The brake shoe lock pin 305 is a rectangular cross-section lock pin which is matched with four brake pin through holes on the brake shoe 1 and the brake head 2, and the brake shoe lock pin 305 is a conical pin with the length dimension and the width dimension of the upper end cross section being larger than those of the lower end cross section, so that a pin body can smoothly enter the brake pin through holes. The upper end of the brake shoe lock pin 305 is provided with a hook body 306 protruding out of the outer side surface of the brake shoe lock pin, and the lower end surface of the hook body 306 is a plane which forms an angle of 90 degrees with the outer side surface of the hook body. A transverse stop pin 307 with two ends protruding out of two side faces of the connecting rod 303 is arranged at the middle lower part of the connecting rod 303, a spacing sleeve 308 is arranged between the two arc-shaped plates of the connecting rod 303 and sleeved on the transverse stop pin 307, an L-shaped limiting spring 309 is arranged at one end of the transverse stop pin 307 in a penetrating manner through the vertical edge of the L-shaped limiting spring and a through hole at the end part of the transverse stop pin 307 in a matching manner, the lower transverse edge of the limiting spring 309 is arranged in a spring assembly hole of the connecting rod 303 in a penetrating manner, and the spring assembly holes of the embodiment in fig. 2 are arranged on the two arc-shaped plates of the connecting rod 303 oppositely. The vertical edge end of the limiting spring 309 is provided with a side convex ring 3010, and the side convex ring 3010 of the embodiment shown in the figure is in a auricle shape. A fastening nut 3011 is disposed at the other end of the transverse stop pin 307, and a fastening locknut is adopted as the fastening nut 3011. The fastening nut 3011 cooperates with a through hole traversing the end of the stop pin 307 to clamp the spacing spring 309 on the corresponding side of the link 303.

As shown in FIG. 3, the brake head 2 is provided at the upper rear portion thereof with a groove 202 for fitting the brake shoe locking and releasing mechanism 3, and a stopper boss 203 is provided above the upper brake pin hole of the brake head 2 to be fitted to the lower end surface of the hook 306.
