(II) background technology: the cinnamon is an expensive medicinal material, has strict requirements on the specifications of barks peeled off, and has great difficulty in realizing mechanical barking. Therefore, there is no cinnamon bark peeler at home and abroad so far. For many years, manual labor has been used to slowly strip bark according to the required specifications. Each person can only peel 90-100 kilograms of the corn on average every day, the production efficiency is low, and the cost is high. More importantly, the cinnamon tree peeling period is only 40 days after the Ming festival every year. Low efficiency of manual peeling severely limits throughput. The invention adopts mechanical peeling, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. The cinnamon trees are planted in large areas in southern China, provinces (regions) such as Guangxi, Hainan, Guangdong, Yunnan and the like, the annual cinnamon bark yield reaches hundreds of millions of yuan RMB, and the mechanical peeling is urgently needed.

The machine has the following characteristics: 1. four cutter assemblies which are uniformly distributed along the circumference are all provided with a press roll assembly. The compression roller assembly is internally provided with a retractable and pressured separating knife with an arc hook. When the cinnamon tree is fed into the feeding mechanism, the cinnamon tree is automatically fed into the cutting and stripping mechanism, the cutting knife can automatically open after the cinnamon tree touches 4 cutting knives which are uniformly distributed on the cutting and stripping mechanism, and the bark is cut by the 4 cutting knives in four equal parts along the circumference of the cinnamon tree under the action of spring force. Meanwhile, the bark separating knife with the arc hook arranged on the pressure spring assembly on each cutter arm rolls the tip part of the separating knife into the cinnamon bark under the spring force of the pressure spring in the pressure roller assembly as the pressure roller is tightly pressed on the cinnamon bark surface and rotates along the cinnamon bark surface. Along with the rotation of the compression roller, the separation knife with the arc hook at the front part rolled into the cinnamon bark automatically comes out of the cinnamon bark. During the process of feeding in and out, the cinnamon bark is pulled by the separating blade tip part to generate upward pulling force to separate the cinnamon bark from the cambium thereof forcibly. 2. Before the cinnamon tree is sent to a peeler for peeling, the bark on the cinnamon tree needs to be cut by a cross cutter according to the length of 35 cm. The transverse cutter is provided with a fixed long rod with the length of 35 cm, so that the peeled cinnamon bark can be guaranteed to be equal to 35 cm. 3. The invention is suitable for peeling the cinnamon tree with the diameter of 5 cm to 15 cm.
