1. A computer housing structure with storage function, comprising:

a housing having a first receiving chamber and a second receiving chamber;

the display main body is pivoted to the side edge of the first containing chamber of the shell and is provided with a touch screen;

and the keyboard main body is provided with a plurality of keys and can be selectively inserted into the second accommodating chamber of the shell.

2. The computer case structure with storage function of claim 1, wherein the second storage chamber of the case has an opening formed at a side of the pivotal edge of the display main body, so that the keyboard main body can be drawn out, inserted or fixed from the side of the case.

The computer housing structure with storage function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the keyboard body has a selectively retractable support frame at the bottom corresponding to the insertion end, the keyboard body has a recess formed at each of two sides of the rear edge of the bottom, the support frames are pivoted in the corresponding recesses, the support frames can be folded in the recesses when the keyboard body is inserted into the second storage chamber of the housing, and the support frames can be folded outwards to support the keyboard body when the keyboard body is removed from the housing.

The computer housing structure with storage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the keyboard body has at least one elastic pushing member for automatically ejecting and a pressing block disposed on the housing for selectively positioning the keyboard body, each elastic pushing member is disposed on the insertion side end face of the second storage chamber of the housing, and the elastic pushing member forms a step hole on the keyboard body, a push rod capable of penetrating or retracting is arranged in the step hole, a guide groove is formed on the push rod, a spring is arranged between the push rod and the step hole, and a limit pin is used for penetrating in the step hole of the keyboard main body, an elastic piece is arranged between one side of the pressing block and the inside of the shell, a positioning lug penetrating into the second containing chamber is arranged on one side of the pressing block different from the elastic piece, and a front positioning groove and a rear positioning groove for selectively clamping and limiting the positioning lug of the pressing block are respectively formed in the front and the rear of the corresponding side edge of the keyboard main body.

The computer housing structure with storage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a support plate is pivotally installed on the display main body corresponding to the opposite surface of the housing, and an array slot is formed on the bottom surface of the first storage chamber of the housing for supporting the display main body by the support plate and adjusting the vertical inclination angle.

7. The computer case structure with storage function of claim 1, wherein the first storage chamber of the housing has a poking slot formed on an edge opposite to the edge of the display main body for poking the display main body to stand.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of computer shell structures, in particular to a computer shell structure with a storage function.

Background

The tablet computer is a portable carrier, can use a touch screen as a multiplex processing function of a man-machine interface for display and input at the same time, and has the characteristics of light and thin appearance and easy carrying. However, the tablet pc usually has an extremely thin outer casing, which is very easily damaged by human or foreign factors, so that care must be taken in storage and use, and the tablet pc is mainly protected by a thin outer casing made of various materials in the market at present, so that the tablet pc still cannot be completely protected, and has no firm positioning design, so that the tablet pc often has a problem of sliding or shifting during viewing and use;

furthermore, the human-computer interface body of the common tablet computer is a touch screen, and the input is mainly performed by fingers or a touch pen, but the input mode of the fingers or the touch pen is mainly suitable for the use of common audio-video playing, web browsing and application programs, when the input of the document data is met, a user is still used to and depends on a keyboard device for typing input, and therefore, recently, a plurality of computer manufacturers start to bring the keyboard into the configuration again in new tablet computers;

however, such a design creates some difficulties: firstly, the keyboard needs to be additionally stored, which causes inconvenience in carrying and use; secondly, when the tablet personal computer and the keyboard work, the tablet personal computer is difficult to be effectively supported at a specific angle, so that inconvenience in use is caused; in addition, although some manufacturers develop leather sheath structures for accommodating tablet computers by using keyboards as covers, the leather sheath structures still have the problem of inconvenient use, and the leather sheath structures are made of soft materials and still have the problem of damage caused by the influence of human or foreign factors;

in other words, the existing tablet pc faces the storage problem in use, so that the keyboard cannot be effectively and simultaneously stored, and the keyboard is difficult to be fixed at a specific angle in use, thereby affecting the practical applicability and greatly reducing the operation efficiency, so how to solve the problem is an important issue in the industry;

in order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have made extensive research and study on the problems of the conventional tablet computer, and have made various improvements and experiments with the help of other technical developments in recent years, so as to successfully develop a computer housing structure with a storage function, thereby overcoming the trouble of the conventional tablet computer caused by the storage and the integration of a keyboard.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a computer case structure with a storage function, so as to utilize the functions of the storage display main body and the keyboard main body, so that the computer case structure can be used as a multi-mode function of a tablet computer or a notebook computer, and improve the practicability and convenience of the computer case structure.

Based on the above, the invention mainly realizes the above purpose and efficacy by the following technical means: it at least comprises:

a housing having at least a first receiving chamber and a second receiving chamber;

the display main body can be pivoted to the side edge of the first containing chamber of the shell and is provided with a touch screen;

and the keyboard main body is provided with a plurality of keys and can be selectively inserted into the second accommodating chamber of the shell.

Therefore, through the specific implementation of the technical means, the computer shell structure with the storage function can increase the added value of the product and improve the economic benefit of the product.

A further primary objective of the present invention is to provide a computer housing structure with a storage function, which is convenient for the screen to be supported and erected, and is suitable for a wider angle and fixed, so as to improve the convenience of use.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a computer case structure with a storage function, which can effectively store a computer structure to avoid damage caused by human or foreign factors, and is convenient for carrying.

The invention can further realize the above functions by the following technical means; such as:

the second receiving chamber of the casing has one opening formed in the side of the pivoting edge of the display main body for the keyboard main body to be inserted into or withdrawn from the side of the casing.

The bottom surface of the keyboard main body corresponding to the insertion end is provided with a support frame capable of being pulled out selectively, two sides of the rear edge of the bottom surface of the keyboard main body are respectively provided with a groove, the support frame is pivoted in the opposite grooves, the support frame can be folded in the grooves when the keyboard main body is inserted into the second accommodating chamber of the shell, and the support frame can be folded outwards to generate a supporting effect when the keyboard main body is pulled out of the shell for use.

The keyboard body is provided with at least one elastic pushing piece for automatic ejection and a pressing block for selective positioning, each elastic pushing piece is arranged on the end face of the inserting side of the second containing chamber of the corresponding shell, the elastic pushing piece is provided with a step hole on the keyboard body, a push rod capable of penetrating out or being folded is arranged in the step hole, a guide groove is formed in the push rod, a spring is arranged between the push rod and the step hole and is used for penetrating in the step hole of the keyboard body by utilizing a limiting pin, the pressing block is pivoted on one side of the shell, an elastic piece is supported between one side of the pressing block and the inside of the shell, a positioning lug penetrating into the second containing chamber is arranged on one side of the pressing block, and a front positioning groove and a rear positioning groove for selective clamping and limiting of the positioning lug of the pressing block are respectively formed in front and rear of the keyboard body corresponding to one side edge.

The edge of the first containing chamber of the shell is provided with a pivoting part, the pivoting part of the shell is composed of at least one slotted hole, the opposite edge of the display main body is provided with a pivoting part, and the pivoting part of the display main body is composed of at least one lug corresponding to the slotted hole of the shell and is pivoted by utilizing at least one shaft lever and a damping bush.

The display main body is pivoted with a supporting plate corresponding to the opposite surface of the shell, and the bottom plane of the first accommodating chamber of the shell is provided with at least one array clamping groove for supporting and adjusting the applicable angle of the inclined stand by the display main body by utilizing the supporting plate.

The first containing chamber of the shell is provided with a poking groove at the edge different from the pivoted edge of the display main body, so that the display main body can be poked to be convenient to stand.

Detailed Description

The present invention is a computer housing structure with a storage function, and the technical contents of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, so that those skilled in the art can easily understand the advantages and effects of the present invention from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or being carried out in various ways. Accordingly, the particular embodiments of the invention illustrated in the drawings are illustrative only and not limiting of the invention.

The structure of the computer housing structure with storage function of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, which is composed of a housing 10, the housing 10 has a first storage chamber 11 and a second storage chamber 12, so that the housing 10 can use the first and second storage chambers 11, 12 to respectively store a display main body 50 or/and a keyboard main body 60 for achieving the effects of convenient storage and convenient use;

in the detailed structure of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the housing 10 may be integrally formed or separately assembled. The first receiving chamber 11 is formed on the top surface of the housing 10, and the first receiving chamber 11 has an upward opening 110 for receiving the display main body 50, the second receiving chamber 12 is formed below the first receiving chamber 11 on the housing 10, and the second receiving chamber 12 has an opening 120 formed on the side of the housing 10 for receiving the keyboard main body 60, and the opening 120 of the second receiving chamber 12 is located on the side of the housing 10 corresponding to the side of the display main body 50 when standing up, and a pivot portion 13 is formed on the side of the first receiving chamber 11 corresponding to the opening 120 of the second receiving chamber 12 for the display main body 50 to pivot, and the pivot portion 13 can be a slot 130 or a bump, the pivot portion 13 of the first receiving chamber 11 of the present invention is a preferred embodiment of a slot 130, and the bottom surface of the first receiving chamber 11 is formed with an array slot 14 for the display main body 50 to stand up and fix at a plurality of angles, furthermore, the opening 110 of the first receiving chamber 11 of the housing 10 forms a poking slot 15 at the opposite edge of the pivot part 13 for poking the display main body 50 to be erected conveniently;

the display main body 50 is pivoted and can be accommodated in the first accommodating chamber 11 of the housing 10, and the surface of the display main body 50 is provided with a touch screen 54 as a display and man-machine interface, and furthermore, the display main body 50 or the housing 10 is internally provided with an electronic component as a computer function, the invention takes the electronic component with the computer function in the display main body 50 as the main embodiment, and the display main body 50 is formed with a pivoting part 51 corresponding to one side of the pivoting part 13 of the first accommodating chamber 11 of the housing 10, and the pivoting part 51 can be a bump 510 or a slot hole, the pivoting part 51 of the display main body 50 of the invention takes the bump 510 corresponding to the slot hole 130 of the housing 10 as the preferred embodiment, and is respectively pivoted by using a shaft lever 511, so that the display main body 50 can be pivoted on the first accommodating chamber 11 of the housing 10, and each shaft lever 511 further can be provided with at least one damping bushing 515, so that the display main body 50 can generate a limiting effect by using the damping bushing 515 when pivoting relative to the housing 10, a supporting plate 55 is disposed on the opposite surface of the display main body 50 corresponding to the housing 10, a pivot 550 is disposed on two sides of the top end of the supporting plate 55 for being disposed on the back surface of the display main body 50 near the top edge by using a pivot seat 56, respectively, and a free end of the supporting plate 55 has a supporting portion 551 for being selectively clamped and supported in the array clamping slot 14 of the first receiving chamber 11 to change the supporting angle of the display main body 50, and a receiving slot 52 corresponding to the contour of the supporting plate 55 is formed on the back surface of the display main body 50, so that the supporting plate 55 can be received in the receiving slot 52 on the back surface of the display main body 50 (as shown in fig. 3), thereby achieving the purpose of hiding and saving space;

as for the keyboard main body 60 to be selectively inserted into the second receiving chamber 12 of the housing 10, the surface of the keyboard main body 60 is provided with a plurality of keys 65 for inputting instructions or characters, an electronic component with key function is arranged in the keyboard main body 60, a support edge 61 and a support frame 63 capable of being pulled out selectively are formed on the drawing side of the bottom surface of the keyboard main body 60, wherein the supporting edge 61 of the drawing side of the bottom surface of the keyboard main body 60 can support the keyboard main body 60 when the keyboard main body 60 is drawn out, so as to keep the keyboard main body 60 stable (as shown in figure 5), a groove 62 is formed on each of the two sides of the rear edge of the bottom surface of the keyboard main body 60, and the support frame 63 is pivoted in the corresponding groove 62, so that the support frame 63 can be folded in the groove 62 when the keyboard main body 60 is inserted into the second receiving chamber 12 of the casing 10 (as shown in fig. 3 and 5), when the keyboard main body 60 is drawn out of the casing 10 for use, the supporting frame 63 can be folded outwards to generate a supporting function (as shown in fig. 7); in addition, the keyboard main body 60 has at least one elastic pushing element 64 for automatically pushing out and a pressing block 68 for selectively positioning, as further shown in fig. 4, wherein each elastic pushing element 64 is disposed on the insertion side end surface of the second receiving chamber 12 corresponding to the casing 10, and the elastic pushing element 64 forms a step hole 640 on the keyboard main body 60, a push rod 641 capable of being popped out or folded is disposed in the step hole 640, a guide groove 642 is formed on the push rod 641, a spring 643 is disposed between the push rod 641 and the step hole 640, and a limit pin 644 is disposed in the step hole 640 of the keyboard main body 60 so that the push rod 641 can automatically extend out under the action of the spring 643 to push out the keyboard main body 60, and the pressing block 68 is pivotally disposed on one side of the casing 10, an elastic element 681 is supported between one side of the pressing block 68 and the inside of the casing 10, and a positioning bump 682 penetrating into the second receiving chamber 12 is disposed on a side of the pressing block 68 different from the elastic element 681, a front positioning groove 661 and a rear positioning groove 662 are respectively formed at the front and rear of the edge of the corresponding side of the keyboard body 60 for selectively engaging and limiting the positioning bump 682 of the pressing block 68;

in some embodiments, the housing 10 may be formed of multiple pieces. As shown in fig. 8, the housing 10 is composed of a base 100, the top of the base 100 forms a first receiving chamber 11 with an upward opening 110, and the bottom of the base 100 is locked with a n-shaped frame 101, so that a second receiving chamber 12 with a side opening 120 is formed between the base 100 and the n-shaped frame 101. As shown in fig. 9, the housing 10 is composed of a base 100, the top of the base 100 forms a first receiving chamber 11 with an upward opening 110, and the bottom of the base 100 is locked with at least one n-shaped frame 101 and a bottom plate 102, so that the base 100 can form a second receiving chamber 12 with a side opening 120 corresponding to the n-shaped frame 101 and the bottom plate 102.

Therefore, a computer housing structure with a storage function is formed.

As for the practical application of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, which are used to store the display main body 50 in the first storage chamber 11 of the housing 10, and to make the touch screen 54 of the display main body 50 face upward, and to insert the keyboard main body 60 into the second storage chamber 12, so that the computer housing structure can be operated as a typical tablet computer;

as shown in fig. 5, the display main body 50 can be erected relative to the first receiving chamber 11 of the housing 10 by the pivot joints 13 and 51, and the supporting plate 55 at the back of the display main body 50 can be used to change the angle relative to the array slot 14 of the first receiving chamber 11, and the pressing block 68 at one side of the housing 10 is pressed down toward the elastic member 681, so that the positioning protrusion 682 of the pressing block 68 is separated from the front positioning hole 661 (as shown in fig. 4) of the keyboard main body 60, and then the keyboard main body 60 can be ejected outward by restoring the pre-force of the push rod 641 of the elastic pushing member 64 at the back end face, so that the front edge portion of the keyboard main body 60 slightly protrudes out of the second receiving chamber 12 of the housing 10, so that the user can pull out the keyboard main body 60 in the second receiving chamber 12, and expose the keys 65 of the keyboard main body 60, so that the computer structure can be operated as a typical notebook computer;

as shown in fig. 6, the display main body 50 can be erected relative to the first receiving chamber 11 of the casing 10 by the pivot joints 13, 51, the display main body 50 can generate a limit action by the constraint force of the damping bushing 515 relative to the shaft 511 by the design of the damping bushing 515 in the pivot joints 13, 51 without using the supporting plate 55 to support the display main body 50 as described above, and then the keyboard main body 60 in the second receiving chamber 12 of the casing 10 can be pulled out as described above to expose the keys 65 of the keyboard main body 60, so that the computer structure can generate an operation mode as a typical notebook computer;

as shown in fig. 7, the display main body 50 is erected with the pivoting parts 13 and 51 with respect to the first receiving chamber 11 of the housing 10, and the supporting plate 55 on the back surface of the display main body 50 is used to change the angle with respect to the array card slot 14 of the first receiving chamber 11, so that when the keyboard main body 60 is pulled out and the pressing block 68 is positioned at the rear positioning slot 662, the pressing block 68 on the side of the housing 10 is further pressed toward the elastic member 681, and the positioning projection 682 of the pressing block 68 is disengaged from the rear positioning slot 662 of the keyboard main body 60, so that the user can completely pull out the keyboard main body 60 from the second receiving chamber 12 of the housing 10, and separate the keyboard main body 60 from the housing 10 with the display main body 50, thereby further improving the convenience of the user's operation.

As can be seen from the foregoing description, the computer housing structure with a storage function of the present invention can utilize the first storage chamber 11 with the upward opening 110 of the housing 10 and the second storage chamber 12 with the lateral opening 120 of the housing to enable the display main body 50 and the keyboard main body 60 to be selectively stored, which not only facilitates carrying, but also can be used as a tablet computer or a notebook computer for multiple purposes, and at the same time facilitates the display main body 50 to be supported and erected at an applicable angle, thereby enhancing the convenience of use, increasing the added value of the product, and improving the economic benefits thereof.

The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention.
