Background

The floor heating is a very widely used heating facility, the heating medium of the floor heating is usually hot water at present, the temperature of the hot water output by a heating heat supply network is the same, but the requirements of each user needing heating connected with the heat supply network on heating parameters are different, and therefore the heating parameters need to be adjusted at any time.

In order to solve the above problems, a chinese patent of invention with an issued publication number of CN101482294B discloses a spherical bidirectional water mixer for a hot water heating system, which includes a spherical shell, wherein a heat supply network water supply pipe interface, a heat supply network water return pipe interface, a user water supply pipe interface and a user water return pipe interface are respectively arranged on an outer wall of the spherical shell at the same horizontal height of the spherical shell, and the heat supply network water supply pipe interface, the heat supply network water return pipe interface, the user water supply pipe interface and the user water return pipe interface are arranged around the periphery of the spherical shell at intervals of 90 degrees. The spherical shell is internally provided with a guide plate, a rotating shaft is connected between the guide plate and the inner wall of the spherical shell, the rotating shaft passes through the spherical center, the rotating surface of the guide plate is vertical to the planes of the heat supply network water supply pipe interface, the heat supply network water return pipe interface, the user water supply pipe interface and the user water return pipe interface, the rotating direction can be realized clockwise and anticlockwise, and the heat supply network water supply pipe interface, the heat supply network water return pipe interface, the user water supply pipe interface and the user water return pipe interface are respectively fixed with a flange.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic adjusting backflow four-way valve which is high in structural strength and good in flow guide effect.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a four-way valve capable of automatically adjusting backflow comprises a valve body internally provided with a valve cavity, wherein a rotating shaft is rotatably connected in the valve body, a guide plate positioned in the valve cavity is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the guide plate is in sliding and sealing fit with the inner wall of the valve cavity; a water supply inlet, a water supply outlet, a water return inlet and a water return outlet which are communicated with the valve cavity are uniformly arranged around the periphery of the valve body; the guide plate comprises a body part arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft and two platy wing parts integrally formed with the body part, and the two wing parts are arranged in a 180-degree manner; the guide plate is provided with an arc-shaped guide surface extending from the body part to the wing part.

In the four-way valve for automatically adjusting the backflow, the wing part of the guide plate is plate-shaped, and the body part of the guide plate is arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft and is columnar, so that the four-way valve has a relatively larger outer diameter compared with the wing part, can bear the impact of larger water flow from a water supply inlet and a water return inlet, and has high structural strength and long service life. Meanwhile, the arc-shaped flow guide surface extending from the body part to the wing part is formed on the flow guide plate, so that water flow entering the valve cavity from the water supply inlet and/or the water return inlet can flow to the water supply outlet and/or the water return outlet along the corresponding arc-shaped flow guide surface, a vortex cannot be formed in the valve cavity, and the flow guide effect is better.

In the four-way valve capable of automatically adjusting the backflow, the valve cavity is cylindrical. Compared with a spherical valve cavity, the cylindrical valve cavity saves the spaces at two ends of the spherical valve cavity, and the space is not directly opposite to the water supply inlet, the water supply outlet, the water return inlet and the water return outlet due to the fact that the space is far away from the horizontal planes where the water supply inlet, the water supply outlet, the water return inlet and the water return outlet are located, water flow is slow, dirt is easy to deposit, and therefore a drain outlet needs to be additionally arranged on the spherical shell. The whole space of the cylindrical valve cavity is almost on the same plane with the water supply inlet, the water supply outlet, the water return inlet and the water return outlet, a slow flow area does not exist in the valve cavity, dirt is not easy to deposit, and therefore a drain outlet does not need to be formed in the valve body.

The four-way valve capable of automatically adjusting the backflow further comprises a valve cover, and the valve cover is connected with the valve body in a sealing mode through a flange connecting piece; the valve cover is provided with a through hole, the rotating shaft extends into the valve cavity from the through hole, and the rotating shaft is in sealing fit with the through hole.

In the four-way valve capable of automatically adjusting backflow, the flange connecting piece comprises a first flange fixedly arranged on the valve body and a second flange fixedly arranged on the valve cover, the second flange is provided with a plurality of external threaded holes, the first flange is provided with thread grooves corresponding to the external threaded holes one by one, and external fastening bolts are arranged between the external threaded holes and the thread grooves belonging to the same pair;

the valve cover is provided with a convex column extending into the valve cavity, and the convex column is in sliding and sealing fit with the inner wall of the valve cavity and the guide plate and the convex column.

The convex column and the inner wall of the valve cavity are in sliding and sealing fit, so that the sealing property between the first flange and the second flange is ensured, the guide plate and the convex column and the inner wall of the valve cavity are in sliding and sealing fit, the guide plate can rotate along with the rotating shaft conveniently, the sealing property between the guide plate and the convex column is ensured, and the water flow is prevented from flowing out from a gap between the guide plate and the convex column to cause the failure of temperature regulation.

In the automatic regulating backflow four-way valve, the first flange and the valve body are integrally formed, the second flange and the valve cover are integrally formed, and the through hole penetrates through the second flange.

In the four-way valve capable of automatically adjusting backflow, one side of the second flange, which faces away from the valve body, is provided with a first counter bore located on the periphery of the through hole and a plurality of internal thread grooves arranged along the circumferential direction of the second flange, and the counter bore and the internal thread grooves are used for installing a driving mechanism for driving the rotating shaft to rotate. After the output shafts of the motor and other circumferential drivers are fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the motor and other circumferential drivers can be fixed on the valve cover through the first counter bores and the internal thread grooves, and the motor and other circumferential drivers are effectively fixed.

In the automatic regulating backflow four-way valve, at least one annular groove is formed in the periphery of the rotating shaft, a sealing ring is embedded in the annular groove, and the sealing ring is in sliding and sealing fit with the inner wall of the through hole.

In the four-way valve capable of automatically adjusting the backflow, the bottom surface of the valve cavity is provided with a second counter bore which is in running fit with the rotating shaft. The second counter bore is used for limiting the position of the rotating shaft and ensuring that the rotating shaft is kept in a vertical state.

Generally, the water supply inlet and the water return inlet are arranged in a circular shape, but in the above-mentioned automatic adjusting and returning four-way valve, the openings of the water supply outlet and the water return outlet are larger in the circumferential direction of the valve cavity; in the axial direction of the valve cavity, the openings of the water supply outlet and the water return outlet are smaller. So when adjusting muddy temperature, the guide plate has great rotation angle at water supply outlet and return water exit for it is higher to muddy temperature's regulation precision.

In the above-mentioned automatic regulating backflow four-way valve, the openings of the water supply outlet and the water return outlet are both hexagonal, and in the circumferential direction of the valve cavity, the vertex angle of the hexagonal opening is provided with a drainage surface which is respectively connected with two surfaces forming the vertex angle. Because the distance between two top corners in the circumferential direction of the valve cavity is the largest, the space at the top corners is relatively small; when the water flow gushes out from the valve cavity, vortex is easily formed at the top corner. The drainage surface formed by cutting off the vertex angle is favorable for eliminating vortex and keeping stable water flow.

The invention relates to a water mixing center capable of automatically adjusting backflow, which comprises a water mixer, a water separator connected with a water supply outlet of the water mixer, and a water collector connected with a water return inlet of the water mixer; the water mixer is the automatic adjusting backflow four-way valve, the water outlet end of the water collector is further provided with a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of return water, a rotating shaft in the automatic adjusting backflow four-way valve is connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism and the temperature sensor are both connected with the controller.

The controller is used for receiving the output signal of the temperature sensor and sending an instruction to the driving mechanism according to the output signal so as to adjust the position of the guide plate.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

in the four-way valve for automatically adjusting the backflow, the wing part of the guide plate is plate-shaped, and the body part of the guide plate is arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft and is columnar, so that the four-way valve has a relatively larger outer diameter compared with the wing part, can bear the impact of larger water flow from a water supply inlet and a water return inlet, and has high structural strength and long service life. Meanwhile, the arc-shaped flow guide surface extending from the body part to the wing part is formed on the flow guide plate, so that water flow entering the valve cavity from the water supply inlet and/or the water return inlet can flow to the water supply outlet and/or the water return outlet along the corresponding arc-shaped flow guide surface, a vortex cannot be formed in the valve cavity, and the flow guide effect is better.
