1. A rotating electrical machine is provided with:
a stator having a stator core, a bobbin attached to the stator core, and a coil wound around a winding portion of the bobbin to generate magnetomotive force; and
a rotor provided on an inner peripheral side of the stator;
the rotating electric machine is characterized in that,
an end surface of the winding portion in an axial direction of a rotating shaft of the rotating electrical machine has a regulating portion that regulates a position of a coil wound around the winding portion.
2. The rotating electric machine according to claim 1,
the stator core has a plurality of core pivotal teeth and a core back portion connecting the plurality of core pivotal teeth in a circumferential direction of the rotary shaft,
the winding portion is disposed so as to cover the core pivoting portion,
the stator has a plurality of slots formed therein,
the coil is a concentrated winding coil with at least two layers wound on the winding part,
the coil is composed of conductor parts arranged in the slots and a crossover wire connecting the conductor parts,
the restricting portion is a protrusion protruding in the axial direction,
the protrusion abuts against a portion of the crossover of the first layer of windings, i.e., the first layer of windings, to limit the position of the crossover in the radial direction of the rotating shaft.
3. The rotating electric machine according to claim 2,
when the winding order of the conductor part wound last to the core pivotal tooth part among the first layer of windings is set as (x), a part of the crossover wire connected to the conductor part wound in the order of (x-2) and the conductor part wound in the order of (x-1) is brought into contact with the protrusion part, thereby limiting the position of the crossover wire in the radial direction,
the winding of the second layer is a winding of the second layer, which is a winding of the conductor part or the second layer corresponding to the winding order (x +1) and is disposed adjacent to the conductor part having the winding order (x-1).
4. The rotating electric machine according to claim 2,
the wire that is in contact with the protrusion among the crossover wires is bent so that a position in contact with the protrusion is recessed toward the radial inner diameter side.
5. The rotating electric machine according to claim 2,
the protrusion is provided at a central position in the circumferential direction of the core pivotal teeth portion.
6. The rotating electric machine according to claim 2,
an inclined surface or a notch is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion, the surface of the protrusion abutting against the overlapping wire.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a rotary electric machine, and more particularly, to a structure of a bobbin around which a coil is wound.
Background
Conventionally, as a structure of a rotating electric machine, there is a structure in which a bobbin is attached to a stator core and a coil is wound around the bobbin. In such a configuration, when the coil is wound around the bobbin, it is preferable to wind the coil so as not to collapse in order to ensure the reliability of the rotating electric machine.
For example, in the invention described in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2008-148515, a projection projecting in the circumferential direction with respect to the rotation shaft of the rotating electrical machine is provided on the bobbin, and the coil is wound around the projection, thereby preventing the coil from collapsing.
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the invention described in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2008-148515, the projection projects in the circumferential direction, that is, projects so as to narrow the groove in the circumferential direction, and therefore the coil occupying space in the groove is reduced. Thus, the rotating electric machine is increased in size to secure the space occupied by the coil, and if the space occupied by the coil is reduced, the power of the rotating electric machine is reduced.
The invention aims to provide a rotating electric machine which prevents coil collapse and achieves miniaturization and high power.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, a rotating electric machine according to the present invention includes: a stator having a stator core, a bobbin attached to the stator core, and a coil wound around a winding portion of the bobbin to generate magnetomotive force; and a rotor provided on an inner peripheral side of the stator; the rotating electrical machine is characterized in that an end surface of the winding portion in an axial direction of a rotating shaft of the rotating electrical machine is provided with a limiting portion for limiting a position of a coil wound on the winding portion.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a rotating electric machine that can prevent coil collapse and achieve a reduction in size and an increase in power.

The rotating electric machine according to the present invention will be described below by taking an electric power steering motor that assists steering of a vehicle as an example, but the present invention can be applied to other rotating electric machines as a matter of course.
