Background
A Variable-frequency Drive (VFD) is a power control device that controls an ac motor by changing the frequency of the operating power supply of the motor. With the continuous improvement of the industrial automation degree, the frequency converter is also widely applied. The importance of the role played by the frequency converter is more and more prominent, and therefore, the security of the frequency converter is more and more important.
The inside of converter is mainly some electronic components, and the long-time power-on operation of converter, inside electronic components can generate heat. Therefore, a temperature sensor is usually disposed inside the frequency converter for detecting the temperature inside the frequency converter, so as to facilitate the frequency converter to perform temperature control management.
If the temperature sensor in the frequency converter is damaged, the frequency converter cannot acquire the correct internal temperature, so that over-temperature protection cannot be timely performed, and finally the frequency converter is damaged or even explodes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an inverter temperature sensor abnormality detection method, an inverter and a storage medium, which can detect whether a temperature sensor is abnormal or not.
