-shaped plate 741 is perpendicular to each other. Such that the corner blocks 74 can be placed against the external reentrant corners of the opening.

Two sets of contained angle piece 74 are along intermediate position mirror image setting between them to the opening that is located contained angle piece 74 on upper portion sets up down, and the opening that is located contained angle piece 74 of lower part sets up, and third spliced pole 75 is total a plurality of and the vertical intermediate position of locating two sets of contained angle piece 74, and a plurality of third spliced poles 75 evenly set up along the length direction of contained angle piece 74, and the both ends of third spliced pole 75 respectively with two sets of U shaped steel 21 intraoral lateral wall fixed connection.

The number of second connecting columns 72 is determined according to the length of the angle clamping block 74, and the length of the selected angle clamping block 74 is determined according to the size of a specific constructed wall body. The entire custom-made orifice member 73 is integrally welded.

The standard type opening member 7 and the customized opening member 73 are positioned above the adjacent transverse reinforcing member 2, a hook bolt 91 is arranged between the end parts of the standard type opening member 7 and the customized opening member 73 and the transverse reinforcing member 2, the head part of the hook bolt 91 is obliquely inserted from the transverse reinforcing member 2 below, then the hook bolt penetrates out of the end parts of the standard type opening member 7 and the customized opening member 73, and the tail end of the hook bolt 91 is fixed on the side wall of the standard type opening member 7 or the customized opening member 73 through a gasket 81 and a mountain nut 82. Both ends of the standard type opening component 7 are fixed through hook head bolts 91; one end of the customized opening component 73 is fixed through the wall-through screw 8, and the other end is fixed through the hook bolt 91. One end of the customized opening component 73 is inserted into the through-wall screw 8 and fixed by the washer 81 and the hill-shaped nut 82, and the fixing method is the same as the above-mentioned fixing method, and is not described again.

As shown in fig. 7, the diagonal member 10 includes a vertical rod 101 and an inclined rod 102, the vertical rod 101 is vertically disposed and closely attached to the outer side wall of the lateral reinforcement member 2 or the lateral bar connector 3, positioning holes are formed in the vertical rod 101 and the adjacent lateral reinforcement member 2 or the lateral bar connector 3, the vertical rod 101 and the adjacent lateral reinforcement member 2 or the lateral bar connector 3 are communicated with each other, the wall-through screw 8 is horizontally inserted into the vertical rod 101, and then the two ends of the wall-through bolt are fixed by the spacer 81 and the gable nut 82. The inclined rod 102 is located on the outer side of the vertical rod 101, the upper end of the inclined rod is hinged to the side wall of the vertical rod 101, the lower end of the inclined rod is hinged to a horizontally arranged connecting plate 103, and the connecting plate 103 is attached to the ground and fixed to the ground through screwed screws.

The application has the advantages that: 1. and (5) customized construction. The transverse reinforcing member 2, the cross bar connecting piece 3, the back ridge 4, the internal corner member 5, the external corner member 6 and the opening member are determined to be specific sizes according to the specific shape of the wall body, and the clear water formwork 1 with the most appropriate turnover rate is selected according to the actual condition of each project floor. And (4) customizing and producing the reinforcing system according to the construction drawing of the project. The two sides of the wall body, the internal and external corners and the opening of the hole are reinforced by customized components, so that the construction quality of each position is guaranteed, and secondary construction is reduced.

2. High turnover rate. The number of times of the 1-turn of the clear water template is more than 15, and a plurality of projects can be completed by one template. Each component uses steel as raw materials, has high strength and good universality, and can be reused for more than 400 times by reasonable use. Therefore, the clear water formwork system also has the advantage of high turnover.

3. And (5) performing assembly construction. All the components are processed in a factory, the fixing between the adjacent components is carried out through the wall-penetrating screw rods 8, the hook head bolts 91 or the bolts 9, so that the fixing can be realized by assembling the fixing parts, and then only assembling construction is needed in a construction site without cutting, thereby reducing the site construction steps and improving the construction efficiency. The standardized components simplify the site construction, enable workers to get on the job faster and enable the workers to get on the job through simple training.

4. And the construction waste is reduced. The members produced in factories do not need secondary construction after arriving at a construction site, and because the clear water template 1 has high turnover rate, the generated construction waste is little, and only leftover materials cut off by the template and the member materials damaged by abnormal construction are used. The reduction of the generation of construction waste meets the national policy and industry trend.

5. And the construction quality is higher. The clear water template 1 ensures that the quality of the formed surface of the concrete is higher, and the clear water effect is achieved. Because each component that goes on fixing the wall body is the steel, after the fixing of through-wall screw 8, eave tile bolt 91 or bolt 9, it is inseparable to connect between each component, and the error is little, just also forms a stable whole, and intensity is higher, the gap still less, the whole reinforcement, the atress is even, has solved the problem of bloated mould, running the mould, and the straightness roughness that hangs down after the concrete shaping is good, and the negative and positive angle position is neat, the entrance to a cave one shot forming.

6. The construction is convenient and safer. The field construction steps and field processing are reduced, the use of cutting tools is reduced, the screw rod, the bolt 9 and the like are used in a connecting mode, the use of binding is reduced, and the risk of sharp injury is reduced. The whole reinforcement molding reduces the risk of falling injury of individual position parts.

Taking a standard layer of a shear wall structure as an example, the construction process of the application is as follows:

1) and placing the outer edge line of the wall template, a 50cm control line and a pre-buried steel bar positioning line according to the floor surface, and installing the main system clear water template 1.

2) After the die is closed, the vertical steel pipe back edges 4 are uniformly fixed on the template at intervals of not more than 400mm according to the concrete size of the wall. Then installing through-wall bolts at intervals of 450-600 mm.

3) And installing the transverse reinforcing member 2 from bottom to top, wherein the first distance is 250mm from the floor slab, and the second distance is 600-800 mm. After the installation, a gasket 81 and a hill-shaped nut 82 are installed, and the hill-shaped nut 82 is screwed and fixed.

4) The male and female corners and the opening component are installed. And (4) installing the hole cross bar, hooking the installation hole of the transverse reinforcing member 2 by using a hook-shaped bolt, and tensioning the hole member by using the hook-shaped bolt. And (3) mounting the external corner, reserving a 30mm gap at the opposite-pulling position after the external corner component 6 is mounted, extending the wall-penetrating screw 8 into the prefabricated holes of the cross bar angle iron at the two sides of the external corner, and fastening the gasket 81 by using a mountain-shaped nut 82 after being cushioned. And (4) installing the internal corner, sleeving the two ends of the internal corner component 5 on the cross bar, and inserting the plug pin 9 into the prefabricated hole sites of the internal corner component 5 and the prefabricated hole sites of the cross bar reinforcing component to fix the internal corner.

5) And the cross bar connecting piece 3 and a wall body inclined strut are arranged. After two horizontally connected cross bar reinforcing components are hung through the wall-penetrating screw rod 8, the cross bar connecting piece 3 is sleeved outside the joint, after the sleeving is completed, two bolts 9 are inserted for positioning, and the mountain-shaped nuts 82 above the oppositely-pulled wall-penetrating screw rods 8 are screwed and fixed in place. The wall inclined strut is a supporting member for integrally reinforcing the wall to prevent the wall from falling, and is installed according to the actual field situation on site.

6) And (5) checking the installation flatness, adjusting and reinforcing. After all the components are installed according to the drawing and the paying-off size, checking and rechecking all the components by using tools such as a level ruler, a running rule, a vertical line, a meter ruler and the like. If the adjustment is needed, the reinforcement is loosened and slightly adjusted in place.

Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
