And 4, step 4: and (4) tightening for the second time by using the tightening belt 10, then rotating the rotor to enable the area without the cushion blocks on the other side to be vertically upward, and sequentially assembling the rest cushion blocks in place. And (3) repeating the step (2) and the step (3), assembling the rest cushion blocks in place, and installing the outer cushion block (11) and the inner cushion block (12) on the whole circumference around the end face of the rotor coil of the generator.

And 5: and adjusting the axial position of each cushion block, ensuring that the cushion blocks correspond to the notches of the four groups of coils No. 1-7 one by one and are flush with the notches of the rotor.

Step 6: and (3) secondarily encircling and fixing the assembled cushion block by using a hoop tool clamp 16, starting assembly of the coil, placing the No. 1 coil cushion block 13 at the corresponding No. 1 coil notch position, embedding the No. 1 coil, and then sequentially embedding the No. 2 coil 2, the No. 3 coil 3, the No. 4 coil 4, the No. 5 coil 5, the No. 6 coil 6 and the No. 7 coil 7 until the four groups of No. 1 to No. 7 coils are assembled.

And 7: and after the coil is assembled and shaped, the cushion blocks are removed, and the tool dismounting tool 17 is connected with the screw hole at the outer end part of the inner cushion block 12 close to the wind area partition 15. Extracting an inner cushion block 12 and then extracting a corresponding outer cushion block 11; and disassembling all the cushion blocks according to the sequence.

Specifically, referring to the drawings, as shown in fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a building block type assembly fixture for a generator rotor coil provided by the invention includes an outer cushion block 11, an inner cushion block 12, and a No. 1 coil cushion block 13. The outer cushion block 11 and the inner cushion block 12 adopt a multi-splicing plane type structure. Notches are formed in the outer cushion block 11 and the No. 1 coil cushion block 13 to avoid the groove bottom filler strip 8 and provide support for the bottom of the groove bottom filler strip 8. In order to prevent the coil from being damaged by collision, the contact part of the assembling tool and the coil adopts nonmetal, the outer cushion block 11, the inner cushion block 12 and the No. 1 coil cushion block 13 all adopt epoxy glass cloth laminated board materials, and 0.2mm of composite foil is placed on the physical contact part of the outer cushion block 11 and the coil to ensure that the outer cushion block and the coil are electrically insulated.

As shown in fig. 4, before the cushion block is installed, the four wind area partition plates 15 are assembled and inserted into the corresponding rotor grooves, and the wind area partition plates 15 can limit the cushion block; the wind area partition plates 15 are fixed by two tightening belts 10, the direction of the rotor is rotated to enable the area to be assembled on one side to be vertically upward, and the wind area partition plates 15 are symmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side. Assembling the cushion blocks in sequence: firstly, placing an inner cushion block 12, taking a left wind area partition plate as a backer, placing the left wind area partition plate in a close fit manner, and then placing an outer cushion block 11 above the left wind area partition plate; next to the assembled blocks, a second inner block 12 is placed, and then an outer block 11 is placed above it, in this order, the blocks on one side are assembled. As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 8, after the coil is assembled and shaped, the spacers need to be removed, the outer spacer 11 and the inner spacer 12 adopt a wedge structure, the rotor is rotated to be in a state that the partition 15 of one wind area is vertically downward, the gap between the rotor coil and the spacers is maximized by using gravity, and the tool disassembling tool 17 is connected with the screw hole at the outer end part of the inner spacer 12 close to the partition 15 of the wind area. Extracting an inner cushion block 12 by using a tool dismounting tool 17, and extracting a corresponding outer cushion block 11; then, connecting and extracting the tool disassembling tool 17 with the adjacent second inner cushion block 12, and extracting the corresponding outer cushion block 11; in this order, all the pads on one side are extracted. And (4) rotating the rotor to a state that the partition plate 15 of the other side wind area is vertically downward, and repeating the steps until all the cushion blocks are completely disassembled.

The outer cushion block 11, the inner cushion block 12 and the No. 1 coil cushion block 13 are of planar structures, namely, the contact mode of the cushion blocks and the coil is surface contact and partial line contact. The calculation shows that the size dispersion of the arc-shaped structure and the plane-shaped structure is only 0.91mm, so that the assembly forming of the rotor coil is not influenced, and the plane-shaped structure is selected.

The outer cushion block 11 and the inner cushion block 12 adopt an upper-layer and lower-layer wedge type structure, and the inclination is 1.5 degrees. The wedge type structure is adopted to facilitate the disassembly of the cushion block, and the cushion block is disassembled step by using a disassembling tool.
