The compressor according to claim 1, wherein the first retaining member comprises a groove provided on an inner wall of the roller (1), and the second retaining member comprises a protrusion provided on an outer wall of the rotating shaft (2), the groove and the protrusion cooperating to fix the rotating shaft (2) and the roller (1) in an axial direction of the rotating shaft (2); and/or, the first locating part is including setting up protruding on the roller (1) inner wall, the second locating part is including setting up recess on the pivot (2) outer wall, the recess with protruding the cooperation, in order to make on the axis direction of pivot (2) with roller (1) is fixed.

The compressor according to claim 1, wherein the first retaining member comprises a first thread provided on an inner wall of the roller (1), and the second retaining member comprises a second thread provided on an outer wall of the rotating shaft (2), the first thread and the second thread cooperating to fix the rotating shaft (2) and the roller (1) in an axial direction of the rotating shaft (2).

6. Compressor according to claim 1, characterized in that the shaft (2) comprises a central portion (22), the roller (1) being fitted over the central portion (22), the central axis of the central portion (22) coinciding with the central axis of the shaft (2).

7. Compressor according to claim 1, characterized in that the roller (1) comprises a socket section, which is socket-connected to the shaft (2), and an eccentric section, which extends towards the side remote from the shaft (2).

8. Compressor according to claim 7, characterized in that the eccentric portion is provided with lightening holes (12), the centre of gravity of the roller (1) being located on the axis of the rotating shaft (2).

The compressor according to claim 8, characterized in that the lightening holes (12) have a symmetrical structure, the socket joint section is provided with socket joint holes (11), the rollers (1) are sleeved on the rotating shaft (2) through the socket joint holes (11), and the centers of the socket joint holes (11) are positioned on the symmetrical axis of the lightening holes (12).

10. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the compressor according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of air conditioning, and particularly relates to a compressor and an air conditioner.

Background

The existing rotary compressor comprises a power device with a driving function and a compression device for lifting a refrigerant into high-pressure gas, wherein the power device and the compression device are connected through interference fit between a crankshaft and a motor rotor. The motor rotor drives the crankshaft to rotate, so that the roller is driven to rotate in the cylinder, and the work of the rotor compressor is realized.

When the compressor runs at a high speed, the rotor of the motor is influenced by pressure pulsation and is easy to move in the axial direction, and then the crankshaft is driven to move in the axial direction. In the prior art, reliable fixing measures are not taken in the axial direction of the crankshaft, so that the movement of the crankshaft in the axial direction cannot be well inhibited, the working stability of the rotor compressor is poor, the abrasion among parts is aggravated, and the problem of noise is also solved.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a compressor and an air conditioner, which can reduce the axial play of a crankshaft during operation, make the compressor more stable during operation, reduce the friction between parts, and simultaneously reduce the noise generated during operation of the compressor.

Preferably, the first limiting part is disposed on an inner wall of the roller, the second limiting part is disposed on an outer wall of the rotating shaft, the first limiting part includes a first stop surface and a second stop surface which are disposed oppositely, and the second limiting part is clamped between the first stop surface and the second stop surface, so that the rotating shaft and the roller are fixed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft.

Preferably, the first limiting part is disposed on an inner wall of the roller, the second limiting part is disposed on an outer wall of the rotating shaft, the second limiting part includes a third stopping surface and a fourth stopping surface which are disposed oppositely, and the first limiting part is clamped between the third stopping surface and the fourth stopping surface so as to fix the rotating shaft and the roller in the axial direction of the rotating shaft.

Preferably, the first limiting part comprises a groove arranged on the inner wall of the roller, the second limiting part comprises a protrusion arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft, and the groove is matched with the protrusion to fix the rotating shaft and the roller in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; and/or, the first locating part is including setting up protruding on the roller inner wall, the second locating part is including setting up recess on the pivot outer wall, the recess with protruding the cooperation, with make in the axis direction of pivot the pivot with the roller is fixed.

Preferably, the rotating shaft comprises a central portion, the roller sleeve is arranged on the central portion, and the central axis of the central portion coincides with the central axis of the rotating shaft.

Preferably, the roller comprises a sleeved section and an eccentric section, the sleeved section is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the eccentric section extends towards one side far away from the rotating shaft.

Preferably, the eccentric part is provided with a lightening hole, and the center of gravity of the roller is positioned on the axis of the rotating shaft.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present application, a compressor includes a rotating shaft 2 and a cylinder 6, the rotating shaft 2 passes through the cylinder 6, a first flange 4, a second flange 5 and a roller 1 are sleeved on the rotating shaft 2, the roller 1 is located in the cylinder 6, the first flange 4 is covered at a first end of the cylinder 6, the second flange 5 is covered at a second end of the cylinder 6, the first flange 4 and the second flange 5 limit the roller 1, a first limiting member is disposed on the roller 1, a second limiting member is disposed on a crankshaft, the first limiting member is matched with the second limiting member, and the rotating shaft 2 and the roller 1 can be fixed in an axial direction of the rotating shaft 2. Through setting up cylinder 6, set up first flange 4 and second flange 5 at the both ends of cylinder 6 to set up roller 1 in cylinder 6, and be located between first flange 4 and the second flange 5, make first flange 4 and second flange 5 press from both sides roller 1 and establish in, can restrict the displacement of roller 1 in the axial direction of pivot 2. In this embodiment, the first limiting part includes a first thread disposed on an inner wall of the roller 1, the second limiting part includes a second thread disposed on an outer wall of the rotating shaft 2, and the first thread and the second thread are matched to fix the rotating shaft 2 and the roller 1 in an axial direction of the rotating shaft 2. Through threaded connection between roller 1 and the pivot 2, can stabilize effectual realization roller 1 and the being connected of pivot 2, realize pivot 2 fixed in the axial direction, simplified the assembly degree of difficulty between roller 1 and the pivot 2 simultaneously, increased assembly efficiency.

Further, the roller 1 is sleeved on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 2, and the first thread is arranged on the inner wall of the roller 1, namely the first thread is arranged on the surface of the roller 1 connected with the rotating shaft 2. The second screw thread is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 2.

As another implementation manner of this embodiment, the first limiting member includes a groove disposed on an inner wall of the roller 1, and the second limiting member includes a protrusion disposed on an outer wall of the rotating shaft 2, where the groove and the protrusion cooperate to fix the rotating shaft 2 and the roller 1 in an axial direction of the rotating shaft 2; and/or, the first limiting part comprises a protrusion arranged on the inner wall of the roller 1, the second limiting part comprises a groove arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 2, and the groove is matched with the protrusion to fix the rotating shaft 2 and the roller 1 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2. The first limiting part is set to be a groove, the second limiting part is set to be a protrusion, or the second limiting part is set to be a groove, the first limiting part is set to be a protrusion, the protrusion extends into the groove, and the roller 1 and the rotating shaft 2 can be fixed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 2.

Of course, the roller 1 can be provided with a groove and a protrusion at the same time, and the rotating shaft 2 can be provided with a protrusion and a groove at the same time.

Further, the first limiting member is circumferentially disposed on an inner wall of the roller 1, and the second limiting member is circumferentially disposed on an outer wall of the rotating shaft 2.

Specifically, the first limiting member is annularly arranged on the inner wall of the roller 1 along the circumferential direction, and the second limiting member is annularly arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 2 along the circumferential direction.

The rotating shaft 2 comprises a central portion 22, the roller 1 is sleeved on the central portion 22, the central axis of the central portion 22 coincides with the central axis of the rotating shaft 2, namely the central portion 22 and the rotating shaft 2 are coaxially arranged, the central portion 22 is not eccentrically arranged on the rotating shaft 2, the central portion 22 does not have an eccentric effect, so that the rotating shaft 2 drives the roller 1 to rotate more stably, the reliability of long-time operation of the compressor is improved, the processing difficulty of a crankshaft is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

Further, the rotating shaft 2 includes a long axis 21, a short axis 23 and a central portion 22, the long axis 21 is located at one end of the central portion 22 close to the motor, the short axis 23 is located at one end of the central portion 22 far from the motor, and the long axis 21, the short axis 23 and the central portion 22 are coaxially arranged. The cross-sections of the major axis 21, the minor axis 23 and the central portion 22 are all circular, the cross-section diameter of the central portion 22 is larger than the cross-section diameters of the major axis 21 and the minor axis 23, and the cross-section diameters of the major axis 21 and the minor axis 23 are the same.

The rotation shaft 2 with central symmetry drives the roller 1 to work, and has no eccentric effect, so that the rotation shaft 2 drives the roller 1 to rotate more stably, the reliability of the long-time operation of the compressor is improved, and meanwhile, the processing difficulty and the cost of the rotation shaft 2 are reduced.

The lightening holes 12 are of a symmetrical structure, the sleeving sections are provided with the sleeving connection holes 11, the rollers 1 are sleeved on the rotating shaft 2 through the sleeving connection holes 11, the centers of the sleeving connection holes 11 are located on the symmetrical shafts of the lightening holes 12, the lightening holes 12 are arranged in a symmetrical structure, and the centers of the sleeving connection holes 11 are arranged on the symmetrical shafts of the lightening holes 12, so that the stability of the rotating shaft 2 and the rollers 1 in operation is guaranteed.

Further, the outer edge of the roller 1 is circular, the sleeve hole 11 is circular, and the center of the roller 1 does not coincide with the center of the sleeve hole 11.

Further, in the present embodiment, the lightening holes 12 are arc-shaped and are circumferentially arranged on the eccentric section.
