1. A fixed protective cover for an electric igniter, comprising:

the fixed protective cover is provided with an inner cavity for accommodating the electric ignition head;

one end of the fixed protective cover is provided with an internal thread;

the other end of the fixed protective cover is provided with a circular hole, and a short circuit lead of the electric ignition head penetrates out of the circular hole.

2. The stationary protective cover of claim 1, wherein a depth of said cavity is the same as a height of said electric firing head.

3. The stationary protective cover of claim 1, wherein said electric firing head is cylindrical in shape, and said circular aperture has a diameter less than a diameter of said electric firing head.

4. The stationary protective cover of claim 1 wherein the internal threads mate with external threads provided on the detonation end of the diaphragm igniter.

5. The stationary protective cover of claim 4, wherein the length of the internal thread is greater than the length of the external thread.

6. The stationary protective cover of claim 4, wherein the stationary protective cover has a rotatable cylindrical rolling linear path.

7. The stationary protective cover of claim 6, wherein the cylindrical linear ridge is fixedly coupled to the internal thread to drive the internal thread into engagement with the external thread when the cylindrical linear ridge is rotated.

8. The stationary protective cover of claim 4 wherein an end of the baffle igniter remote from the electrical ignition head is connected to a transmitter.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace initiating explosive devices, in particular to a fixed protective cover of an electric ignition head.

Background

The solid rocket motor is used as a part of the separation system and is ignited by a baffle igniter at the tail end of a priming system of the separation system. However, the solid rocket engine needs to be subjected to a large number of independent performance verification tests before the combined test of the separation system, and in order to reduce the test cost, an independent ignition device is adopted instead of the whole initiating explosive device system to ignite the engine. In order to ensure the consistency of the test performance of the product, the independent ignition device is still a clapboard igniter of the initiating explosive system, and the detonation end of the clapboard igniter is connected with an electric ignition head matched with the size of the clapboard igniter, so that the original initiating explosive system detonating fuse is replaced.

The electric ignition head with the lead is embedded into the inner hole of the detonation end of the igniter of the partition plate, the electric ignition head is required to be installed in place after the engine is fixed on a test bed for preventing the ignition head from being separated due to jolting vibration or artificial touch in the transportation or carrying process of the engine, the process is complicated, and the integrity of an ignition device cannot be guaranteed.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem solved by the invention is as follows: the problem that in the prior art, the electric ignition head needs to be installed in place after the engine is fixed on a test bed, the process is complicated, and the integrity of the ignition device cannot be guaranteed is solved, and the fixed protective cover of the electric ignition head is provided.

Preferably, an end of the baffle igniter remote from the electrical ignition head is connected to a transmitter.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

1) the electric ignition head of the ignition partition plate igniter can be fixedly arranged in the inner hole of the ignition end of the partition plate igniter, so that the electric ignition head is prevented from being separated due to bumping vibration or artificial touch in the transportation or carrying process of the engine;

2) the partition plate igniter and the electric ignition head are assembled and connected to form the ignition device with complete functions, so that the test installation process of the engine is simplified;

3) the electric ignition head can be protected from being influenced by external transportation and installation environments, and the overall safety and reliability of the device are improved.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a schematic structural diagram of a fixed protective cover of an electric ignition head according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.

Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a fixed protective cover of an electric ignition head. Fig. 2 is a front two-dimensional external view of the fixed protective cover of the electric ignition head.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixed protective cover is provided with an inner cavity (not shown in the figure) for accommodating an electric ignition head, and one end (namely, the right end of the structure shown in fig. 1 and 2) of the protective cover is provided with an internal thread (not shown in the figure);

the other end of the fixed protective cover is provided with a circular hole (not shown in the figure), and a short circuit lead of the electric ignition head penetrates out of the circular hole.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the depth of the cavity in which the protective cap is fixed is the same as the height of the electric ignition head.

In the present invention, the depth of the cavity for fixing the protective cover may be set according to the height of the electric ignition head, as shown in fig. 1, "L" indicates the depth of the cavity, and "L1" in fig. 2 indicates the width of the fixed protective cover, and L1 is greater than L. The inner cavity of the protective cover is enough to accommodate a designated electric ignition head, the inner depth of the fixed protective cover is set to be consistent with the height size of the electric ignition head, the electric ignition head can be ensured to be installed in place in the installation process, and the top end (one end of a connecting wire) of the electric ignition head is tightly attached to the inner part of the cover top of the fixed protective cover.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electric firing head is cylindrical in shape, and the diameter of the circular hole is smaller than that of the electric firing head.

In the invention, the diameter of the circular hole arranged at the top end of the fixed protective cover is ensured to be enough to smoothly pass through the short-circuit lead of the electric ignition head and is not more than the diameter of the cylindrical electric ignition head, and the sharp edge of the circular hole can be in arc transition to prevent the short-circuit lead from being scratched in the installation process.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention, an internal thread arranged at one end of the fixed protective cover is matched with an external thread arranged at the detonation end of the baffle igniter, and the length of the internal thread is greater than that of the external thread.

In the invention, the size of the internal thread arranged at one end of the fixed protective cover is matched with the size of the external thread at the detonation end of the baffle igniter, and the thread length of the internal thread is greater than that of the external thread at the detonation end of the baffle igniter, so that the thread meshing tooth number is ensured to be enough to bear certain drawing force.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a rotatable cylindrical rolling straight line is provided on the fixed protective cover, and the cylindrical rolling straight line is fixedly connected with the internal thread, so as to drive the internal thread to be connected with the external thread when the cylindrical rolling straight line rotates.

In the invention, a rotatable outer circle rolling straight line pattern can be arranged on the fixed protective cover, the outer circle rolling straight line pattern can be fixedly connected with the internal thread, the outer circle rolling straight line pattern can facilitate manual rotation of the device, and the internal thread is driven to rotate in the rotating process so as to be fixedly connected with the external thread of the detonation end of the partition plate igniter.

Next, the connection means formed by fixing the protective cover, the electric ignition head and the partition igniter will be described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, schematic structural diagrams of a connection device according to an embodiment of the present invention are shown.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the sequencing of the components before attachment of the protective cap, electrical igniter head and bulkhead igniter. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the connecting device formed by connecting the fixed protective cover, the electric ignition head and the partition igniter.

The embodiment of the invention can ensure that the electric ignition head is smoothly installed in place by adopting proper size design.

The ignition device formed by assembling the electric ignition head 2 and the partition igniter 3 is installed and connected with an engine through one end of the partition igniter 3 far away from the electric ignition head 2.

The embodiment of the present invention provides the connection device shown in fig. 4 after assembly by sequencing the positions of the securing cap, the electrical ignition head and the bulkhead igniter as shown in fig. 3.

After the engine is installed in place on the test bed, a lead led out by the ignition device is connected into the electric signal input system, so that preparation before test is completed. After an ignition instruction is sent out, the electric ignition head 2 receives an electric signal through a short-circuit lead, the electric ignition head is ignited, so that the partition plate igniter 3 is ignited, the other end of the partition plate igniter 3 ignites an ignition medicine box medicine in the engine, and the medicine box is ignited to ignite the main medicine of the engine.
