Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ball manufacturing, in particular to an integrated ball sheet and a preparation method thereof, and a ball body and a preparation method thereof.

Background

A common production method for soccer balls (or volleyballs) is as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly foaming EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride polymer) into a cube, cutting into plane sheets with the thickness of about 1-4 mm, coating glue to be attached to TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes) elastomer rubber, cutting into the shape of a ball piece (pentagon and hexagon, 32 pieces of each football or other ball pieces with different shapes, specifications and sizes) after the attachment is finished, sewing into a semi-finished product, putting a ball bladder into the semi-finished product, and sealing edges to obtain the football. The prior art has the defects of consuming working hours, large material loss and poor recycling of two polymers (TPU and EVA) made of different materials. More importantly, the PVC foam material is not environment-friendly and is prevented from being used in large quantity, and the EVA foam material has the physical characteristics which are changed violently under the condition that the change fall of the environmental state (pressure and temperature) is large, so that the flying stability of the football is changed too much, for example, when a football match is held in a region with higher altitude or in a cold season, a player can obviously feel that the football is different from that in the plain and the warm season, and the ball match level and the ornamental value are reduced.

For the above reasons, there is a need to develop a pellet which is environment-friendly in material, stable in physical properties, and simple in preparation.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides an integrated spherical sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, and a spherical body and a method for manufacturing the same. The invention uses polyurethane foaming material to prepare the ball sheet, which is more environment-friendly, the ball sheet can be set into any shape, when the ball body is prepared by using the ball sheet, the processes of cutting pieces, attaching TPU, cutting the ball sheet, sewing and the like are not needed, the cost of labor, manufacture and equipment and the loss of materials can be greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, and the physical property of the obtained ball body is stable.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

a preparation method of an integrated spherical sheet comprises the following steps:

carrying out plastic uptake on the TPU film into the shape of a target sphere to obtain a sphere-shaped TPU film;

putting the spherical TPU film into a pouring mold, pouring a polyurethane foaming material on the spherical TPU film, closing the mold, and heating and curing to obtain an integrated spherical sheet;

the pouring mold comprises a lower bottom and an upper bottom, the central areas of the lower bottom and the upper bottom are both concave hemispheres, and after the upper bottom and the lower bottom are closed, the hemispheres of the upper bottom are nested in the hemispheres of the lower bottom, and the spherical surfaces of the upper bottom and the lower bottom are mutually attached.

Preferably, the thickness of the TPU film is 0.1-0.3 mm.

Preferably, the plastic suction is vacuum plastic suction, the TPU film is firstly baked to be softened during the plastic suction, then the vacuum plastic suction is carried out, and the cooling and shaping are carried out after the plastic suction and shaping; the vacuum degree of the vacuum forming is 20-50 mmHg.

The invention also provides a sphere and a preparation method thereof. The ball body provided by the invention comprises a ball cover and a bladder arranged in the ball cover; the ball cover is prepared from the integrated ball piece in the scheme. Because the physical properties of the polyurethane foaming material are very stable, the physical properties do not change much under the condition of large variation fall of environmental conditions (pressure and temperature), the sphere performance of the obtained sphere can be ensured to be stable, and the EVA (polyvinyl chloride) foaming material can be completely replaced; according to the invention, the sphere is prepared by using the integrated sphere piece in the scheme, so that the original procedures of cutting pieces, attaching TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), cutting the sphere piece, sewing and the like can be omitted, the cost of labor, manufacture and equipment and the loss of materials are greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a preparation method of an integrated spherical sheet, which comprises the following steps:

carrying out plastic uptake on the TPU film into the shape of a target sphere to obtain a sphere-shaped TPU film;

and putting the spherical TPU film into a pouring mold, pouring a polyurethane foaming material on the upper surface of the spherical TPU film, closing the mold, and heating and curing to obtain the integrated spherical sheet.

The TPU film is formed into the shape of a target sphere sheet through vacuum forming to obtain the sphere-shaped TPU film. In the invention, the thickness of the TPU film is preferably 0.1-0.3 mm, and more preferably 0.2 mm; in the invention, the plastic uptake is preferably vacuum plastic uptake, the invention preferably uses a vacuum plastic uptake machine for plastic uptake, the TPU film is preferably baked to be softened during the plastic uptake, then the vacuum plastic uptake is carried out, and the cooling and the shaping are carried out after the plastic uptake shaping; the vacuum degree of the vacuum forming is preferably 20-50 mmHg, and more preferably 30-40 mmHg; the TPU film is preferably baked to be softened by using an infrared heating method, and the temperature for baking to be softened is preferably 120-140 ℃, and more preferably 130 ℃.

The invention has no special requirements on the type of the plastic sucking machine, and the plastic sucking machine which is well known by the technical personnel in the field can be used; in a specific embodiment of the present invention, a photograph of the plastic sucking machine is shown in fig. 1, the plastic sucking machine shown in fig. 1 comprises a heating cover, a blower nozzle, a TPU placing area and a mold table, and a heating source of the plastic sucking machine is infrared heating; in the application process, the heating cover is moved to the position above the TPU film to be baked and softened, then the heating cover is moved away, then the mould table is lifted to implement vacuum forming, and after the plastic forming and shaping, the air is blown by a nozzle of an air blower to be cooled and shaped, so that the spherical TPU film can be obtained.

In the invention, the plastic suction mould is preferably determined according to the shape of a target ball piece, can be in any shape, and can be specifically set according to the general shape of a football or a volleyball as long as a complete ball body can be formed; in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the plastic suction mold is preferably as shown in fig. 2, a plastic suction space of the plastic suction mold is a hemisphere, and a pattern of the target spherical piece is arranged inside the hemisphere; as shown in fig. 2, the pattern of the plastic suction mold is composed of two hexagons and two pentagons, is a common pattern in the process of preparing the football, is equivalent to four ball pieces in the process of preparing the football by a traditional method, the mold shown in fig. 2 is used for carrying out plastic suction, and 8 integrated ball pieces finally obtained by preparation can form the football.

After the plastic suction is finished, the obtained plastic suction piece is consistent with the whole outline of the mold, and proper cutting is carried out according to the pattern of the ball piece, so that the TPU ball piece with the target pattern can be obtained.

After the spherical TPU film is obtained, the spherical TPU film is placed into a pouring mold, polyurethane foaming material is poured on the spherical TPU film, the mold is closed, and heating and curing are carried out to obtain the integrated spherical sheet. In the present invention, the polyurethane foam material preferably comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1 part of urethane diisocyanate prepolymer and 1.3-1.9 parts of polyol mixture, and more preferably 1.5-1.6 parts; in the present invention, there is no particular requirement for the source of the urethane diisocyanate prepolymer and the polyol mixture, and commercially available materials may be used, and the commercially available urethane diisocyanate prepolymer is generally referred to as an agent I, and the commercially available polyol mixture is generally referred to as an agent P.

In the invention, the pouring mould comprises a lower bottom and an upper bottom, the central areas of the lower bottom and the upper bottom are both concave hemispheres, after the upper bottom and the lower bottom are closed, the hemispheres of the upper bottom are nested in the hemispheres of the lower bottom, and the spherical surfaces are mutually attached; the bottom of the hemispherical part of the lower bottom is provided with a pattern of a target sphere sheet, and the surface of the hemispherical part of the upper bottom is preferably a smooth curved surface; in one embodiment of the present invention, the photo of the pouring mold is shown in fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a photo of the mold in an open state. According to the invention, the spherical TPU film is preferably placed at the pattern position of the lower bottom of the mold, and then the polyurethane foaming material is poured on the surface of the TPU film; the pouring amount of the polyurethane foaming material is preferably 0.14-0.16 g/cm calculated by the area of the spherical sheet-shaped TPU film2More preferably 0.15g/cm2. The invention pours the polyurethane foaming material into the upper surface of the spherical sheet TPU film, closes the upper bottom and the lower bottom of the mold, and after closing, the hemispherical part of the upper bottom and the hemispherical part of the lower bottom are tightly jointed, thereby tightly pressing the polyurethane foaming material and the spherical sheet TPU film.

In the invention, the heating curing temperature is preferably 50-70 ℃, more preferably 60 ℃, and the heating curing time is preferably 10-15 min, more preferably 12-13 min; the closed mold is preferably placed in an oven at 50-70 ℃ for heating and curing. The invention can make the chemical foaming reaction more complete by heating and curing, which is beneficial to the forming of the foaming ball sheet. The method provided by the invention can be used for compounding the polyurethane foaming material and the spherical sheet TPU film without gluing, and has the advantages of simpler steps and lower cost.

And after heating and curing are finished, opening the mold and taking out the product to obtain the integrated spherical sheet.

The invention provides an integrated spherical sheet prepared by the method in the scheme, and the integrated spherical sheet comprises a TPU layer and a polyurethane foaming layer arranged on the inner side of the TPU layer, wherein the total thickness of the integrated spherical sheet is preferably 2-5 mm, and more preferably 3-4 mm. The integrated spherical sheet provided by the invention is prepared from polyurethane foaming materials, is more environment-friendly, and has stable physical properties.

The invention also provides a ball body, which comprises a ball cover and a bladder arranged in the ball cover; the ball cover is prepared from the integrated ball piece in the scheme. The ball skin part of the whole ball body provided by the invention is a substance (polyurethane), is easy to recycle and is more environment-friendly; and under the condition that the change fall of the environmental state (pressure and temperature) is large, the physical properties of the polyurethane do not change violently, so that the flying stability of the obtained ball does not change too much. In the present invention, the ball has a shape preferably of a soccer ball or a volleyball.

The invention provides a preparation method of the sphere in the scheme, which comprises the following steps: inflating the bladder, arranging a protective layer on the outer side, spraying glue on the outer side of the protective layer and the inner side of the ball piece respectively, pasting the ball piece sprayed with the glue on the inner side on the outer side of the bladder protective layer to form a ball, and performing hot-press shaping to obtain a ball body; the method for arranging the protective layer is to paste cloth or wind yarn on the outer side of the bladder.

In the invention, the hot-press shaping temperature is preferably 50-60 ℃, more preferably 55 ℃, and the hot-press shaping time is preferably 5-7 min, more preferably 6 min; in the specific embodiment of the present invention, the hot press forming is preferably performed in a lotus seat (a hemispherical mold with heating function, upper and lower hemispheres capable of being closed and inflating for constant pressure) well known to those skilled in the art; in the hot-pressing and shaping process, the pressure of the lotus seat for inflation and constant pressure is preferably 0.8 bar. The invention has no special requirements on the method for sticking or winding the yarn on the outer side of the bladder, and the method which is well known by the technical personnel in the field can be used; the glue spraying amount of the outer side of the protective layer and the inner side of the ball sheet is preferably controlled according to the weight of the whole ball, in the specific embodiment of the invention, the weight of the whole ball cannot be higher than 445g, and the weight of the whole ball cannot be lower than 425g, and the glue spraying amount can be controlled within the range. The invention utilizes the integrated spherical sheet of the scheme to prepare the sphere, and the shape of the spherical sheet can be randomly set, so that the number of the spherical sheets required for forming the sphere can be reduced by controlling the shape of the spherical sheet, and in one specific embodiment of the invention, the original 32 spherical sheets can be reduced to 8 spherical sheets when preparing the football; the preparation method can omit the original procedures of cutting pieces, attaching TPU, cutting ball pieces, sewing and the like, greatly reduces the cost of labor, manufacture and equipment and the loss of materials, reduces the cost and improves the market competitiveness of products.
