Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of vehicles, in particular to a protective armor and a vehicle with the same.

Background

The light protection armored vehicle generally adopts a homogeneous steel armor as a protection base body, and with the improvement of protection grade capability, on one hand, the protection requirement is met by increasing the thickness of a steel plate, but the vehicle body weight is increased sharply, and the maneuvering capability of the vehicle is reduced; on one hand, the light armor is formed by compounding light materials such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, aramid fiber and ceramic with a steel plate, but the multi-shot resistance is reduced, an obvious edge effect exists, the risk of protection failure is increased, and the price is high.

At present, one or more of ceramics, ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, aramid fiber, foam materials and the like are mostly adopted for the light armor to be compounded with a steel plate to form a multilayer armor, so that the protection effect is met, and the quality of the whole vehicle is controlled. However, ceramic and foam materials have the characteristic of high brittleness, and are fragile when being impacted by a shot with the caliber of 7.62mm, so that the resistance to multiple shots is weak. When the materials such as the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, the aramid fiber and the like are applied, the materials are in a multi-layer pressing state, the layering failure is easy to occur after the impact of the projectile, and the obvious edge effect exists at the edge; meanwhile, the paint has obvious high and low temperature sensitivity, and the protection effect in high-temperature and high-cold areas is reduced.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. The protective armor 100 has low edge effect, can eliminate the protective edge effect of the whole automobile through reasonable structural design, reduces high and low temperature sensitivity, can effectively reduce the weight of the whole automobile, and has excellent multi-bullet resistance.

Preferably, the bulletproof hole 21 may be formed to be inclined upward from the other side of the armor core plate 20, and the bulletproof hole 21 may be formed as an inclined hole having another orientation.

In one embodiment of the invention, the projectile aperture 21 is formed as a beveled circular aperture, the radial dimension of the projectile aperture 21 being equal to the diameter of the projectile 200, i.e. the diameter of the projectile aperture 21 corresponds to the diameter of the projectile 200 so as to facilitate the passage of the projectile 200 through the projectile aperture 21 and change its course.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the armor back plate 10 is greater than or equal to 6mm, the thickness of the armor core plate 20 is greater than or equal to 6mm, and the thickness of the armor panel 30 is greater than or equal to 3mm, preferably, the hardness of the armor back plate 10, the hardness of the armor core plate 20 and the hardness of the armor panel 30 are respectively 450 HBW-550 HBW, 550 HBW-600 HBW and 450 HBW-550 HBW, and further, the gap is 6 mm-8 mm.

Specifically, the protective armor 100 according to the embodiment of the invention can protect the projectile 200 with the speed higher than 800m/s and the caliber of 7.62mm, and can effectively protect the projectile 200 with other speeds and calibers by adjusting the thickness of each steel plate, the diameter of the inclined circular hole, the gap value between the steel plates and the like. The armor back plate 10 and the armor face plate are made of 450 HBW-550 HBW bulletproof steel plates, have protection capability and certain forming capability and weldability, meet the requirements of vehicle body modeling and welded connection, the HBW 550-600 HBW bulletproof steel plates are used as armor core plates 20, meanwhile, inclined round holes with the same diameter as the bullet diameter are uniformly distributed, and the number of the boundaries of the armor core plates 20 is increased.

Preferably, armor back plate 10, armor core plate 20, and armor face plate 30 are formed as armor plates, respectively, that is, the armor 100 is a steel structural armor, and under the same protection level, compared with a homogeneous steel armor, the whole vehicle weight can be effectively reduced, and the vehicle maneuverability can be ensured.

In summary, according to the protective armor 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the bulletproof holes 21 for changing the direction of the projectile 200 are arranged on the armor core plate 20, the armor back plate 10 spaced apart from the bulletproof core plate 20 is arranged on one side of the bulletproof core plate, and the armor face plate 30 connected with the bulletproof core plate is arranged on the other side of the bulletproof core plate, so that the protective armor 100 can simultaneously meet the requirement of multi-projectile protection, and has the advantages of small edge effect, low cost and good adaptability of the whole vehicle.

The vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the protective armor 100 according to the embodiment, and the protective armor 100 according to the embodiment of the invention has the technical effects, so the vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention also has the corresponding technical effects, namely the requirement of multi-bullet protection can be met simultaneously, the edge effect is small, the cost is low, and the adaptability of the whole vehicle is good.
