Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instrument sterilization detection, in particular to a method for detecting an indicator card in a surgical instrument bag.

Background

In the disinfection and sterilization monitoring process of hospitals, an indicator card, such as a 3M chemical indicator card, is usually used to determine whether the sterilization operation is up to standard. As shown in fig. 1, the indicator card generally includes an indicator area and a contrasting color area, and when the sterilization operation reaches a standard, the indicator area changes to the same color as the contrasting color area, and if the sterilization operation does not reach the standard, the indicator area cannot normally change color.

For hospital surgical instruments, an indicator card is placed on the surface of the surgical instrument before the surgical instrument is placed in a surgical instrument bag and then sterilized, and then the surgical instrument is packaged and sterilized in a whole bag. However, in the actual operation process, the operator may forget to place the indication card in the surgical instrument package, and after entering the surgical link, if the operator does not find the indication card, the operator cannot confirm whether the surgical instrument package is sterilized and whether the sterilization reaches the standard. If the surgical kit is still used on the patient, there is a risk of infection; if the surgical instrument kit is not used and the sterilization operation is performed again, it takes time, and placing the anesthetized patient in the operating table to wait for sterilization is a serious problem.

Therefore, it is desirable to provide a solution that can detect whether an indicator card is present in a surgical kit and whether the indicator card changes color normally without opening the surgical kit, so as to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a detection method capable of detecting an indicator card in a surgical instrument package under the condition that the surgical instrument package is not opened.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a method for detecting an indicator card in a surgical instrument package, which comprises the following steps:

(1) irradiating a surgical instrument package by adopting X-rays to obtain an X-ray image of the surgical instrument package;

(2) segmenting the X-ray image to obtain the outline of each object in the surgical instrument bag, comparing the X-ray image with a reference image, judging whether an indication card exists in the surgical instrument bag, if so, entering the step (3), and if not, entering the step (6); the reference image is an X-ray image corresponding to the surgical instrument bag when the indicator card is placed;

(3) acquiring the position of the indicator card in the X-ray image, and acquiring the actual position of the indicator card in the surgical instrument package according to the position of the indicator card in the X-ray image;

(4) illuminating the actual position of the indicator card by adopting an illuminating light source to obtain a spectrogram of the indicator card;

(5) comparing the spectrogram with a reference spectrum, wherein the reference spectrum is the spectrogram corresponding to the indicator card when the indicator area of the indicator card normally changes color, and judging whether the indicator area of the indicator card normally changes color according to a comparison result;

(6) the detection procedure is ended.

Specifically, the spectrogram comprises a first spectral region and a second spectral region at intervals, the reference spectrum comprises a third spectral region and a fourth spectral region at intervals, the first spectral region and the third spectral region correspond to indicator color change regions of the indicator card, and the second spectral region and the fourth spectral region correspond to contrast color regions of the indicator card.

Specifically, in step (5), when the comparison result between the spectrogram and the reference spectrum indicates that two spectral regions exist in the spectrogram, the similarity between the two spectral regions and the third/fourth spectral region in the reference spectrum respectively reaches the preset threshold, and the distance between the two spectral regions is a preset distance, it is determined that the indicator region of the indicator card has changed color normally.

In one embodiment, the X-ray image and the reference image are gray scale images, and the step (2) "comparing the X-ray image with the reference image and determining whether the indicator card is present in the surgical kit" includes: obtaining the gray value of each pixel point in the contour region of each object according to the X-ray image; and comparing the gray value of each pixel point in each contour region in the X-ray image with the gray value of the pixel point in the corresponding contour region in the reference image, and judging whether an indicator card exists in the surgical instrument package.

In another embodiment, the X-ray image and the reference image are pseudo-color images, and the step (2) of comparing the X-ray image with the reference image to determine whether the indicator card exists in the surgical kit includes: obtaining the RGB value of each pixel point in the contour region of each object from the X-ray image; and comparing the RGB value of each pixel point in each contour region in the X-ray image with the RGB value of the pixel point in the corresponding contour region in the reference image, and judging whether an indicator card exists in the surgical instrument package.

Specifically, before step (1), the method further comprises: and placing the indicator card after successful sterilization in the surgical instrument package, and irradiating the surgical instrument package by adopting X-rays to obtain the reference image.

Specifically, still further include: acquiring the position of the indicator card in the reference image, and acquiring the actual position of the indicator card in the surgical instrument package according to the position of the indicator card in the reference image; and adopting an illumination light source to irradiate the actual position of the indicator card to obtain the reference spectrum.

Compared with the prior art, the X-ray image of the surgical instrument package is obtained by irradiating the surgical instrument package through the X-ray, then the X-ray image is compared with the reference image, so that whether the indication card exists in the surgical instrument package is judged, and if not, the detection program is ended; if so, further acquiring the actual position of the indicator card in the surgical instrument bag, then irradiating the actual position of the indicator card by adopting an illumination light source to obtain a spectrogram of the indicator card, and then judging whether the indicator area of the indicator card normally changes color by comparing the spectrogram with a reference spectrum, thereby knowing whether the disinfection and sterilization of the surgical instrument bag reaches the standard. The invention realizes the detection of whether the indication card exists in the surgical instrument bag and whether the indication card normally changes color under the condition that the surgical instrument bag is not opened, and avoids the problem that normal operation is delayed because workers forget to place the indication card or the surgical instrument bag does not reach the standard in disinfection and sterilization.

Detailed Description

In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.

The invention discloses a method for detecting an indicator card in a surgical instrument package, which comprises the following steps:

s101, irradiating the surgical instrument package 400 by adopting X rays to obtain an X-ray image of the surgical instrument package 400. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the X-ray detector and the X-ray detector are arranged oppositely, the surgical instrument package 400 is arranged between the X-ray source and the X-ray detector, the X-ray source emits X-rays to irradiate the surgical instrument package 400, the X-rays are attenuated by the surgical instrument package 400 and then received by the X-ray detector, the X-ray detector converts the received X-rays into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to an upper computer device, and the upper computer device is used for generating X-ray images and processing and analyzing the X-ray images.

S102, segmenting the X-ray image to obtain the outlines of all objects (including a plurality of surgical instruments 300 and possibly existing indicator cards 200) in the surgical instrument package 400, comparing the X-ray image with a reference image, judging whether the indicator cards 200 exist in the surgical instrument package 400, and if so, entering the step S103 to further judge whether the indicator cards 200 normally change color; if not, the procedure proceeds to step S106 to end the current detection procedure, so as to place the indicator card 200 in the surgical kit 400 again for sterilization. The reference image is an X-ray image corresponding to the surgical instrument package 400 when the indicator card 200 is placed. One X-ray image contains a plurality of different surgical instruments 300 and possibly indicating cards 200, and the X-ray image is subjected to image preprocessing by a host computer device and then the outlines of various objects contained in the X-ray image are obtained in a deep learning mode (in the prior art), so that comparison analysis between the X-ray image and a reference image is performed.

S103, acquiring the position of the indicator card 200 in the X-ray image, and acquiring the actual position of the indicator card 200 in the surgical instrument package 400 according to the position of the indicator card 200 in the X-ray image. Specifically, the upper computer device obtains the position of the indicator card 200 in the X-ray image by using a deep learning method, and how to obtain the position of the indicator card 200 in the X-ray image by using the deep learning method and how to obtain the actual position of the indicator card 200 in the surgical kit 400 according to the position of the indicator card 200 in the X-ray image can be implemented by using the prior art, which is not described herein again.

And S104, illuminating the actual position of the indicator card 200 by using an illuminating light source to obtain a spectrogram of the indicator card 200. The method specifically comprises the following steps: a light source receiving device (such as a camera) is arranged to receive the spectrum, and then the spectrum is processed and analyzed by a computer to obtain a spectrogram of the indicator card 200 (prior art).

And S105, comparing the spectrogram with a reference spectrum, wherein the reference spectrum is the spectrogram corresponding to the indicator card 200 when the indicator area 201 of the indicator card 200 normally changes color, and judging whether the indicator area 201 of the indicator card 200 normally changes color according to the comparison result. Because different colors have different absorption and reflection capacities for different light waves, the principle is utilized to judge whether the indicator area 201 of the indicator card 200 changes color normally, and the judgment result is accurate and reliable. How to compare the spectrogram with the reference spectrum can be realized by the prior art, and details are not repeated herein.

And S106, ending the detection program. No matter whether the indicator area 201 of the indicator card 200 normally changes color is determined in step S105, the procedure is entered to end the current detection procedure, except that if the indicator area 201 of the indicator card 200 normally changes color, the surgical instrument package 400 may be directly applied to a subsequent operation, and if the indicator area 201 of the indicator card 200 does not normally change color, the surgical instrument package 400 needs to be sterilized again, and at this time, the corresponding alarm device may be configured to send an alarm signal to remind a worker.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the indicator card 200 includes an indicator area 201 and a contrasting color area 202, and the contrasting color area 202 is used for indicating the correct color of the indicator area 201 when the sterilization is up to standard, that is, the indicator area 201 becomes consistent with the color of the contrasting color area 202 when the sterilization is up to standard. The indicator area 201 and the contrasting color area 202 have a separation distance, and accordingly, the spectrogram comprises a first spectral region and a second spectral region of the separation distance, the reference spectrum comprises a third spectral region and a fourth spectral region of the separation distance, the first spectral region and the third spectral region correspond to the indicator color change area of the indicator card 200, and the second spectral region and the fourth spectral region correspond to the contrasting color area 202 of the indicator card 200.

In step S105, when the comparison result between the spectrogram and the reference spectrum indicates that the similarity between two spectral regions in the spectrogram and the third/fourth spectral region in the reference spectrum reaches a preset threshold (set according to specific conditions), it is determined that the indicator region 201 of the indicator card 200 has changed color normally, otherwise, it is determined that the indicator region 201 of the indicator card 200 has not changed color normally.

Further, in an embodiment, in step S105, when the comparison result between the spectrogram and the reference spectrum indicates that the similarity between two spectral regions in the spectrogram and the third/fourth spectral regions in the reference spectrum respectively reaches a preset threshold, and the distance between the two spectral regions is a preset distance (set according to the actual distance between the indicator region 201 and the contrasting color region 202), it is determined that the indicator region 201 of the indicator card 200 has changed color normally, otherwise, it is determined that the indicator region 201 of the indicator card 200 has not changed color normally.

Incidentally, for the indicator card 200 without the contrast color region 202, when there is a spectral region in the spectral diagram and the similarity between the spectral region and a spectral region in the reference spectrum reaches a preset threshold value, it is determined that the indicator region 201 of the indicator card 200 has changed color normally, otherwise, it is determined that the indicator region 201 of the indicator card 200 has not changed color normally.

In one embodiment, the X-ray image and the reference image are gray-scale images, and the step S102 of "comparing the X-ray image with the reference image and determining whether the indicator card 200 is present in the surgical kit 400" includes: obtaining the gray value of each pixel point in the contour region of each object from the X-ray image; and comparing the gray value of each pixel point in each contour region in the X-ray image with the gray value of the pixel point in the corresponding contour region in the reference image, and judging whether the indicator card 200 exists in the surgical instrument package 400.

In one embodiment, the step S102 of comparing the X-ray image with the reference image to determine whether the indicator card 200 is present in the surgical kit 400 includes: obtaining the RGB value of each pixel point in the contour region of each object from the X-ray image; and comparing the RGB value of each pixel point in each contour region in the X-ray image with the RGB value of the pixel point in the corresponding contour region in the reference image, and judging whether the indicator card 200 exists in the surgical instrument package 400.

Before step S101, the method further includes: the indicator card 200 after successful sterilization is placed in the surgical instrument package 400, and the surgical instrument package 400 is irradiated with X-rays to obtain a reference image. Acquiring the position of the indicator card 200 in the reference image, and acquiring the actual position of the indicator card 200 in the surgical instrument package 400 according to the position of the indicator card 200 in the reference image; and the actual position of the indicator card 200 is illuminated by the illumination light source to obtain a reference spectrum.

To sum up, the present invention first obtains the X-ray image of the surgical instrument package 400 by irradiating the surgical instrument package 400 with X-rays, and then compares the X-ray image with the reference image, thereby determining whether the indicator card 200 is present in the surgical instrument package 400, and if not, ending the detection procedure; if so, further acquiring the actual position of the indicator card 200 in the surgical instrument package 400, then irradiating the actual position of the indicator card 200 by using an illumination light source to obtain a spectrogram of the indicator card 200, and then comparing the spectrogram with a reference spectrum to judge whether the indicator area 201 of the indicator card 200 normally changes color, so as to know whether the disinfection and sterilization of the surgical instrument package 400 reach the standard. The invention realizes the detection of whether the indication card 200 exists in the surgical instrument package 400 and whether the indication card 200 normally changes color under the condition that the surgical instrument package 400 is not opened, and avoids the problem that normal operation is delayed because workers forget to place the indication card 200 or the surgical instrument package 400 does not reach the standard in disinfection and sterilization.

The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, so that the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications and changes as fall within the true spirit of the invention.
