The fixing device (4) comprises an installation base (41), a connecting rod (42), a fixing ring (43), a fixing plate (44), a rotating hinge (45) and a fixing mechanism (46), wherein the installation base (41) is fixed above the bottom plate (1) through a fixing support (3), the fixing ring (43) is positioned above the installation base (41), the fixing ring (43) is connected with the installation base (41) through the connecting rod (42), the top end of the connecting rod (42) is installed on the middle part of the bottom end of the fixing ring (43), the bottom end of the connecting rod (42) is installed on the middle part of the top end of the installation base (41), the fixing plate (44) is installed on the top end of the fixing ring (43), the fixing plate (44) is a regular hexagonal plate, each side surface of the fixing plate (44) is provided with one fixing mechanism (46), the fixing mechanisms (46) are installed on the side surfaces of the fixing plate (44) through the rotating, the rotating hinge (45) can only rotate to the upper side.

The left end of the top pressure plate (465) is of a downward-inclined slope structure, when the fixed clamping groove plate (463) is pulled inwards by the telescopic push rod (462), the slope structure at the left end of the top pressure plate (465) can facilitate the round cardboard to enter an inner groove of the fixed clamping groove plate (463), so that the top pressure plate (465) can limit and fix the round cardboard with different thicknesses under the action of the top pressure spring (464), and the practicability of the invention is improved.

The cutting mechanism (6) comprises a pressing and holding push rod (61), a pressing and holding plate (62), hydraulic cylinders (63), a cutter fixing ring (64), a paperboard cutter (65), a blanking spring (66) and a blanking pressing plate (67), wherein the pressing and holding plate (62) is positioned under the top plate (2), the pressing and holding plate (62) is connected with the top plate (2) through the pressing and holding push rod (61), the top of the pressing and holding push rod (61) is installed on the middle part of the bottom end of the top plate (2), the bottom of the pressing and holding push rod (61) is installed on the top end of the pressing and holding plate (62), the cutter fixing ring (64) is positioned on the outer side of the pressing and holding plate (62), three hydraulic cylinders (63) are uniformly distributed on the top end of the cutter fixing ring (64) along the circumferential direction of the cutter fixing ring, the cutter fixing ring (64) is connected with the top plate (2) through the hydraulic cylinders (63), six paper boards (65) are uniformly distributed on, the top end of a paperboard cutter (65) is arranged on the bottom surface of a cutter fixing ring (64), the paperboard cutter (65) is a triangular frame cutter, a blanking pressing plate (67) is positioned between the inner walls of the paperboard cutter (65), the blanking pressing plate (67) is connected with the cutter fixing ring (64) through a blanking spring (66), when the paper board cutting machine works in detail, a cutting mechanism (6) can be matched with a fixing device (4) to finish the cutting action of a hard board, a pressing and holding plate (62) is attached to the top surface of a circular paperboard by controlling a pressing and holding push rod (61) to extend downwards, the upward bulge and deformation of the paperboard during cutting are prevented, then a hydraulic cylinder (63) is controlled to press downwards, the paperboard cutter (65) falls down quickly to finish the cutting action of the paperboard, after the cutting action of the paperboard cutter (65), a part of waste materials can be adhered to the paperboard to influence the subsequent use, the blanking pressing plate (67) is under the action of the blanking spring (66), pushing the cut waste downwards to separate the waste from the paperboard completely.

Rubber layers are laid on the surfaces of the falling plate (71) and the sliding roller (72), the rubber layers can buffer falling waste materials to a certain extent, the waste materials are prevented from colliding with the falling plate (71) and the sliding roller (72) and splashing out of the collecting mechanism (7), and the collecting effect of the waste materials on the cut waste materials is enhanced.

In addition, the invention provides a manufacturing and processing method of the device for manufacturing and processing the hard board gift packaging box, which comprises the following steps:

s1, fixing the paperboard: before the box body of the regular hexagon gift box is cut and manufactured, firstly, the telescopic push rod (462) is controlled to extend, the fixed clamping groove plate (463) is extended to the maximum distance, then the circular paper board is placed on the fixed plate (44), then the fixed clamping groove plate (463) is synchronously retracted, the outer side of the circular paper board is abutted against the bottom end of the inner wall of the fixed clamping groove plate (463), and the top pressing plate (465) downwards fixes and presses the circular paper board to finish the fixation of the paper board;

The invention can finish the manufacturing and processing of the regular hexagon gift packaging box, can cut and form circular hard boards with different sizes according to the height of the gift box required by production, has higher production flexibility, can perform crease marking action on the cut paper boards, enables the gift box to bend six side marks simultaneously, solves the problem of low efficiency of manually folding the paper boards, can collect and process the cut paper board waste materials, avoids scattering the paper board waste materials, and improves the practicability of the invention.
