1. An outer rotor doubly salient permanent magnet motor comprises a stator core, an armature winding, a rotor core, a permanent magnet, a stator fixing frame, a motor shaft and a machine shell; the method is characterized in that:

Background

In recent years, electric vehicles are emerging as a clean and pollution-free vehicle. Electric vehicle drive systems are critical in determining their performance and economy. The driving motors used in the prior electromotion mainly comprise a direct current motor, an induction motor, a brushless direct current motor and a double salient pole permanent magnet motor. The doubly salient permanent magnet motor has the advantages of flexible control, simple structure, high reliability, excellent electrical performance and the like, and becomes one of better driving systems of the electric vehicle.

The concept of a doubly salient permanent magnet machine comes directly from the switched reluctance machine, which, although only adds permanent magnets to the stator yoke, brings about a fundamental change. The doubly salient permanent magnet motor mainly inherits the simplicity of the structure of the switched reluctance motor, and comprises a doubly salient structure and a concentrated winding form. Another advantage of the double salient pole structure is that low speeds are easily achieved.

The double salient pole permanent magnet motor has the following advantages that the electromagnetic torque generated by the interaction of the permanent magnetic steel and the excitation winding has the following advantages: the permanent magnet greatly reduces the winding inductance and the change rate of the inductance, and reduces the reluctance torque. In a winding power-on period, the reluctance torque is irrelevant to the current direction, the torques in the inductance rising area and the inductance falling area are mutually counteracted, and the resultant torque is small. If a constant current value is applied, the resultant torque is zero, so that the reluctance torque is small in the doubly salient permanent magnet motor. The magnetic field reaction torque is the dominant electromagnetic torque, related to the direction of the current. It can be seen from the above that the doubly salient permanent magnet motor realizes the purpose of being capable of being electrified in one switching period, overcomes the defect of low material utilization rate in principle, and solves the problem of current commutation due to small inductance of the winding at the non-aligned position. The doubly salient permanent magnet motor has higher efficiency than other motors, and the high efficiency is reflected in a wide speed regulation range, so the doubly salient permanent magnet motor inevitably becomes the main driving stream of the electric vehicle.

The outer rotor doubly salient permanent magnet motor is based on structural innovation of the doubly salient permanent magnet motor. The basic structure of the external rotor doubly salient permanent magnet motor is similar to that of the existing doubly salient permanent magnet motor, the stator and the rotor are both in a salient tooth socket structure, the stator and the rotor iron core are formed by laminating silicon steel sheets, the stator is provided with concentrated windings and permanent magnets, and the rotor is free of windings. But the stator and the rotor are not integral structures any more, but are divided into blocks, and the stator and the rotor are both modularized. The improvement can ensure that the motor can normally run when a certain pole is in fault, thereby improving the reliability of the motor; meanwhile, silicon steel plate materials can be saved in a mode that the stator modules and the rotor modules are mutually nested during production, and the effects of saving cost, reducing the weight of the motor and improving production efficiency are achieved.

Fig. 1 shows a structural diagram of a stator and a rotor of an outer rotor doubly salient permanent magnet motor in stamping.

According to the embodiment, the stator and rotor iron cores are modularized to realize the effect of mutually nesting the stator and rotor iron cores, so that the waste of materials between stator poles is avoided, and the cost and the quality of the motor are reduced. The outer rotor doubly salient permanent magnet motor comprises a rotor iron core (4), a stator iron core (5), an armature winding (6), a motor shaft (7), a stator fixing frame (8), a machine shell (9) and a permanent magnet (10).

The modularized rotor iron cores (4) are 4 in number, the 4 rotor iron cores are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the shell, each rotor iron core (4) is provided with two rotor poles protruding inwards, the two rotor poles are connected through a rotor yoke part, and the rotor iron cores (4) are in direct contact with each other to form the whole rotor iron core; the modularized stator iron cores (5) are 3 in total, the 3 stator iron cores are uniformly distributed on a stator fixing frame (8) along the circumference, 2 stator poles are uniformly distributed on the stator iron cores (5), the two stator poles are connected through a stator yoke part, all the stator iron cores are not directly contacted, and a space is reserved; after the stator iron core and the rotor iron core are installed, a disc-shaped stator and rotor structure is formed;

the rectangular permanent magnet (10) is fixed in a permanent magnet groove in the center of the stator core and is in contact with a yoke part of the magnetic conductive stator core; armature windings are arranged on the stator poles, and the permanent magnets provide excitation magnetic fields.

Each rotor core is independently a module, two rotor poles are distributed on the rotor core, the top of each rotor pole is also in an arc shape, and the radius of the arc is not less than that of the arc at the bottom of the rectangular groove of the stator core; the outer diameter of the rotor core module does not exceed the inner diameter of the housing.

Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a single stator core module of an outer rotor doubly salient permanent magnet machine of the present invention.
