As a preferred embodiment, when the first connecting position 61 is the insertion hole 611 and the acting portion 411 as the second connecting position 41 is an insertion rod matched with the insertion hole 611, the locking hole 6112 is a spherical hole, and the locking section 4111 is a sphere, which not only facilitates the locking section 4111 to be smoothly inserted into the locking hole 6112 through the insertion hole 6111, but also facilitates the locking section 4111 to be pulled out from the locking hole 6112, thereby realizing the plug-in connection between the anti-adhesion structure 4 and the water outlet plug 6, and adapting to normal working environment and storage environment, and having higher adaptability.

As a preferred embodiment, when the adjusting and limiting structure is the limiting groove 131, the wall body of the end of the anti-adhesion mounting part 13 away from the water outlet nozzle 11 is provided with a plurality of longitudinal slots 132 along the length direction thereof, and the limiting groove 131 is located in the range covered by the length of the slots 132, so that when the adjusting handle 412 moves in the anti-adhesion mounting part 13, the wall body of the anti-adhesion mounting part 13 provided with the limiting groove 131 can deform greatly, and the limiting protrusion 421 on the adjusting handle 412 can be conveniently clamped into the limiting groove 131, so that the structural design is more reasonable.

The anti-adhesion plunger type electromagnetic pump comprises a water inlet structure 3, an electromagnetic structure 2, a water outlet structure 1 and an anti-adhesion structure 4; by arranging the anti-adhesion structure 4 along the movement direction of the water outlet plug 6 on the water outlet structure 1, the second connection position 41 of the anti-adhesion structure 4 can extend into the water outlet structure 1 and be connected with the first connection position 61 of the water outlet plug 6 when the pump is stored, the anti-adhesion structure 4 drives the water outlet plug 6 to overcome the force of the water outlet spring 62 and leave the sleeve 5, the problem that the water outlet plug 6 is adhered on the sleeve 5 to cause no action and no water pumping when the pump is used again under the condition of long-time storage is prevented, the anti-adhesion structure 4 can be continuously drawn out to separate the anti-adhesion structure 4 from the water outlet plug 6, so that the water outlet plug 6 is restored to the original state of tightly abutting against the sleeve 5 under the action of the water outlet spring 62, the normal work of the pump is realized, and the problem that the water outlet plug 6 and the sleeve 5 in the pump are adhered together due to long storage time is solved, the performance failure of the pump is avoided, and the service life of the pump is prolonged.

Next, a plunger-type electromagnetic pump of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 18 to 26.

FIG. 18 is a structural view of a plunger type electromagnetic pump in a normal state; FIG. 19 is a view showing a structure of a view angle in a storage state of a plunger type electromagnetic pump; fig. 20 is a structural view from another perspective in a storage state of the plunger-type electromagnetic pump. The anti-adhesion plunger-type electromagnetic pump shown in fig. 18 to 20 comprises: a water inlet structure b1, an electromagnetic structure b2, a water outlet structure b3 and an anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b 6.

Specifically, one end of the water inlet structure b1 is connected with one end of the water outlet structure b3, the electromagnetic structure b2 is sleeved outside the water inlet structure b1, and the electromagnetic structure b2 drives components in the water inlet structure b1 to move, so that water pumping is realized. And, a sleeve b4 with water through holes is arranged between the water inlet structure b1 and the water outlet structure b3, a water outlet plug b5 which reciprocates along the direction from the water inlet structure b1 to the water outlet structure b3 is arranged in the water outlet structure b3 and on one side of the sleeve b4 away from the water inlet structure b1, and a water outlet spring b51 is arranged on one side of the water outlet plug b5 away from the sleeve b4, under normal conditions, the water outlet plug b5 is pressed on the water through holes of the sleeve b4 through the water outlet spring b51, so that the water through holes on the sleeve b4 are blocked at intervals, and the requirement of pumping water is met. In addition, the end of the water outlet structure b3 away from the water inlet structure 1 is provided with an anti-adhesion water nozzle b6, the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 is movably connected with the water outlet structure b3 and reciprocates along the direction from the water inlet structure b1 to the water outlet structure b3, so that the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 can move away from or close to the water outlet structure b3 on the water outlet structure b3, thereby moving away from or close to the sleeve b4, and the water outlet plug b5 is fixedly connected with the water outlet spring b51, the end of the water outlet spring b51 away from the water outlet plug b5 is fixed on the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6, and the water outlet spring b51 follow the anti-adhesion water nozzle b51 to reciprocate along the direction from the water inlet structure b51 to the water outlet structure b51, so that the anti-adhesion water nozzle b51 and the water outlet spring b51 can follow the anti-adhesion water nozzle b51 to prevent the water from adhering to the sleeve 51 during the water outlet structure b51 and prevent the problem of the anti-adhesion water outlet structure b51 from adhering to the sleeve 51. The loss of the performance of the pump is avoided, and the service life is prolonged. When the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle is required to be normally used, the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 is only required to be close to the water outlet structure b3, so that the water outlet plug b5 and the water outlet spring b51 can be close to the sleeve b4, the water passing holes in the sleeve b4 are sealed, and the original water pumping function is embodied.

As shown in fig. 21 to 23, the anti-adhesion plunger-type electromagnetic pump discloses another connection mode of a water outlet structure b3 and an anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6, which comprises the following steps: the water inlet structure b1, the electromagnetic structure b2, the water outlet structure b3 and the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 are consistent, the water inlet structure b1 and the electromagnetic structure b2 are consistent with the relevant structures in fig. 18-20, and meanwhile, the mounting and fixing structures of the water outlet spring b51 and the water outlet plug b5 on the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 are also consistent.

The positioning groove b6114 further comprises a straight groove b6115 and a plurality of transverse grooves b6116, the straight groove b6115 is arranged in the direction from the water inlet structure b1 to the water outlet structure b3, the plurality of transverse grooves b6116 are arranged at one end, away from the water inlet structure b1, of the straight groove b6115 and are communicated with the straight groove b6115, and the arrangement position and the direction of the transverse grooves b6116 on the straight groove b6115 are not limited, so that the positioning groove b6114 can adapt to different adjustment requirements, preferably, the positioning groove b6114 is arranged in an F shape, and when the pump is normally used, the positioning protrusion b34 is clamped in the transverse groove b6116, the distance between the water outlet nozzle b6 and the water outlet structure b3 is prevented from changing, and therefore the water outlet plug b5 can be pressed against the sleeve b4, and the performance of the pump is guaranteed; when the pump needs to be stored, a user rotates the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 to enable the positioning protrusion b34 to be transferred into the straight groove b6115 from the transverse groove b6116, then pulls the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 to enable the positioning protrusion b34 to move in the straight groove b6115, so that the adjustment of the relative position between the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 and the water outlet structure b3 is achieved, the water outlet plug b5 can be far away from the sleeve b4, the water outlet plug b5 is prevented from being adhered to the sleeve b4 to cause the loss of the pump performance, the service life of the pump is prolonged, the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 is rotated again to enable the positioning protrusion b34 to enter the other transverse groove b6116, the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 is positioned and fixed on the water outlet structure b3, the water outlet plug b5 is prevented from returning to a state of abutting against the sleeve b4, and the structural design is more reasonable. Meanwhile, the inner wall of the opening of the cavity b611 is provided with the limiting slide block b6117 corresponding to the limiting slide groove b35, so that the problem of excessive rotation or excessive pulling during rotation or pulling of the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 can be prevented, the safety guarantee is higher, and the structural design is more reasonable.

The anti-adhesion plunger type electromagnetic pump discloses a connection mode which is different from the water outlet structure b3 and the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 in figures 18-20 and 21-23, and comprises the following steps: the water inlet structure b1, the electromagnetic structure b2, the water outlet structure b3 and the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 are consistent with the related structures in fig. 18-20 and fig. 21-23 in the water inlet structure b1 and the electromagnetic structure b2, and meanwhile, the mounting and fixing structures of the water outlet spring b51 and the water outlet plug b5 on the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 are also consistent.

Specifically, the water outlet structure b3 and the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 are in threaded connection, and the position of the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 on the water outlet structure b3 is adjusted by rotating the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6, so that the purpose that the water outlet plug b5 is plugged or kept away from the sleeve b4 is achieved, the problem that the water outlet plug b5 is adhered to the sleeve b4 when the pump is stored is prevented, the loss of the performance of the pump is avoided, and the service life of the pump is prolonged.

More specifically, the outer wall of the end of the water outlet structure b3 connected with the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 is provided with an outer adjusting thread b36, meanwhile, the outer wall of the water outlet structure b3 and the region of the water outlet structure b3, which is not the outer adjusting thread b36, is provided with a limiting annular groove b37, and a limiting annular groove b37 is located on one side of the outer adjusting thread b36, which is close to the water inlet structure b1, and surrounds the outer wall of the water outlet structure b 3; in addition, the inner side of the side wall of the cavity b611 of the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 is provided with an inner adjusting thread b6118 which is matched with an outer adjusting thread b36, so that not only is the threaded connection between the water outlet structure b3 and the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 realized, but also when a user rotates the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6, the adjustment of the relative position of the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 on the water outlet structure b3 can be realized, so that the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 drives the water outlet plug b5 and the water outlet spring b51 to move away from or close to the sleeve b4, when the pump works normally, the outer adjusting thread b36 is matched with the inner adjusting anti-adhesion thread b6118, the relative position between the water nozzle b6 and the water outlet structure b3 is closest, so that the water outlet plug b5 can block the water through hole of the sleeve b4, so that a normal water pumping function is realized, and when the anti-adhesion water pump is stored, the user can rotate the water nozzle b6 to make the anti-adhesion, therefore, the water outlet plug b5 is gradually far away from the sleeve b4, the problem that the water outlet plug b5 is adhered to the sleeve b4 due to long-time storage of the pump is avoided, the loss of the performance of the pump is prevented, and the service life of the pump is prolonged. Meanwhile, a limiting anti-falling block b6119 corresponding to the limiting annular groove b37 is arranged on the inner wall of the opening of the cavity b611, and the problem of falling or damage caused by excessive rotation of the anti-adhesion water nozzle b6 is solved through the matching of the limiting anti-falling block b6119 and the limiting annular groove b37, so that the safety guarantee is higher, and the structural design is more reasonable.

Similarly, the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 can be sleeved outside the water outlet structure b3 as an outer sleeve member, and can also be sleeved inside the water outlet structure b3 as an inner sleeve member, so that various assembly modes are realized, and the structural adaptability is improved.

The anti-adhesion plunger type electromagnetic pump comprises a water inlet structure b1, an electromagnetic structure b2, a water outlet structure b3 and an anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b 6; the water outlet structure b3 and the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 are movably connected, the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 can reciprocate along the direction from the water inlet structure b1 to the water outlet structure b3, and meanwhile, the water outlet plug b5 and the water outlet spring b51 in the water outlet structure b3 are fixed on the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6, so that the water outlet plug b5 can be driven to reciprocate along with the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 when reciprocating, and therefore, when the pump is stored, the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle 6 can be adjusted to separate the water outlet plug b5 from the sleeve b4 in the water outlet structure b3, the problem that the water outlet plug b5 is adhered to the sleeve b4 is solved, the pump performance is prevented from failing, the service life of the pump is prolonged, and when the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 is adjusted to be close to the water outlet structure b3, the blocking of the sleeve b4 by the water outlet plug b5 can be realized, the normal water pump performance is realized, and the structure is simpler.

Fig. 27-30 show a steam brush c100 for delivering water by means of a plunger-type electromagnetic pump, for producing steam for ironing clothes, having a body c101, which looks like a complete product, inside which is provided a plunger-type electromagnetic pump for delivering water to a water heating means, here a steam generating device c102, also called a steam boiler, for heating the water stream delivered by the plunger-type electromagnetic pump to convert it into steam; the plunger type electromagnetic pump is internally provided with a stop opening and a water outlet plug which are positioned on a water flow channel, the water outlet plug seals the stop opening by means of the elasticity of a water outlet spring to enable the plunger type electromagnetic pump to be in a working state, the water outlet plug is controlled by an operation structure extending out of the machine body, the operation structure enables the water outlet plug to be away from the stop opening to enable the plunger type electromagnetic pump to be in a storage state, and in the storage state, the water outlet plug is preferably in a suspended state.

Specifically, the control structure includes a first control member and a second control member c103, the first control member is disposed on the plunger-type electromagnetic pump, the first control member is the anti-adhesion structure 4 or the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 in the plunger-type electromagnetic pump of the above structures, the second control member extends to the machine body for operation, an extension channel c104 is disposed on the machine body, and the second control member is located in the extension channel. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 27-30, the first control member is connected to the second control member via a breakable structure, so that the steam brush can be tested as shown in fig. 27 after being manufactured, the product is determined to be qualified by the test machine, and then the second control member is connected to the first control member via the breakable structure as shown in fig. 28, and the plunger-type electromagnetic pump is kept in a storage state by pulling the second control member outwards to make the water outlet plug leave the stop opening as shown in fig. 29; the states shown in fig. 27-29 are all completed in the factory, so that the storage state can be maintained in the storage warehouse and the transportation and sale processes, and the adhesion phenomenon can be avoided. After the user buys the steam brush, the second control member can be pulled away from the first control member as shown in fig. 30, and the plunger-type electromagnetic pump returns to the working state, so that the user can use the steam brush for ironing. Furthermore, the operation shown in fig. 30 can also be used to return the plunger-type electromagnetic pump to the working state by pushing the second control element inward. The breakable structure can be in the structural forms of bonding, hooks and the like. In addition, it is not excluded that the first and second manipulating members are separately configured, for example, after the product is produced in a factory, the product is placed in the state shown in fig. 29, and when the plunger-type electromagnetic pump is used, the plunger-type electromagnetic pump can be returned to the working state only by the rod-shaped tool extending into the extending channel and pushing the rod-shaped tool inward against the first manipulating member. In order to be able to switch between the operating state and the storage state repeatedly, the second control element can be retained on the product at all times, or the user can be provided with a second control element which is easy to connect with and disconnect from the first control element, and the second control element can be connected with and disconnect from the first control element in a hooking mode.

The first control member may be disposed at an upper portion of the product as shown in fig. 31, or disposed at a middle portion of the product as shown in fig. 32, preferably close to the plunger-type electromagnetic pump, and may be operated by a toggle, a push, a press, or a combination thereof.

Since the first control member is the anti-adhesion structure 4 or the anti-adhesion water outlet nozzle b6 in the plunger type electromagnetic pump of the above structures, the position of the water outlet plug (blocking the stop opening or leaving the stop opening) can be changed by rotating, the second control member is correspondingly set to be matched with the first control member in a rotating or shifting manner.

The appliance for supplying water by the plunger-type electromagnetic pump is not limited to the steam brush, and can be provided not only on the garment steamer c200 shown in fig. 33, the electric iron c300 shown in fig. 34, and the electric iron c400 with a boiler base shown in fig. 35, but also on products such as coffee makers, steam mops, carpet washing machines, steam cleaning machines, beverage dispensers, and the like, which are not shown in the drawings.
