Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of centrifugal pumps, in particular to an open-vane centrifugal pump.

Background

The centrifugal pump has various forms such as vertical type, horizontal type, single stage, multistage, single suction, double suction, self suction and the like. Centrifugal pumps operate by causing water to move centrifugally as a result of the rotation of an impeller. Before the water pump is started, the pump shell and the water suction pipe are filled with water, then the motor is started, the pump shaft drives the impeller and the water to rotate at a high speed, the water is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller to be thrown into a water pressure pipeline of the water pump through a flow channel of the volute-shaped pump shell.

But the damper and the sealing mechanism of the existing open-blade centrifugal pump are simpler, which can not effectively play a good damping role for the motor, and meanwhile, the sealing mechanism is easy to lose efficacy under high water pressure, thereby affecting the working efficiency of the centrifugal pump.

Disclosure of Invention

1. Technical problem to be solved

The invention aims to solve the problems that a damping mechanism and a sealing mechanism of a centrifugal pump with an open blade in the prior art are simple, cannot effectively play a good damping role on a motor, and meanwhile, the sealing mechanism is easy to lose efficacy under high water pressure.

2. Technical scheme

one side, close to the rotating rod, of the pump cover is fixedly connected with a pump head, a water outlet pipe is fixedly inserted in the inner top of the pump head, a water inlet pipe is fixedly inserted in the inner wall, far away from the pump cover, of the pump head, one end, far away from the motor, of the rotating rod sequentially penetrates through the inner wall of the pump cover and the outer wall of the pump head and extends inwards, penetrating openings corresponding to the rotating rod are formed in the pump head and the pump cover, and a plurality of impellers are fixedly sleeved at the extending end of the rotating rod;

the one end that the bull stick is close to the motor is rotated and has been cup jointed mechanical seal, one side and the inner wall of pump cover of mechanical seal offset, the one end that the bull stick is close to the impeller is rotated and has been cup jointed first sealing washer, one side of first sealing washer offsets with the inner wall of pump head.

(1) in the invention, the motor is firstly started to drive the rotating rod to rotate, so that the rotating rod drives the impeller to rotate, centrifugal force is generated to pump out water, meanwhile, the mechanical sealing ring can enhance the sealing performance of the device, and the arrangement of the first sealing ring can effectively prevent water from entering the pump cover, meanwhile, the arrangement of the second sealing ring can enhance the sealing property of the pump head, and the arrangement of the steel balls can reduce the friction force between the rotating rod and the inner wall of the through hole, meanwhile, the flange plate can be conveniently connected with a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe, and the support plate and the damping shock absorber are arranged, the invention can play a certain role in damping and supporting the motor, and the device can play a good role in damping the motor through the arrangement of the damping mechanism and the sealing mechanisms at multiple positions, meanwhile, the sealing mechanism ensures the stability of the device under water, thereby ensuring the working efficiency of the centrifugal pump.

(2) The setting of apron simultaneously, the component in the convenient pump bonnet is overhauld, and certain torsion supporting role can be played to the apron to torsion spring's setting simultaneously, and the setting of slide bar can prevent effectively that the backup pad from rocking simultaneously, and the spring can play certain elastic support effect to the backup pad, and connecting screw makes things convenient for fixing of device simultaneously, and fastening screw's setting conveniently dismantles the motor.
