Technical Field

The invention relates to a preparation method of a tooth implantation operation guide plate, in particular to a preparation method of a tooth implantation operation guide plate with a guide groove and a depth guide piece.

Background

The tooth implantation operation refers to a process of implanting an artificial tooth at a missing tooth after the tooth is lost. The artificial tooth is fixed on the artificial tooth root after the artificial tooth root is tightly combined with the alveolar bone so as to complete the reconstruction of the artificial tooth.

Generally, the planning of the dental implant procedure depends on the personal experience of the dentist except for the determination of the implant position and the planning of the procedure based on the patient's medical record, computed tomography, X-ray image, etc. However, the manual judgment often causes the error of the operation, and the accuracy of the tooth implantation operation is affected. Particularly, if the implant position is shifted in the depth of the artificial tooth root, the subsequently fixed artificial tooth cannot effectively replace the original tooth.

For example, the depth of the artificial tooth root is often affected by the appearance of the artificial tooth, if the artificial tooth root is implanted too deeply or too shallowly, the artificial tooth fixed on the artificial tooth root may not be flat in appearance, the height of the artificial tooth root is different from that of the adjacent teeth, the implanted teeth may not be normally occluded and lose the function of the teeth besides the aesthetic requirement, and furthermore, the gum beside the artificial tooth root is easy to be dented and stuck in food residues because the position of the artificial tooth root is different from that of the adjacent teeth.

Therefore, there is a need for a novel dental implant guiding plate to assist a dentist in positioning the implantation position and depth of an artificial tooth root during dental implantation, improve the accuracy of the artificial dental implant operation, and enhance the aesthetic requirements of the dental implant.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for preparing a customized dental implant surgery guide having an depth guide (EPI) indicating the position of a dental implant platform under the dental pulp to mark the depth of a drilled hole at the dental implant, so that an artificial tooth root can be correctly introduced.

The depth guide piece indicates the depth of the drilled hole at the tooth implantation position in the subsequent tooth implantation operation, so that the subsequent artificial tooth root can be correctly introduced, and the problem that the artificial tooth root is implanted too deeply or too shallowly is avoided

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, an example will be provided to explain embodiments of the present invention in detail. The advantages and effects of the present invention will be more apparent from the disclosure of the present invention. The drawings attached hereto are simplified and are provided for illustration purposes. The number, shape, and size of the elements shown in the drawings may be modified depending on the actual situation, and the arrangement of the elements may be more complicated. Other aspects of practice or use can be made of the present invention, and various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.

The flow chart of the preparation method of the implanting operation guide plate is shown in figure 1. Wherein, the step (A) is a front procedure, and a copy model and a perspective image of the oral cavity of the patient are required to be obtained. The obtaining of the replica model can utilize a conventional replica molding method in the art to make oral cavity features (including an edentulous part and teeth) into a replica model 1 as shown in fig. 2, wherein the replica model 1 includes an edentulous part model 11, a reference healthy tooth model 12 and other healthy tooth models 13. The perspective image can be obtained by taking X-ray, and the perspective image should show the position of the edentulous part and the alveolar bone of the reference healthy tooth.

Next, step (B) is a positioning procedure for positioning the position of the tooth implantation hole 21 on the edentulous part mold 11 of the replica mold 1, as shown in fig. 3, the tooth implantation hole 21 is an intersection point of a central groove (central groove)14 and a root axis angular line (root axis)15 at the edentulous part mold 11. In addition, the position of the alveolar bone of the reference healthy tooth in the fluoroscopic image is used to position the implant platform 22 of the implant hole 21.

The positioning of the dental implant platform 22 is determined by referring to at least one alveolar bone position of a healthy tooth near the edentulous position displayed by the fluoroscopic image, and the alveolar bone position of the edentulous position is not directly used as the dental implant platform. Therefore, before the subsequent dental implant operation, if the position of the alveolar bone at the edentulous position of the patient is lower than the dental implant platform 22, the alveolar bone at the edentulous position is reconstructed by using bone powder before the dental implant, so that the edge of the alveolar bone is as high as the dental implant platform 22; or when the position of the alveolar bone at the edentulous position of the patient is higher than the dental implant platform 22, the alveolar bone at the edentulous position should be ground to be as high as the dental implant platform 22 before the dental implant.

Step (C) is a drilling positioning procedure, as shown in fig. 4, a hole is drilled in the tooth implantation hole 21 positioned in the previous step, and a positioning column 3 is inserted into the hole, the height of the positioning column is greater than 6mm, and the diameter of the positioning column is 2.8 mm. The positioning column 3 defines the position and the angle of the artificial tooth root implanted when the subsequent tooth implantation operation guide plate is used for the tooth implantation operation of a patient.

Next, step (D) is a guide plate molding process using a photocurable material (paste)

Figure BDA0001751133520000061

WP digital), forming a molding plate 3 on the replica model 11, as shown in fig. 5, the light-curable material covers the reference healthy model 12 and the other healthy models 13, and exceeds the center line 16 of the replica model 11 by at least one healthy model, the light-curable material further laterally surrounds the positioning post 3, and further forms a post 41, and a small section of metal wire 6 (about 1 to 2mm, for example, as an orthodontic wire for correcting teeth) can be embedded at the end point of the post 41, and the end point is located at the position of the dental implant platform, so as to form a molding plate 4. As illustrated in fig. 6.

Finally, the step (E) is a guide plate forming process, and the replica model 1 and the molding plate 4 formed in the step (D) and covering the replica model 1 are irradiated with halogen light together, so that the molding plate 4 is cured to complete the preparation of a dental implant surgical guide plate 5. The completed dental implant surgical guide 5, as shown in fig. 6, includes a fixed base 51, a guide groove 52, and a depth guide 53. Wherein, because the fixed base 51 is formed by solidifying the molding plate 4 covering the edentulous part model 11, the reference healthy dental model 12 and the other healthy dental models 13, a surface of the fixed base 51 facing the replica model 1 conforms to the outer contours of the reference healthy dental model 12 and the other healthy dental models 13 and can be matched with the reference healthy dental model 12 and the other healthy dental models 13; the guiding groove 52 is formed by solidifying a part of the molding plate 4 which laterally surrounds the positioning column 3, and has a depth D of 6 mm; the depth guide 53 is adjacent to the guiding groove 52, has a substantially cylindrical structure and has an end 531, the end 531 is aligned with the dental implant platform 22, and the metal wire 6 is embedded to indicate the dental implant platform 22.

The dental implant surgical guide plate prepared by the above method can insert a small segment of metal piece into the guide groove 52, and then the dental implant surgical guide plate is placed on the teeth of a patient and then irradiated with X-rays, and the X-ray image is used to confirm whether the positions and directions of the guide groove corresponding to the buccal side, lingual side and near telecentric position and direction of the dental implant are correct, and the metal wire embedded in the end point of the depth guide plate is used to confirm whether the position of the dental implant platform pointed by the end point is correct in the X-ray image.

Although the dental implant surgical guide prepared in this embodiment is used in a dental implant surgery in which an artificial tooth is implanted, the dental implant surgical guide has only a guide groove and a depth guide. However, the number of the guide grooves and the depth guides of the dental implant guide is not limited thereto, and is determined according to the edentulous condition of the patient and the number of the artificial teeth to be implanted per one dental implant operation.
