Technical Field

Background

In refrigeration systems, it is common and indispensable to use brazed plate heat exchangers with distributors as evaporators. In order to achieve good heat exchange effect of the evaporator, the pattern of the heat exchange plate and the size of the distribution holes are important, and the pattern of the distributor and the size of the distribution holes are important, so that the distribution condition of the refrigerant in the evaporator is directly influenced, and the performance of the heat exchanger is influenced.

In the design process of the current evaporator, in order to ensure the heat exchange performance, the channel design of the distribution holes is usually smaller, but after the channel is smaller, the distribution channels of the evaporator are easily blocked due to uncontrollable copper melting in the copper brazing process of the evaporator in a vacuum furnace. As shown in fig. 1, although the conventional heat exchanger plate ensures a small distribution channel (conventional uniform-section distribution channel 91), the conventional uniform-section distribution channel 91 is narrow as a whole, and the molten copper foil has a large flow resistance during brazing of a product, and is likely to be jammed during the flow process, thereby causing channel blockage. Once the distribution hole channel is blocked in the evaporator, the heat exchange channel of the evaporator is blocked, and the pressure difference inside the heat exchanger is unbalanced after the heat exchange channel is blocked, so that the heat exchanger is scrapped. If the problem can not be effectively solved, the yield can not be ensured, the performance and the service life of the product can not be effectively ensured, and the instability of the product to a great extent is caused.
