1. A rotary structure, comprising:

the first rotating part is provided with a first connecting part used for being connected with the first member and a first rotating part arranged along the vertical direction;

the second adaptor is provided with a second rotating part arranged along the vertical direction and a third rotating part arranged along the horizontal direction, the second rotating part is used for being in rotating friction fit with the first rotating part, and the second rotating part and the third rotating part are arranged in a staggered mode; and

the first connecting component comprises two first connecting pieces arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction, and the first connecting pieces are provided with second connecting parts used for being connected with the second component and fourth rotating parts used for being in rotating friction fit with the third rotating parts.

The rotating structure according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting member is a first connecting plate, the first connecting plate has a first side surface and a second side surface, the first side surface is provided with the first connecting portion, and the second side surface is provided with the first rotating portion.

The rotating structure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the third rotating portion includes second damping rotating shafts disposed on both sides of the second adaptor and disposed along the horizontal direction, and the fourth rotating portion is disposed as a second connecting hole for rotationally and frictionally engaging with the second damping rotating shaft.

Technical Field

Background

In order to assist the driver in driving, a display screen is usually provided on the dashboard. The display screen can be used for providing services such as navigation and backing for a driver, and videos can be played to improve driving experience. Traditional display screen is fixed mounting usually on the instrument board, when the light that sees through from the door window shines on the display screen, easily causes the reflection of light to driver or passenger, is unfavorable for driving safety.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the structure, the vehicle, the display device and the rotating structure are provided, the rotating structure can eliminate the light reflection problem of the display screen, and the driving safety is ensured; therefore, the display screen of the display device adopting the rotating structure can eliminate the problem of light reflection in time; thus, the driving safety of the vehicle adopting the display device is high.

The technical scheme is as follows:

in one aspect, there is provided a rotation structure including: the first rotating part is provided with a first connecting part used for being connected with the first member and a first rotating part arranged along the vertical direction; the second adaptor is provided with a second rotating part arranged along the vertical direction and a third rotating part arranged along the horizontal direction, the second rotating part is used for being in rotating friction fit with the first rotating part, and the second rotating part and the third rotating part are arranged in a staggered mode; and the first connecting component comprises two first connecting pieces which are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction, and the first connecting pieces are provided with second connecting parts used for being connected with the second component and fourth rotating parts used for being in rotating friction fit with the third rotating parts.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, there is provided a rotating structure 10 including: a first joint 100, the first joint 100 being provided with a first connecting portion 120 for connecting with a first member, and a first rotating portion 110 disposed in a vertical direction (as shown in a direction a of fig. 1 and 2); a second adaptor 200, wherein the second adaptor 200 is provided with a second rotating portion 210 arranged along the vertical direction and a third rotating portion 220 arranged along the horizontal direction (as shown in the direction B of fig. 1 and 2), the second rotating portion 210 is used for rotationally and frictionally matching with the first rotating portion 110, and the second rotating portion 210 and the third rotating portion 220 are arranged in a staggered manner; and the first connecting component 300, the first connecting component 300 includes two first connecting pieces 310 arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction, the first connecting pieces 310 are provided with a second connecting part 320 used for connecting with the second member and a fourth rotating part 311 used for rotationally and frictionally matching with the third rotating part 220.

Thus, after the display screen 20 is connected to the external fixed body such as a seat and an instrument panel by using the rotating structure 10, when a driver or a passenger is interfered by the reflection light from the display screen 20, the influence of the reflection light can be eliminated by simply and flexibly rotating the display screen 20, the risk of traffic accidents is reduced, and the driving safety is ensured.

As shown in fig. 2, the first adapter 100 may be provided as an adapter plate, an adapter strip, or an adapter block. In one embodiment, the first adapter 100 is configured as a first adapter plate having a first side 130 and a second side 140 spaced apart from each other, the first side 130 having the first connecting portion 120 thereon. With first connecting portion 120 setting at the first side 130 of first adapter plate, when utilizing first connecting portion 120 to be connected first adapter plate and the back of display screen 20, can make the back of display screen 20 and the laminating setting of first side 130 to can make first adapter plate and display screen 20 realize reliable, stable being connected. The second side surface 140 is provided with the first rotating portion 110. Thus, the first connecting portion 120 and the first rotating portion 110 are respectively disposed on different sides of the first adapter plate, so that the first adapter 100 does not suffer from interference when rotating, the rotation is smooth, and the rotation angle of the first adapter plate is also large.

The first connection portion 120 connects the display screen 20 and the first adapter 100, and may be implemented by clamping, riveting, or the like. For example, the first adapter 100 may be provided with corresponding threaded holes, and the display screen 20 may be riveted to the first adapter 100 by using fasteners such as bolts or screws. Of course, the threaded holes may also extend through the first and second side surfaces 130 and 140.

The second adapter piece 200 may be provided as an adapter plate, adapter strip or adapter block. As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the second adaptor 200 is provided as a first adaptor bar, the first adaptor bar is provided in a vertical direction, the second rotating portions 210 may be provided in the vertical direction at both ends of the first adaptor bar, and the third rotating portions 220 may be provided in a horizontal direction at both sides of the first adaptor bar. The second rotating portion 210 and the third rotating portion 220 are disposed in a staggered manner, that is, the second rotating portion 210 and the third rotating portion 220 are not in a same plane in the vertical direction, for example, when the second adaptor 200 is between the first adaptor 100 and the first connection assembly 300, the second rotating portion 210 is disposed close to the first adaptor 100 relative to the third rotating portion 220, and the third rotating portion 220 is disposed close to the first connection assembly 300 relative to the second rotating portion 210. In this way, the rotation between the first rotating portion 110 and the second rotating portion 210 and the rotation between the third rotating portion 220 and the fourth rotating portion 311 do not interfere with each other, and can be smoothly performed, so that the rotation angle is sufficiently large.

The first connector 310 may be provided as a connection plate, a connection bar, or a connection block. In one embodiment, the first connecting members 310 are provided as first connecting blocks, and when two first connecting blocks are relatively spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction, each first connecting block is provided with a third side 312 facing the other first connecting block, and the third side 312 is provided with a fourth rotating portion 311.

The second connection portion 320 connects the first connection member 310 and a second member such as an instrument panel or a seat, and may be engaged with or riveted to each other. For example, the first connector 310 is provided with a fourth side 313 opposite to the third side 312 at a certain interval, the fourth side 313 is provided with a corresponding threaded hole, and the first connector 310 is riveted with a second member such as an instrument panel or a seat by using a fastener such as a bolt or a screw.

When the rotating structure 10 is applied to a display device of a vehicle, in one embodiment, the vertical direction may be set to an up-down direction perpendicular to a horizontal plane, and the horizontal direction may be set to a left-right direction of a driver; the inclination angle of the display screen 20 relative to the horizontal plane in the left-right direction and the up-down direction can be flexibly adjusted, so that the use is convenient, and the interference of reflection of light to a driver or a passenger can be flexibly avoided.

The first rotating portion 110 is in friction fit with the second rotating portion 210, so that the first adapter 100 can rotate around a rotating axis arranged in the vertical direction relative to the second adapter 200, and meanwhile, the first adapter 100 can be correspondingly locked under the action of friction force after rotating for a proper angle relative to the second adapter 200, so that the first adapter 100 and the second adapter 200 are kept relatively still, and the display screen 20 can be kept stably still.

As shown in fig. 2, specifically in the present embodiment, the first rotating portion 110 includes a first damping rotating shaft 111 disposed on the first connecting member 310 and disposed along the vertical direction, the second rotating portion 210 is disposed as two first connecting seats 211 protruding out of the second connecting member 200 and disposed along the vertical direction, and each first connecting seat 211 is provided with a first connecting hole 212 for rotationally and frictionally engaging with the first damping rotating shaft 111. In this way, by the matching between the first damping rotating shaft 111 and the inner wall of the first connection hole 212 of the first connection seat 211, the first adaptor 100 can rotate around the central axis of the first damping rotating shaft 111 relative to the second adaptor 200, and the first adaptor 100 can also keep a locking state relative to the second adaptor 200 under the action of the damping force. Meanwhile, the first connection seat 211 protrudes out of the second adaptor 200 and is arranged towards the first adaptor 100, so that a sufficient rotation gap is formed between the first adaptor 100 and the second adaptor 200, the first adaptor 100 can smoothly rotate around the central axis of the first damping rotating shaft 111, and the rotation space and the rotation angle are large enough. The first coupling seat 211 may be provided in a column shape or a block shape. The first connecting seat 211 may be integrally formed with the second adaptor 200 or assembled after being separately formed. Along the vertical direction, preferably two first connection seats 211 are respectively arranged at two ends of the second adaptor 200, so that the first damping rotating shaft 111 and the first connection hole 212 can be conveniently assembled, and the rotating space is also made to be large enough.

Further, the rotating structure 10 further includes a first damping shaft sleeve (not shown), which is sleeved on the first damping rotating shaft 111 and can be disposed in the first connecting hole 212. Therefore, the first damping shaft sleeve is sleeved on the outer wall of the first damping rotating shaft 111, and then the first damping rotating shaft 111 sleeved with the first damping shaft sleeve is installed in the first connecting hole 212, so that the locking capacity of the first adaptor 100 relative to the second adaptor 200 can be further enhanced, the first adaptor 100 is prevented from shaking or deflecting relative to the second adaptor 200 under the impact of external force (such as shaking or bumping of a vehicle), and the first adaptor 100 and the second adaptor 200 can stably maintain a locking state and cannot easily rotate. Of course, it is also necessary to ensure that the first adaptor 100 can rotate smoothly relative to the second adaptor 200 again under the action of a sufficiently large external force.

As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the first rotating portion 110 further includes a second connecting seat 112, the second connecting seat 112 protrudes out of the first adaptor 100 and is disposed toward the second adaptor 200, and both sides of the second connecting seat 112 are provided with first damping rotating shafts 111. The third rotating portion 220 is in friction fit with the fourth rotating portion 311, so that the second adaptor 200 can rotate around the rotation axis arranged along the horizontal direction relative to the first connecting member 310, and meanwhile, the second adaptor 200 can also be correspondingly locked under the action of friction force after rotating for a proper angle relative to the first connecting member 310, so that the second adaptor 200 and the first connecting member 310 keep relatively static, and the display screen 20 can keep stable static.

As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the third rotating portion 220 includes second damping rotating shafts 221 disposed on both sides of the second adaptor 200 and disposed along the horizontal direction, and the fourth rotating portion 311 is disposed as a second connecting hole 3111 for rotationally and frictionally engaging with the second damping rotating shafts 221. In this way, by the cooperation between the second damping rotating shaft 221 and the inner wall of the second connecting hole 3111 of the first connecting piece 310, the rotation of the second adaptor 200 relative to the first connecting piece 310 around the central axis of the second damping rotating shaft 221 is realized, and the second adaptor 200 can also maintain the locking state relative to the first connecting piece 310 under the action of the damping force. Meanwhile, the second rotating portion 210 and the third rotating portion 220 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the second damping rotating shaft 221 can be simply and smoothly installed in the second connecting hole 3111, the rotation between the second adapter piece 200 and the first connecting piece 310 cannot be interfered correspondingly, and the rotating space and the rotating angle are large enough. In the display device of the above embodiment, when in use, the first connecting portion 120 and the third connecting portion are used to connect the first connecting member 100 of the rotating structure 10 and the display screen 20 stably and reliably, and the second connecting portion 320 is used to connect the two first connecting members 310 of the rotating structure 10 and the components such as the dashboard and the seat stably and reliably. It should be noted that the application scenario of the rotating structure 10 of the above embodiment is not limited to the display device, and may be applied to any other occasion where the rotating structure 10 is used to connect components. For example, the rotary structure 10 can be used to connect two members when they need to be connected in a corresponding rotation. The connection between the third connection portion and the first connection portion 120 can be realized by the existing methods such as clamping, threaded connection, and plugging, and only the requirement that the rotation structure 10 and the display screen 20 can be stably connected is met.

In one embodiment, a vehicle is also provided, including the display device of any of the above embodiments.

In one embodiment, a vehicle is also provided, including the rotating structure 10 of any of the above embodiments.

When the vehicle of the embodiment is used, the rotating structure 10 can be used for realizing the rotating connection between the two parts, and the use is convenient. For example, the sun visor may be connected to the vehicle body so that the sun visor can flexibly rotate relative to the vehicle body according to the use requirement.
